I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. It was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The host, Mohamed Barakat, was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. I also really appreciated how understanding he was about a small accidental mark on the glass tabletop. He even insisted on replacing it immediately without charging me. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

بصراحة الموقع بلوران منطقة راقية هاديه وع البحر مباشرة والاخ محمد صاحب الشقة او المسؤول عنها بصراحة قمة في الاخلاق والذوق والادب شقة فيها كل شيء وكله مرتب وجديد شاشات كبيرة انترنت نت فلكس شاهد دفاية مطبخ متكامل مكوة ملابس وطاولة كوي كله متوفر اضافة لتوفر كافة المتطلبات والمطاعم .. وان شاء الله تتكرر الزيارة ولا انسى الاخت العاملة المنزلية .. شكرا

فقط لو يتم توفير اضاءة اقوى يتم فتحها واغلاقها من داخل الشفه عند المدخل والاصنصير ... بس خلاص🫡🥰

everything about this apartment is fantastic

Well, the view is spectacular; there’s nothing more to add. As for cleanliness, the apartment is very clean, with excellent modern furniture. Of course, the neighborhood offers diverse shopping options. Finally, it's worth every penny.

The check-in information wasn't clear enough, and the check-out information was unclear. Although, some delay in answering the call, once answered, they came quickly

When we arrived we found that there was a garage to park the car. The apt was super clean, the balcony view is awesome, being in the 13th floor make it very unique and the privacy is great. The furniture is good and comfortable. The kitchen appliances are in good condition and the fridge is clean from the inside, they provided soap and napkins and clean towels.. Everything was just perfect.

We just didn't find the remote of the TV, and the remote of the AC was not working properly. That's all. Everything else was great.

من النهايه اللي متعود على فنادق 5 او حتى 4 نجوم لاتفكروا تنزلوا هنا العمارة مدخلها جدا مخيف وقديم ولكن الشقه نفسها مرتبه لكن ليست بذيك النظافه والسجاد جداا مستهلك والفرش ايضا مستهلكه المكان ماهو مريح بسبب ذالك الشي الوحيد اللي خلانا نكمل الفيو كانت جميله فقط وشكرا لصاحب الشقه

The view is incredible and the apartment is clean, we will do it again for sure. A lot of beaches are nearby like a 10-15 minute walk the same as the restaurant, also it's easy for delivery.

Location was amazing the only thing was check in time when I asked the owner to come at 12 noon he informed it should be not before 14 :00 and next day I checked out at 11 am.otherwise everything were good

The location and the view. First impression place is clean but when you look u will find small ants in the main bed room and balacony.

We chose the place because of the amazing reviews we went through But.... First shock , wheb we kept trying reaching the provided contact and no reply or response till after mid day of check in which made us delay our trip till we had been provided by another number to communicate with, even with an ignorant text.not sure why not the right number is not mentioned from the beginning. Second, when we had chexked in late night (due to our plans delay because of theprevious reason) and agreed with the focal person we met to arrange the check out time but mainly not before 12. As the norm anywhere !!!! We woke up at 11:00 on harsh door bells to open find the house keeping lady ( as she claims coz we werenot told that she will show up at our door) told her will wake tge family up and pack so give us 30 mins. Shekept knocking every 15 mins where we were literaly running crazy around the house feeling so humilated and for sure never been to such experience through our trips any where in the world So no the staff is not nice No the place is not that supper duper clean And sure not a repetable visit.

Specious for family, amazing location, the landlord was very understanding with very high communication skills. The view from the balcony is stunning no doubt !! 100% i recommend the unit for whoever wants to relax and enjoy the sea view :) Well Done Alexander House

The apartment is clean and conveniently located near the Four Seasons Hotel. It's a perfect place to stay, with air conditioning and all the amenities you need. This is the most beautiful place I have ever spent my vacation in. We came from Germany and enjoyed a wonderful tour of lovely Egypt. Many thanks to Mr. Mohamed, the owner, for his hospitality. I truly loved the apartment and look forward to coming again next year. Ahmed

The place is beyond comfortable, spotless , cozy and sanitized. It in fact exceeded our expectations ! The view is breathtaking of course. The wifi is fast & all the channels are on the tv. Netflix, Disney ......etc My children felt nothing was less than home. Above all, the owner was so friendly & caring . It's our spot back in Alexandria for sure :)

Place is clean and good space for four people. In the center so close to everything. View is amazing specially in the morning. Equiped with all what you want. Host is caring and usually checks if anything needed.

Everything about the apartment was super, the location with the view, the cleanliness, the supplies they provides, even the nice furniture, and the owner is super nice and polite, we asked for a late check out if it was available and they allowed it.

This apartment is the best of the best in every detail, even the small ones like WiFi, towels, cleanliness, and hand soap, among others. Additionally, it is furnished with a fine sense of style and equipped with all the necessary appliances and tools. The owner was very friendly and cooperative. The view is truly amazing. It's not one of the best.. It's actually the best in Alex 👌. Better than any hotel you would think of. Best location. Best view. Best decoration. Best facilities. Tv with Netflix, shahid .. etc. Best Service (Always checking for anything missing) You can see the sea 🌊 without even getting off bed. Near every Alexandria landmarks. I left my car like all the duration and walk to most of them or used transportation like 20 min for the farest place in Alex. I actually told my family members about it and they will definitely book it whenever they go to Alex. You can't imagine untill you see by yourself. It's even better than photos 📸. Thanks mr. Very cozy place with smart tv and nice view close to San Stefano.

A lot of noise from the busy road down below so could not keep windows open or stay on the balcony for long. I used a portable fan to block out the noise to sleep at night. The apartment seemed to have been smoked in prior to my arrival, which was making me feel unwell at the beginning of the stay.

Location was okay with good view of Mediterranean sea. Apartment condition was same as in the pictures. All rooms with good furniture. Living room and kitchen are complete with TV, washing machine and microwave. Toilets are clean.

For the price this property is good value for money. Just that the location and slow traffic, makes the journey to the property seems far from the city. Otherwise all is good with this property

Check-in was really easy, the host was ready with the keys, and showed me around. Exceptional view and attention to details is really noticable all over the apartment. I'd definitely come back again for another stay.

Parking my car was a challenge, nearby garages have so tiny spaces to park.
