Ki Residences Apartments & Penthouse by LOV Mauritius, Pereybere

Great spacious apartment lovely decorations comfy beds, great rooftop pool

Had a cold shower one of the nights

Large apartment at a peaceful location. Nice breakfast and friendly staff.

Super bien ...

The overall stay and environment were pleasant, and the unit has good potential. The location and general setup offered a comfortable base.

Communication & Check-In/Out: The arrival and departure processes was unclear. Communication during the stay was lacking. Emergency Support Failure: We encountered a major issue on the first night when an unbearable party raged on until 04:00. To make matters worse, the emergency number provided was useless—it belonged to a contact who has nothing to do with managing the unit (managed other units). Neither management nor on-site security stepped in to assist or put an end to the disturbance. Maintenance & Unit Details: Several minor details were overlooked. Light fixture covers were loose, and various small fittings inside the unit were missing or needed attention. Breakfast Monotony: The breakfast offering was extremely repetitive and basically never changed unless specifically requested—and even after requesting a change, it then stayed the same there after.

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and comfortable l. Exactly like the pictures - even better! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were excellent and so much space to feel relaxed.

Nothing !!! It was all perfect!

Excellent apartment, the best we have experienced so far Excellent customer service Excellent location

Nothing.

Property was beautifully. Very spacious and well equipped. Large terrace with stairs to second roof terrace with small pool. Honestly cannot fault it. Was in great quiet lockdown but easy 10 min walk of every thins you need. Would not hesitate to come back

Nothing

A perfect place to relax and recharge from the stress of daily life. Peaceful surroundings, a welcoming atmosphere, and everything needed for a truly rejuvenating stay. Highly recommended.

Het appartement was gewoon top!

Appartement très propre et très confortable.

The apartment was excellent high standard , beautifully decorated in style , very clean and comfortable . The staff are extremely helpful and professional . Was quick to resolve an issue we had to make our stay special for our wedding anniversary , would love to thank all who helped in this . Breakfast can also be delivered at €20 euro .

The apartments are by the busy road . So you can hear the trafic noise , but this seems to be the case on the whole island we discovered. Or at least the north and west . But you get used to it .

Clean and well maintained

Staff shortages were there

The rooms and swimming pool

The roof pool was not functional. However we were allowed for late check out. So it was okay at the end

The cleanliness of the appartment was a 10 on 10. Very spacious. Hotub was nice. Kitchen superb.

The rooftop pool and the common pool were both dirty and cold.

The AC was very good, the apartment was comfortable. The terrace and the garden was nice, and also the pool because it was almost empty anytime.

The location from booking is not the real one, it took us 6km away from the actual place and it was very hard to get in touch with someone who can help us as it was managed by another business. I suggest you search it by the name directly in waze and not open the adress from the booking map. Valur for money was not great. Also the breakfast was not what we expected, as it was delivered to our apartment in a takeaway bag. Also there were a lot of insects in the bathroom.

Tout

Rien

Our stay at Ki Residences in Pereybere was absolutely outstanding and easily the most luxurious accommodation during our entire Mauritius trip. The apartment itself is modern, spacious, and finished to a very high standard. Everything feels new, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. The overall atmosphere is calm and upscale, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The entire complex is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and a stunning pool area that feels like a resort. A big plus for us as a family: the main pool is not too deep, so our 6-year-old son could safely stand in the water, which made it very relaxed for all of us. We were able to recover and unwind extremely well here. The private rooftop pool was the icing on the cake and made the stay feel even more special. What really stood out to us was the incredible value for money. Considering the level of quality, design, and overall experience, this accommodation is truly hard to beat. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. The location in Pereybere is also very convenient, with beaches, restaurants, and shops all within easy reach. Conclusion: A true hidden gem in the north of Mauritius. We would absolutely recommend it and would definitely come back.

The only downside was the rooftop terrace itself – it lacked greenery and any kind of shade, which would have made it much more comfortable during the day.

Facilities and apartment was clean but be WARNED...

