Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon op slot Neuschwanstein. Parkeren voor de deur.
Bij binnenkomst van studio Ludwig op de 2e etage was de 1e indruk goed. Al snel kwamen de gebreken naar voren. Mss al eerder genoemd maar nogmaals onze bevindingen: onveilig balkonhek, gebarsten kookplaat, de bedbank was afgedekt met een plaid, zodra deze verschoof kwam de gebladderde bekleding tevoorschijn, Geen bedlamp waardoor je met het lichtje van je telefoon naar bed moest komen Wiebelende stoel/wiebelende salontafel, Geen overgordijnen, Douche cabine wat ons betreft z'n beste tijd gehad. (De hele badkamer trouwens, inclusief deur) De matrassen waren naar ons idee/smaak te zacht, doorgelegen Geen koninklijke kamer zoals de kamernaam doet vermoeden!

Die Wohnug im Erdgeschoss war sehr hellhörig. Auf dem ersten Blick sehr schön, aber abgewohnt und nicht sauber. Ausserdem noch Parkplatzgebühren auf ein Privatgelände zu verlangen,finde ich unverschäumt.Habe es überlesen. Kann keine Empfehung aussprechen, eher eine Notlösung.

Check in i check out je řešen přes skříňku s klíčema přes přístupový kód - tedy není navázán na čas a kontakt s personálem.

Leider hat sich schnell rausgestellt, dass keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten gegeben war. Auch die fehlende Lüftung im Sanitärraum hat seine Spuren an der Tür hinterlassen. Darüber hinaus ist die Balkonbrüstung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr stabil. Ich wollte kein Risiko eingehen und habe netsprechend Abstand gehalten.

Appartement sous les toits propre, spacieux pour 3 personnes. La terrasse est magnifique avec la vue sur les montagnes. Cuisine correctement équipée pour de brèves vacances.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026La casa era muy cómoda, confortable, la ubicación, teniendo un coche, era muy práctica. Estuvimos solo una noche, por lo que tampoco pudimos aprovecharla a pleno, pero como balance general nos gustó mucho.
Al estar solo una noche, nuestra estancia fue de paso, sirvió para descansar, bañarnos y dormir. En este sentido la casa es impecable. Lo que nos pareció un poco rígido es el tema de la limpieza, ya que el anfitrión te pide que dejes todo limpio, la vajilla lavada y guardada y que barras antes de irte (algo que en cierto aspecto entendemos es parte del servicio), sino pueden aplicarte costos adicionales. Nos pareció un poco estricto, pero tampoco fue un problema.

A great balcony, a bath and a nice little kitchen. Getting the key out of the Save box was very easy for check in.

Tiene parking . Está bastante limpio y la cocina está muy bien equipada
El parking es de pago , el jardín es para todas las habitaciones de la planta inferior!, tienes tu propia zona pero cualquiera de los otros apartamentos puede acceder a tu zona., No tiene aire acondicionado. Si quieres abrir las puertas hay que hacerlo en oscilobatiente si no quieres que se te cuele alguien.

Reviewed Jun 22, 20262 schöne eingerichtete Schlafzimmer, mit bequemen Betten. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Außenterrasse konnte bei dem schönen Wetter genutzt werden. Ein Parkplatz war gegen Gebühr direkt vor dem Haus verfügbar.
Das der Parkplatz 10€ gekostet hat, dieser Parkplatz war ja privat an das Haus gebunden. Das es kein gemeinsames Zimmer mit Couch und Fernseher gab.

Не хватало понятного места для завтрака рядом. Ещё мне показалось странным, что они взяли 9 EUR за парковку, которая явно выделена под номер (на ней была табличка с названием комнаты). Не самый дешёвый вариант.

Die Toiletten Tür kann nicht abgeschlossen werden. Die Zimmer Türen sind aus Milchglas, wenn in der Küche noch Licht brennt oder wenn jemand in der Nacht auf die Toilette geht und das Licht einschaltet ist es im Zimmer auch hell.

