Very nice apartment for one or two people, with a large shared sunroof terrace close to the beach, restaurant and all necessities.

Tha Wi-Fi isn't solid and I would prefer a sturdier, safer door. But no real issues.

Grand Baieの中心地。 徒歩5分でショッピングセンターに行けて、スーパーはもちろんレストラン、ATM、ランドリーもある。 部屋の中は綺麗にされている。 とにかく安くロケーションの良いとこに泊まりたい人は選択肢に入ると思う。

・洗濯機は屋外に納屋みたいなとこにある。(私は別のランドリー店に行った) ・ガスコンロの使い方が分からず使えなかった。 ・シャワーのお湯はぬるめ。真冬は寒いかもしれない。 ・エアコンの暖房が(何故か暖房だけ)効かなかった。毛布が1枚しかなかったため、風の強い日の夜は寒かった。

Très bien, bonne situation, un personnel au petit soin, une réactivité incroyable et d'une grande douceur.

J'aurais préféré un petit canapé, pour encore mieux se poser.. dans l'ensemble le studio est a un très bon niveau de confort.rien

Location was great as it is walking distance to a lot of things to do in grand baie, restaurants, beach, super U center. View from the rooftop was great! Parking available on the side of the road, not the best but available

There was no proper information on code for keys and response from the host and no one at the venue. Had to ask the neighbours to help out to check in. Washroom light could be better, feels a little disturbing to the eyes

It was a really nice apartment in a great location and a nice lagoon view from the terrace. It was a safe neighborhood with the police station right opposite the apartment. Very well-kept and clean apartment with great value for money.

Nous étions à l'appartement qui se trouve au dernier étage et de ce fait nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse qui est super agréable (vue sur la mer). Il est important de préciser qu'il y a un certain nombre de marches à monter, Super emplacement mais pas de parking pour garer la voiture ni de possibilité de la garer aux alentours. Durant tout notre séjour, nous l'avons garée au parking du Super U qui se trouve à une dizaine de minutes à pieds. L'appartement est complètement conforme aux photos. Il est très bien équipé et cosy. Nous l'avons vraiment apprécié et vous le recommandons vivement.

Studio AXIA au 3ème (et dernier) étage. Jolie vue dans l’angle de la terrasse, La gentillesse du personnel. Le ménage fait 2x/semaine.

L’évier le robinet et le meuble sous l’évier à rénover.

En plus d'une très belle vue et d'une propreté irréprochable, le propriétaire a été super arrangeant. Je recommande vivement.

Facile d'accès, bien placé. Très bel appartement, bien équipé. Clim efficace et pas orientée sur le lit, ça évite d'être malade le lendemain. Menage fait régulièrement. Beaux couchers de soleil. Personnel sympathique.

Rien à dire . Je veux juste signaler qu'il y a trois étages à monter aux personnes handicapées.

Spacious and comfy apartment with nice view from the terrace. Bus stop is really close so you can reach different beaches very conveniently.

Would recommend putting screens on the windows to allow ventilation and prevent insects from flying in. The wifi sometimes dropped out a bit and instructions on how to lock the safe would also be nice.

Juste tout je vous le conseille vivement vous allez pas le regretter une secondes on compte bien y retourner pour plusieurs jours c'est magnifique 😍

We got an apartment on the very top floor with a beautiful view of the ocean from our terrace. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was very well-equipped, making cooking a pure pleasure. There were adorable green geckos on the stairwell :) In front of the gate was the biggest spider I'd ever seen – we named him Tomas :D A police station is right across from the property. The beach is very close by, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

There is a slight problem with parking spaces, but it is manageable - there is a small parking lot right next to the building, a street away.

Wystrój, czystość, zestaw ręczników, widok, lokalizacja, za taką cenę to chyba cud. Objechałam większą część wybrzeża i za większe pieniądze było wszędzie gorzej. Warto na pewno , polecam

Schody i część przy wejściu do budynku mogłaby być posprzątana

Great rooftop terrace. Modern AC. Comfortable bed. Owner is responsive via WhatsApp.

Staff is not really visible during the stay. There was only one toilet paper roll for the stay. The shared washing machine is currently broken and not available. There is only one parking for the whole building (but it's also not advertised). Can be challenging to find parking space. The bathroom is a little run down, basin sink leaking, shower a little old. The towels need replacement and are not good.

Amazing place and easy going host

It is an apartment located at central point of Grand Baie. You can walk everywhere in this town but you need a car in the island. Terrace is shared with next 2 rooms that we knew and very good view. We know It is a budget place but some services must be done. Really bad wifi, uncomfortable bed, dusty room floor... a washing machine mentioned but it was in a poor room in the garden and not clean. +2 days, in the morning we were disturbed and yelled by rude housemaids of next room.

Great location! Supermarket, beach, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance! Lovely view from the terrace. My apartment studio was very cozy and spacious. Would definitely stay again! Sad to leave! The host answered quickly, and the maids greeted me with all the info. 10/10 from me!

The password for wifi not left in apartment, would be easier that way. It was too high up, many flights of stairs. no help with my bags. The bed was uncomfortable😔

Spacious apartment with lovely view and table you can sit at outside to enjoy the view. Close to everything you need but far enough away from the bustle of central Grand Baai. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and will definitely stay again.

The staff make this property special. Fazana is an absolute gem!!! Needs a bit of a face-lift but the location is great. Rented the top floor apartment which has a nice outside area where you have a nice view and good to have some drinks or something to eat... Good price for what you receive.

Could have more utensils for the kitchen. Old property that could do with some revamp... Again the staff here make it

Great host, very friendly staff, perfect location, amazing view from the room & the terrace. They even arranged another room for me to keep my luggages and change to help with my late flight time.