Firstly, the garden view photos were not included in the listing at the time of booking. When raised, this was repeatedly denied and we were told it would be passed on to ‘marketing.’ Our request to cancel due to false advertising on their part was refused. Secondly, the apartment was roughly half the size of what was advertised. To make matters worse, the ‘garden’ is an open walkthrough area directly beside an extremely noisy road — nothing like the tranquil space implied in the listing. I have never experienced such poor customer service — guests are being gaslit for the sake of money. The so-called ‘concierge service’ turned out to be a security guard. On the second night we were moved to an apartment that actually matched the advertised description, which proves the correct product exists — just with no guarantee you’ll receive it. If you happen to get the advertised apartment, it may be worth the price. But given the risk of receiving something completely different, and the refusal to take any accountability, I cannot recommend booking here.

Clean apartment and lovely pool

Only one hard pillow per person on the beds, so was not a comfortable sleep

The apartment was modern and spacious. The pool was also great!

The WiFI wasn't great, didn't reach the 2nd bedroom. The dishwasher was quite dirty.

Very well situated, well-equipped, spacious, clean, calm and chic penthouse well-equipped. Nice pool.

The quality of the toilet paper (went to the store to buy better quality) and the bath towels were small. Also a roll of paper towels or a Swedish cloth would have been useful in the kitchen. These little things would bring the rental to 10.

Very clean and beautiful

Nothing at all

Fantastic 2 bedroom penthouse. Great location. Apartment immaculate with a fully equipped kitchen. We will return

What aan amazing stay in this app Everything was perfect en complete We were very happy Clean and modern and the pool was very great

Wszystko . Polecam bardzo.

Nic.

Great locality, nice area, near to beach and stores, tasty breakfast, coffee maschine, washing machine and dishwasher in the apartment.. Apartment had everything what we needed

Some parts of furniture needs a deeper cleaning (for example stains on lamps, curtains)...

Everything

Nothing

Fantastic apartment! We had to book last minute, and it was the perfect choice. Mr. Ajay was very attentive and helpful. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and has a fantastic rooftop pool. Everything is very well maintained and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Spacious penthouse apartment, all bedrooms had their own ensuite, there is also a private plunge pool on the rooftop. The location is convenient only minutes to amenities and shops. The shared pool is huge and visually appealing. Air con in all rooms, spacious balcony, washing machine fridge and full kitchen with coffee machine.

The hot water system was inconsistent in the morning and was hard to get hot water that lasted more than 30 seconds, one of the bedroom shower drains were blocked which caused flooding requiring immediate attention rendering it useless and unable to be used until it was fixed. There needs to be another lift on block B as it was quite a distance from our room. A safe was also not present in the room which can pose a security risk to valuables.

L'emplacement

Clean, safe and comfortable

Nothing

Modern, clean apartment in a nice complex with a great pool and gym.

10-12 minute walk to the nearest public beach. You must have a car to stay here, especially when traveling with kids. Nothing much for kids to do in the complex, besides swim.

Moderno ed elegante appartamento accogliente e perfettamente fornito.

The accommodation and the pool

Great apartment

Nothing

security, spacious, well kept garden, well equipped appartment, washing mashine with drier, cleaning service, great view, big terrace

a bit more shade on the rooftop would be good, also in the kitchen something for peeling potatoes, the AC in the 2nd vedroom made some noise

The lack of professionalism and dishonesty

The lack of professionalism and dishonesty

Beautiful spacious modern apartment with high ceilings and full amenities. Large swimming pool.

The breakfast was cold every morning so suggest giving guests ingredients to cook themselves.

Tout était top

Rien c’était parfait

The apartment was very modern, stylish, spacious and clean. It is in walking distance of Pereybere beach, many restaurants and shops.

N/A

Great pool area, good location, nice amenities

The late check in procedure (we're talking only 8pm here) was quite unclear. Messaged the number provided on arrival to Mauritius only to be passed to another contact that didn't reply promptly. Had to be let in by security and eventually got in but could have been much better handled.
