Unique and Spacious Apt close to City Centre

It’s a very nice apartment. Has a Private parking lot. Very near to the center. To the old building, just 8 minutes. To Ferry, just 10 minutes walking. Apartment is very comfortable, feel like my own home.

It was really spacious! Having a parking lot on the property was perfect!

The apartment was immaculate, tastefully decorated and furnished, and provided everything we needed during our two night stay. This is a fantastic property, in a great location, and I absolutely recommend it.

The only suggestion I have is that it would be good if a shower mat could be provided. As there wasn't one, we needed to use one of the hand towels.

Bardzo przestronny i doskonale wyposażony apartament. Przydatne instrukcje oraz opisy jak korzystać z urządzeń. Super lokalizacja, choć z portu idzie się sporo pod górę. Poza tym cisza i spokój. Miejsce parkingowe tuż pod domem - bardzo wygodne. Klimatyzacja, której nie było w opisie, okazała się bardzo pomocna.

Doskonała lokalizacja - cicho a jednocześnie kilka minut spacerem od starego miasta i portu , blisko sympatyczna piekarnia z cynamonkami i wyśmienitym chlebem:) . Miejsce parkingowe w pakiecie. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, dodatkowo kawa , przyprawy. Polecam gorąco.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit allen was benötigt wird. Sehr Zentrale Lage.

Die Klimaanlage war leider nicht funktionsfähig.

Very good location, 7-8 mins to city center, and ease of parking in such an area a boon. Spacious and comfortable, and amenities just about right. Fitted with ikea stuff, so basic and functional, dont expect anything luxurious, that was okay with us.

Biggest disappointment was the cleaner's attitude who came in ahead of 11 AM checkout. And even though we vacated the apartment ahead of 11AM checkout time, she had a rude reaction to us to move our car out ON THE DOT at 11 AM, not a second more, as she wanted to use the parking, while there is parking available on the road, that she could have used briefly. We had just gotten a replacement rental car and we were setting it up / getting organized when that reaction that makes you feel a lesser human being, came in. Left a really bad taste.

Lack of the instructions of appliances

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood and a 5 minute walk Old Stavanger and the harbor area. It is a large apartment and everything was very clean. There were only 2 of us but I think the apartment would be very comfortable for 4 people. Communication with Alexander was excellent and it was very easy to find and get into the apartment. I would recommend this unit to anyone visiting Stravanger.

Fantastic apartment, fantastic location, off road parking, extra pillows.

Owner needs to leave instructions for oven and cooktop which are difficult to work and seem to have their own mind! Also needs to leave instructions how to manage the super-sensitive cooktop alarm which goes off and shuts down the power even if you take a pan off the stove for a couple of minutes. Health and safety gone mad!

Very comfortable, great location, cruise ships not in view. Host mitigated bathroom sink flooding issues as soon as we were able to connect on the first night we arrived. He sent a plumber and other persons to take care of all issues the next morning.

The bathroom sink flooding on our first night was unexpected and stressful. (See positive comments on hosts response). It would have been helpful to have instructions for the washer/dryer, and a few more kitchen items such as a can opener, wine opener, tea bags.

The apartment is beautiful! Fabulous location for the city centre! Very comfortable and spacious.

My only suggestion would be more towels.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, well located for the centre and supermarket very close. Washing machine and dryer was useful. Contact with the host was straightforward.

Minor point, there could be a few more drinking glasses for 4 guests.

I thought the bed was comfortable but my husband thought the mattress could be thicker and softer. Just his preference!

I loved that there was a kitchen and washer/dryer. The shower had great water pressure, the beds were comfortable, and the TV had streaming services. The location was perfect and free parking was a plus.

some pans are already badly scratched, unfortunately I also found one unwashed pot from previous visitors in the kitchen cupboard.

It was quite cold in the apartment, if I had known that I would have brought some thick socks and a warm sweater.
