Soi-disant internet, pas d'internet quand on est arrivé, et le lendemain internet que dans la chambre et non au restaurant. Soi disant chambre avec vue, nous avions vue sur une terrasse inachevée depuis des années avec de la ferraille partout. Les horaires de petit déjeuner prévu entre 6h30 et 9h00, on a sollicité à 7h00; impossible, On nous a proposé à 7h45, mais à 7h55, toujours personne. On a dû partir, notre sortie était prévu à 8h00. Climatisation complètement pourri, non entretenu. La chambre sert de stockage à une vieille télé cathodique. Mais le plus gros inconvénient, Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude durant tout notre séjour, on nous a donné une bouilloire, un seau et une barquette en plastique pour se laver. Pour tout ces problèmes rencontrés, nous avons pris soins de faire des photos pour étayer nos dires et envoyer un texto au propriétaire pour la demande du petit-déjeuner à 7h00. Merci Booking.com, mais cette établissement doit faire l'objet d'un contrôle afin de voir si elle doit faire parti de vos propositions d'hébergement qui détruit la confiance de votre site de réservation. Étant un client habitué de votre site, un remboursement serait un geste commercial à envisager. Cordialement un client mécontent

Just the location

Everything, rude owner, no electricity no water for 2 days. Check out is earlier than mentioned. Room isn't same as in the pictures, we booked kitchenette and he said there is no kitchenette room available, if we don't like it we can cancel the booking.......

Endroit plein de cafards, et pas tellement propre.

The location is great and all amenities are easily accessed

There is no reception and we had to call and wait to be assisted. The stairs were dirty and smelly. The room had old furniture and we couldn't understand why there were 2 fridges. We requested for an iron but there is no room service we had to go down every time we needed something and return them ourselves.

Good location - few minutes walking distance from the beach. Parking available in front of the apartment.

The owner was not very friendly. When we told him about cockroaches in our room he said it is a high season. There was a mold on the shower curtain. Another guests were also complaining about mess in their room.

Room was ok but it's just to have a sleep and nothing more. The location is very good in the centre of everything.

The building is old and the rooms are at the back. It lacks some renovation.

The location close to the beach and restaurant

The hist was rude and insulting I booked an apartment 50m2 with a balcony and kitchen. He gave me a box room 20m2 I complained he said if I don't like the room I can leave. I said I want what listed and what I paid for, his reply was you didn't pay for a Palace. I finally got the room I oringal booked .he was rude and abstute raising his voice and said you English people expect to much when on holiday. I told him I live in Mauritius.

Chambre claire climatisée et propre Le petit déj est simple : un bon café et tartines grillées. Le linge de lit et toilette ainsi que le petit dej sont compris dans le prix.

Très bonne localisation près des transports publics. Personnel accueillant et des plus flexibles. Petit déjeuner bien servi avec sourire en sus. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Wifi et TV ok. Ménage tous les jours donc très propre. Bonne literie. Matériel de cuisine. Un grand merci pour votre accueil.

Petits soucis de.mobilier : étendage un peu bancal, coffre et lumière sur le balcon ne fonctionnaient pas

When we arrived was closed. We called and waited 15’. At the entrance they ask us 500 rupees to deposit (we received back when we leaved).

Bathroom small and smell 3 floors without elevetor. We needed ask for towels.

I made a reservation, they closed the doors at 11 at night, I had to contact customer service to get in, then the representative came and opened the door while shouting, it was a very annoying situation.

Perfect place for overnight stand. Everything inside AC works perfectly. Everything is close to this place , beach, city, restaurant, alot of bars and fun around.

The only good thing about this place was it was close to the beach. Which helped because we stayed there the whole night because we didn't want to go back to the appartment.

My friends and I booked rooms to be able to go to a party in Grand Baie and have a hygienic place close by to drop our stuff, get ready and and sleep. Basic requirements, right? We reached there and already we knew it was going to be a mess when this guy took out his notebook to record our booking details (talk about hyper manual bookkeeping). Now one of the rooms smelled like bleach so we simply couldn't use it. The room we all decided to stay in given the new creepy situation didn't smell like bleach, but it wasn't better - Ever watched Jeffrey Dahmer? Well if you want to know what it feels like to be in his appartment we strongly advise you to go there. The beds didn't look clean, the mirror was disgusting, we had a kettle and we thought we would be able to boil some water to be sure the water was clean. The moment I tried washing the kettle, some weird black particles that looked like mold came out of it and we were like nope nevermind we'll buy bottles of water. The bedsheets were stained and we had to ask our friends to bring bedsheets for us in case we desperately want to sleep. The washroom smelled so bad we had to spray some perfume and wear a mask to be able to use it (because obviously we had no choice at this point). After the party we so didn't want to go back to that room that we stayed on the beach until morning and checked out as early as we could. It was quite a traumatic experience that we wish no one to go through.