Everything was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Location is in a quiet village just few minutes walk from the bus station in both directions to the Neuschwanstein and to Füssen. Would gladly stay there again!

Reviewed May 11, 2026Wir waren über das Wochenende dort und haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Der check in ist einfach und privat. Bei Rückfragen waren die netten Vermieter immer ansprechbar. Wir hatte das Zimmer Ludwig. Ein wunderschönes kleines gemütliches Zimmer mit Küche in der alles vorhanden ist was man braucht. Das Bett war sehr bequem so dass wir in diesem mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Zimmer wie Könige schliefen :-) Abgerundet wurde das ganze mit dem großen Balkon von dem man einen wundervollen Blick auf die Berge und das Schloss hat. Vielen Dank dass wir Gäste sein durften. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen wenn wir in dieser Gegend sind
Dass der Parkplatz pro Nacht nochmal 9,90€ extra kostet.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Great apartment, lovely view from Sissi apartment but not of the castle (reckon the other 2nd floor flat would have that view). All was good, clean and comfortable beds. Bus stop to Füssen or the castles nearby though buses not quite as frequent as I had thought they might be at the end of April. Walkable (about 15 mins) to the fantastic Kristal thermal baths which were definitely worth a visit.
Poorly lit, especially around the cooking and dining area.

Reviewed May 4, 2026La predisposición de los anfitriones. El departamento es grande y cómodo ubicado en un área muy tranquila, cerca del castillo y del centro de Fussen. En nuestro caso nos alojamos en el departamento Romantik que cuenta con una gran terraza ideal para disfrutar.
El horario de salida, la comodidad y la terraza merecen un buen desayuno y poder hacer la salida un poco más tarde

Internets zem katras kritikas. Tas strādā režīmā - 2 minūtes ir, 10 minūtes nav. Īpašniekiem būtu jānopērk jaudīgāks rūteris un jāabonē ātrāks internets.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026The stay in the Sisi apartment was excellent. After visiting the nearby castles, it was wonderful to spend the night in an apartment that evoked a fairytale atmosphere.The instructions were clear, it was great that there was parking in front of the house, the location was good, and the terrace was excellent.
The only things I missed were a good pillow and perhaps a microwave and a freezer, but that wasn’t a problem since we stayed for just one night.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026Great location, very close to Hohenschwangau area and other great places to visit. I also loved that the keys could be obtained via a safe, which made our arrival pretty relaxed. The owners also kept us up to date via text and send a Schwangau pass which is great to explore the area. The garden area is quite beautiful and there is plenty of space inside the appartement to store your lugage, and to walk around. The kitchen was also quite nice (lots of plates, cups and pans etc. Available, and a good stove)
A bit too noisy due to thin walls/ceiling, a downside was that there was no general living room, and another downside was that our shower head stand was a bit broken, so we had to hold the head to shower/bathe. Also, I would have liked if the parking cost was already included in the price. But all in all, it is an okay place to stay for 1 to 2 nights.

Атмосфера комнаты такая, что можно погрузиться в прошлые века. Это мотивирует интересоваться историей Баварии . Удобная кровать с пуховым одеялом. Есть маленькая кухня, плита, посуда. Большой балкон с садовой мебелью, красивый вид, тишина. Рядом есть магазин. Терма спа с минеральными бассейнами, недалеко замки и красивые исторические места.
Над плитой нет вытяжки. Номер очень красивый, а гардина с дырками. Повесьте, пожалуйста, новую

Im Bad ließ sich der Duschkopf nicht fixieren. Bei den Küchenmöbeln waren die Türen nicht ausgerichtet und teilweise löste sich der Umleimer. Ein Stuhl im Wohnzimmer stand an der Wand, wenn man ihn vorzog war die Lehne lose. Alles sah auf den ersten Blick gut aus, wenn man genauer hinsah, war vieles herunter gekommen. Wir haben uns auch sehr über die unflexibele Ankunftszeit geärgert. Wir waren 10 Minuten zu früh und mussten vor der Tür warten.
