Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Very big rooms, big balcony with a private hot tub. Staff were very kind, we had a small problem with the bathroom and they fixed it right away.
The hot tub wasn’t very clean but it didn’t bother us much. They offer breakfast but not on Saturday.

הגענו לוילה, איך שנכנסנו חיממנו את הג׳קוזי חמישים דק אנחנו ממתינים שהוא יתחמם ולא היה בכלל מים חמים שנכנסתי למתחם, לאחר ששוחחנו עם בעל המקום חזרו במקלחת המים החמים אך הג׳קוזי לא היה חם בכלל ולא נעשה אף שימוש. הזמנו בכוונה מתחם שיש בו ג׳קוזי ואפילו לא נהננו ממנו חוויה מאכזבת בעיקר שבאנו לחגוג את השנה החדשה.

Reviewed Aug 1, 2025האזור מקסים ,הנוף, כל המקום סביב יפה , הררי , שקט מאוד שזה מה שייחלתי לו לפני החופשה אך לצערי זה לא הספיק. החדר עצמו גדול ומרווח. החצר הקדמית מבודדת ונוחה להתנתקות.
המקום היה לא נקי, המקרר נזל , הרצפה הייתה רטובה. המתקן של סבון הכלים היה מזעזע, מלא לכלוך... מה שגרם להבין שכדאי לשטוף את כל הכלים מחדש (רק אחרי שביקשתי ספוגית חדשה). הג'קוזי היה ריק , מלא באבק וחרקים מתים, קראנו למנהל המקום שינקה אותו, הוא שאב אותו. התבקשנו למלא אותו בעצמנו (הזוי לכשכעצמו) כשמילאנו את המים היה ריח של ביוב!!!! מזעזע!!!! לא נכנסנו אליו אפילו לא לרגע. הבריכה מאוד לא מזמינה , לא נקייה, האורחים האחרים שהיו ביקשו שנחלוק את הזמנים (הפרדה) בגלל עניין הדת, אני מאוד מכבדת שומרי מסורת, אך הייתי מעדיפה לדעת על זה מראש ולא שיפילו את זה עלי (מזל שגם ככה לא הגענו לאזור הבריכה אפילו פעם אחת). שילמנו מחיר גבוה מאוד ובדרך כלל אני שמחה לשלם כשאני מקבלת תמורה לתשלום, הפעם זה לא היה המקרה .

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024I like the location and the appearance of the property. The little villas were very delightful and clean. The design of the villa is worm and inviting and you can set the lights to create an intimate mood, there is a big balcony with outstanding view to the mountains and a private little garden for BBQ. for the Israeli Standard this place exceeds my expectation and has a good value for what it offers.
The bed is too soft, so if you like a more rigid bed this will not be very comfortable. What bothered us the most was the noise. Although "no parties" policy, during our stay there was a party with live band and loud music going-on from afternoon hours until 23:00 so we didn't get the peace and quiet we hoped for and basically paid for...

We had a medical issue and had to change our booking, no consideration at all- as if he said "your money is with me and i couldn't care less". He behaves that way when you are there also - our friends came instead of us and there wasn't even soap in the soap dispenser! The sheets looks like they were not changed and after their stay he was rude enough to ask for extra money for their stay, which was not discussed in edvance. I would recommend looking for a different place to stay and stay away from this host as he was rude, obnoxious and pityful.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2023Beautiful location just outside Jerusalem. Pool was lovely. Owner was particularly nice and available daily to handle any needs we had.
It was a little difficult locating the property and we had to communicate over Whatsapp to figure out how to get in because check-in instructions were not provided in advance.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2023The place is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Looks even better in reality. The hot tab was amazing. A huge bonus was the kitchen and facilities. Its abit far away from stuff and requires driving, but it wasn't a big deal, just a few minutes' drive from places. Hezi, the host was great, and we felt lucky to find this jem.
