I have arrived very late, at 4am, and when I called the phone I immediately got answered. I could just self check in easily... Also when I asked for towels I got an answer immediately. So very responsive and communicative

The only thing is that they forgot to give me towels. So after calling already at 4 am to check in, I didn't felt so comfortable to call again so waited with the shower. But once I asked I got 4 towels (:

I booked the studio apartment with the kitchen. it is very nicely equipped with a hair dryer, washing machine, clothing iron, it had all the necessary kitchenware... But mostly, the location is perfect, very close to both La Praiola and Magaggiari beach, city center is also a 5min walk, bus station 15min... Salvatore is not really speaking a lot of english, but we managed the communication just fine. Thank you for a great stay 🙏

Na plus zdecydowanie można zaliczyć lokalizację, wszędzie jest stosunkowo blisko. Niestety jest to właściwie jedyny pozytywny aspekt tego pobytu.

Niestety pobyt okazał się dużym rozczarowaniem. Byłam na wakacjach z koleżanką i dwójką małych dzieci. Przydzielono nam pokój na samej górze, gdzie po przyjeździe przywitała nas temperatura około 36°C. Klimatyzacja praktycznie nie dawała rady. Po około sześciu godzinach udało się obniżyć temperaturę zaledwie do 29°C. Wszyscy byliśmy wyczerpani upałem i dusznym powietrzem, a w takich warunkach nie dało się normalnie spać. Poprosiłyśmy właściciela o możliwość przeniesienia się do pokoju piętro niżej, nr 4. Pokój był mniejszy, ale klimatyzacja działała tam prawidłowo, więc zdecydowałyśmy się zostać. Z tego, co widziałyśmy na Booking, ten pokój był w ofercie o około 1000 zł (ok. 235 €) tańszy. Zaproponowałyśmy więc właścicielowi zwrot różnicy, jednak odmówił. Zamiast tego zaproponował nam powrót na górę i wentylator. W takiej temperaturze wentylator nie rozwiązywał problemu, dlatego nie zdecydowałyśmy się na powrót. W mieszkaniu był również poważny problem z mrówkami. Były praktycznie wszędzie: w szafkach kuchennych, na podłodze, również w łazience. Wchodziły do jedzenia, a nawet do pozostawionej odzieży. Przy pobycie z małymi dziećmi było to szczególnie uciążliwe. Mam również zastrzeżenia do podanego metrażu pokoju na poddaszu. Podawane 70 m² wydaje się obejmować również tarasy, które niestety były mocno zabrudzone odchodami gołębi. Znajdująca się tam suszarka na pranie była cała zardzewiała, więc korzystanie z niej wiązało się z ryzykiem zabrudzenia lub zniszczenia ubrań. Kolejnym rozczarowaniem była sytuacja z transferem na lotnisko. Skoro właściciel nie zgodził się na zwrot różnicy w cenie za tańszy pokój, zaproponowałyśmy, aby w ramach rekompensaty bezpłatnie odwiózł nas na lotnisko. Również na to się nie zgodził. Powiedział natomiast, że może zorganizować transport za 45 €. Zgodziłyśmy się. Niestety spóźnił się około 25 minut, przez co o mały włos nie spóźniłyśmy się na samolot.

Perfect location, close to the town center and the seaside. The room was perfectly cleaned, the bed and pillows super comfortable. I appreciated that the host provided bottled soap, dishwashing supplies, and a few kitchen essentials such as oil and salt. I think this is especially thoughtful on the day of arrival, when guests may not have the chance to go grocery shopping straight away. It's nice to arrive and find that the house isn't completely lacking in basic necessities.

Stanza con bagno a piano terra con accesso diretto dalla strada in posizione molto centrale. Il proprietario mi ha proposto un Trasfer di 35 euro dall’aeroporto all’appuntamento, considerando che un taxi si aggira attorno ai 50 Euro.

Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che ho prenotato un monolocale, con tanto di foto di cucina e con l’elenco delle caratteristiche tipiche di un appartamento, invece ci siamo trovate una stanza con bagno senza un balcone. Sono stata informata la mattina stessa che avrei avuto quella stanza. Con lo stesso prezzo del monolocale. Discutibile il letto che era scomodo e la pulizia, ci stava ancora la sabbia a terra.

Ottima la posizione, a piedi si va ovunque, non abbiamo dovuto usare la macchina se non per uscire dal paesino. Anche il parcheggio sempre disponibile sul posto. Appartamento comodo e sufficientemente spazioso per una famiglia, accoglienza tempestiva e disponibile anche per l uso della culla completo di lenzuola pulite.

Mi è dispiaciuto non trovare un microonde e una macchina per il caffè, è se non doveva mancare proprio niente anche una lavatrice. Non abbiamo trovato neanche una spugna per lavare i piatti e sufficienti mollette per usare lo stendino, ne abbinato trovate 4 in tutto. Magari non sono indispensabili ma per me che ho alloggiato solo 4giorni il mio obbiettivo era avere tutte le comodità di casa dovendo portare da me solo l indispensabile. Ma tutto questo non ci ha pesato più di tanto, la cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stato avere i rubinetti con la massima pressione che non ti permettevano di lavarti le mani senza ritrovarti l acqua ovunque e addosso, persino quella del water schizzava fuori... E le formiche, ovunque. Fastidiosissimo.

Близьке розташування до набережної. Маленька студія з кухнею та всім необхідним. Власник також допоміг з організацією таксі до аеропорту, що було значно дешевше за убер.

Не було пральної машини, хоча начебто вона була в описі і дуже гучно вночі через постійний рух транспорту.

Posizione ottima per raggiungere la spiaggia.

Condizionatore solo in cucina, con l'uscita dell'aria fresca ostruita da mobile frigo. Quindi la camera da letto non era fresca. Carenza di stoviglie in cucina : manca un apri bottiglie, due caffettiere senza manico, solo una tazza per la colazione (eravamo in due), due soli bicchieri, manca la pentola per scaldare il latte. Il bidet si muove e il vetro della doccia è rotto...insomma tutto un po' lasciato andare...

Very neat and clean property. The building has separate entrance to each room so privacy is not hampered. The owner was very helpful and professional. Room had everything needed like kitchen washer bathroom etc.

Sofa was broken even though we didn’t use it.

Pokój inny niż zarezerwowany (miał być z kuchnią i kanapą),a dostałam pokój z łazienką z wejściem od ulicy.

bagno senza finestra, senza bidet. l'annuncio diceva parcheggio, ho prenotato la struttura per il parcheggio. purtroppo non esiste nessun parcheggio ma si parcheggia in lato strada. ho subito anche il furto di un copricerchio dell'auto noleggiata.

Una habitación muy completa. Enfrente de La Praiola y Maggagiari. Cerca de la plaza principal.

A szállás rendkívül jó helyen van, minden lényeges a közelben van. Pár lépésre az utca végén kiváló étterem a kikötő felett, ahol jókat lehet ebédelni, vacsorázni és nagyszerű reggelit lehet elfogyasztani egy jő kávé kíséretében. Ezen kívül nagyon közel van a part és kisebb bevásárlásokra alkalmas bolt. Számomra a szállás teljes mértékben megfelelt. Különösen ajánlom egyedül utazóknak, de akár két fő számára is jó lehet.

Némi kellemetlenséget okozott a kulcs átvétele, bár a telefonálást követően pár perc alatt megkaptam a kulcsot. Javaslom, hogy tüntessék fel, hogy az érkezéskor és távozáskor telefonon szükséges egyeztetni a szállásadóval a kulcs tekintetében. Viszont ez csak nagyon csekély kellemetlenség volt. A következő ottartózkodásom során már gördülékeny lesz. (Tekintettel arra, hogy biztos vagyok abban, hogy a jövőben is igénybe veszem ezt a szállást!)

Nos atendieron muy bien y nos gestionaron la ida y vuelta al aeropuerto. Fue todo un acierto.

Posizione a 2 min a piedi dal centro e 5 min dal mare. Alloggio grande con tutto il necessario per una famiglia con un bimbo, cucina attrezzata par cucinare come a casa. C’è anche la lavatrice. Bilocale ampio con balconcino. Ottimo anche il servizio navetta per l’aeroporto.

Stoelen en tafeltje op balkon waren smerig. Veel dingen zaten los aan de muur. Contactpersoon kon nauwelijks Engels en sprak doorgaans gewoon Italiaans. Hij wilde de sleutel niet komen halen omdat hij nieuwe mensen moest halen voor het appartement. Dit kon niet omdat ik nog een dag had geboekt om te veblijven. De sleutel heb ik maar in de la gelegd en hem een foto ervan gestuurd. Beetje jammer.

Facilities were basic however didn’t expect much more than this. Was adequate for price range. Location was great, close to the beach

Communication with the property owners was difficult. Firstly, I was waiting outside what I thought was the property (just based off of the address and photos from booking.com. I had to end up calling the owner on WhatsApp, got hung up on the first time due to probably language barrier. I had messaged on booking.com the day before informing of my arrival time in hopes this would assist with my check in process,however based on previous reviews this seems a common occurrence. I wasn’t waiting too long, probably only ~30minutes, but can be a stressful experience considering the service was also cutting in and out for me in this location and was quite hot.) I then required to be at the airport for an early 6:30am flight. They advertise airport transfer on their booking which is actually the only reason as to why I booked this place. I then asked twice over booking.com if they are able to accommodate this, once in English and once in Italian to assist with an understandable language barrier. Both times these said yes they are able to facilitate an airport transfer at the time I was asking. I then asked once in person when checking in that this airport transfer was confirmed, they said yes. Come the morning of, I am left standing alone at 4am, the time I thought we had discussed and confirmed. I messaged on booking.com (which to no surprise got no reply as it was hard to communicate with them during the day time anyway), tried calling on WhatsApp, no answer. I was disappointed with this as I believed I had confirmed something and then was left to my own devices. I then messaged the owner to say I had left the key where it was when I checked in and got no reply since checking out. No apology for the miscommunication ect. I of course understand that there were language barriers however would have appreciated if they didn’t understand to just say no, they don’t offer transfers.

Il materasso era molto scomodo, la struttura del letto molto rumorosa. Il bidet non ben ancorato al pavimento, box doccia non si chiude bene. Nella nostra camera una presa vicino il comodino non funziona

Kommunikation mit Gastgeber war äußerst kompliziert. Spricht nur italienisch, kein Englisch. Pick up am Flughafen kläglich gescheitert. Gab mir die Schuld, dass es nicht geklappt hat. Ich habe eine halbe Stunde gewartet und bin dann mit einem Taxi zur Unterkunft gefahren. Was mich 40 Euro gekostet hat. Irgendwann kam der Gastgeber dann auch zur Unterkunft und wollte von mir bezahlt werden, obwohl der Pick up nicht geklappt hat. Gastgeber sehr unfreundlich und unkooperativ. Sehr enttäuschend. Positiv war die Unterkunft. Jedoch nie wieder dorthin.

Некоторые вещи из-за эксплуатации требуют ремонта: крючки для одежды и полотенец, москитные сетки. Сложно сушить белье, если живешь на земляном этаже, лучше бы предусмотреть компактные сушки на стене, на улице.

Super sauber, perfektes Bad, bequeme Matrazen, kleine Kitchenette im Schrank. Perfekte Lage, Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Schnell am Flughafen, kleiner Hafen und Restaurants um die Ecke. Geheimtipp!

Kein Fenster aber dafür typisch italienisch, Haustür/ Zimmertür direkt auf die kleine Gasse.

À notre arrivée nous avons reçu un message comme quoi la chambre était hors service. Mais nous avons été reloger dans une très belle chambre. Merci beaucoup.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, son port et ses restaurants. Proche de l'aéroport de Palerme. Ville très vivante, touristique mais avec des vrais gens aussi.

L'accueil peu chaleureux du propriétaire ou gestionnaire, même s'il était réactif pour répondre aux questions posées. Réponses lapidaires. Heureusement il y avait Anna qui a tout fait pour faciliter notre installation.

Tout d’abord la disponibilité du personnel, nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévus, et après un message whatsapp, dans les 5 minutes une personne est venue nous accueillir et nous donner les clés de l’appartement. Celui-ci était très fonctionnel et très propre. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied du centre du village. Parking aisé et gratuit devant l’immeuble pour la voiture.

La literie aurait pu être un peu plus confortable.

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, bardzo blisko do centrum nad promenadę oraz dwie minuty do jednej z dwóch plaż. Kuchnia i łazienka w pełni wyposażone, balkon z widokiem na morze.

Dostaliśmy pokój typu studio, czyli sypialnia, kuchnia i łazienka. Natomiast w sypialni nie bo okna tylko otwór nad drzwiami do kuchni. W naszym przypadku nie było to zbyt komfortowe gdyż byliśmy z małym dzieckiem.

I had paid for a studio apartment, with kitchen, washing machine, a queen size bed and sofa bed. what I got was a tiny room with shower. no kitchen, no washing machine, no sofa. I didn’t get a quiet room, but a street level room that opened out onto the street. There was traffic blaring loud music. rushing by the door until late into the night. There was no check in, the sliding door was not locked and I was just instructed to go in. I complained to the owner, who first told me that the washer was broken (but there was no washer in the room to begin with), then told me that the room I was supposed to get was wrecked by previous guests so I couldn’t get it, then told me that I came too late and my room had already been given away. His excuses changed constantly. Besides, I’d already paid for the room. I asked booking dot com to intervene, but apparently the owners never replied and a week later the situation is in limbo.

Good location close to beach,shops, kids playground , airport and good location for exploring the North-West part of Sicily. Clean and cosy apartment.

It was quite noisy specially at night you were listening water running through drainage system under your apartment, also not good isolated appartment, could hear very loud motorbikes from outside although the streets were otherwise not very busy, but motorbikes were really annoying; our 14months son had a problem falling asleep in the evenings. Also you could hear people talking from other apartments/room in the same house. Then the kitchen was not well equipped, no microwave , no salad bowl, broken kettle, only one glass ( so you need to drink from cups). The kitchen also had a drainage system on the floor in the middle that made disturbing noise each time you stepped on that part. There was a washing machine mentioned in the description and on some photos but there wasn't any washing machine in the apartment.

Camera pulita, posizione vicina al mare e quasi al centro paese....uscita indipendente. C'è tutto il necessario anche per una vacanza prolungata...avendo a disposizione una cucina e il necessario/essenziale per cucinare.

Ubytovanie bolo v super lokalite, bolo čisté, priestranné, všetko bolo v ňom čo človek potrebuje, majiteľ bol veľmi nápomocný a milý , a vždy komunikoval keď sme niečo potrebovali

Incompatibilità tra ciò che si prenota e ciò che viene assegnato al momento del check in da parte del host. Abbiamo prenotato e pagato per un monolocale con cucina e invece ci è stata data una camera, su strada priva di balcone e zona cucina,la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. In bagno c'era un tappeto davanti la doccia già usato, il bollitore sporco, comodini sporchi, frigobar sporco, il muro, l'interno dei cassetti sporco e pino di peli tanto che non abbiamo potuto riporre i nostri vestiti lasciandoli dentro i nostri zaini. Sicuse avessimo letto per bene le recensioni non avremmo prenotato in questa struttura lo sconsiglio per chi non vuole incappare in false aspettative.

Great location. Quiet area. Close to restaurants and the beach.

It wasn’t really clean (bathroom, fridge, floors, dirty toilet brush, etc.). Many items were broken or in poor condition and hadn’t been looked after. It took a very long time for the water to heat up. The cot was unusable. The host didn’t respond to my message about this. The low price of the apartments does not make up for the negative aspects

Diciamo che abbiamo lasciato più pulito di quello che abbiamo trovato....

Helppo majoitus lähellä kenttää. Parkkipaikka löytyy kadun varrelta ihan vierestä. TV ei toiminut ja tiskiaineita ei ollut. Miten nämä pesee astiat ilman sitä?

Obiekt niezgodny z opisem. Wejście bezpośrednio z ulicy, z brakiem balkonu, bidetu, widok na chodnik i ulicę, a nie na góry. Kuchni brak, tylko elektryczny czajnik, z którego brzydziliśmy się skorzystać. Brak pralki, sofy, kuchenki. Było zimno, a w pilocie do klimatyzacji nie było baterii. Najgorszy był brak ciepłej wody jak przyjechaliśmy ok g. 23:00... mimo uprzedzenia o godzinie przyjazdu. Adres w booking podany obok. Byliśmy pod numerem 35 a nie 33.
