We had an amazing 10-day stay and would happily come back again. Kurt was friendly, welcoming, full of great recommendations and always quick to respond if we had any questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need, so we just felt at home from day one. The residence itself is peaceful, secure, and very well maintained. The beach a couple of minutes' walk away with restaurants, food trucks and the bus stop for Cascavelle Shopping Mall. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Mauritius.

Wir waren eine Woche lang in der Anlage, haben uns vom Moment der Begrüßung durch Kurt bis zum Abschied sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Ausstattung des Appartements bot alle Möglichkeiten, auch mal selbst etwas zuzubereiten, die Lage ist perfekt, um fußläufig Strand, Restaurants und kleine Läden zu erreichen. Kurt ist bei allen Fragen ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

We had a lovely, comfortable, spacious and modern apartment with all the facilities you could possibly need - the kitchen was well equipped, the shower was great and the lounge was lovely with its smart TV and comfortable sofas. It was a home from home! It was located very close to Flic-en-Flac beachfront road with several restaurants just a few minutes walk away. The hosts, Kurt and Rose were super friendly and helpful and responded immediately to our questions, offering great advice on how to make the most of our stay. If you have a car there is parking here at the side and there are a few great supermarkets nearby. Overall, a great place to stay in Flic-en-Flac!

My mother and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in this apartment. It is spacious, clean, equipped with literally everything you need for a great vacation. It is very well located, easy to get to any attractions. There is a Carrefour around 15 mins walking, if you want some fresh (not frozen, like in Carrefour) meat and fish, or some more shopping, you can take a 10 mins ride to Cascavelle mall. Beach is 2 mins walking from the apartment, it's beautiful and long, but you should take swim shoes with you, as there are a lot of pieces of broken corals. You can rent a sunbed (2 beds and umbrella) for 1000 rupees, there are many restaurants and food trucks to any taste. If you want it a bit quieter and less locals, or some nice snorkeling, you can walk 10-15 mins along the sea in the direction of the hotel La Pirogue. Rose and Kurt are amazing hosts, very friendly and kind, always available to answer any questions or assist you in anything you need

La localisation est super, en retrait de la route principale donc au calme, résidence neuve et en très bon état : la piscine est très propre et ouverte jusqu’à 21 Le balcon est appréciable si vous souhaitez déjeuner/dîner à l’appartement L’appartement est parfaitement équipé et le rapport qualité prix est très bien étant donné qu’il peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 passagers (3 chambres) avec une salle de bain.

Le confort de la literie pourrait être amélioré même si cela est resté suffisant pour un séjour de quelques jours. La salle de bain présentait une légère odeur d’humidité ce qui a occasionné un petit inconfort sans toutefois gâcher le séjour !

La proximité de la plage et du centre ville. La sympathique de nos hotes ainsi que la qualité du ménage et des équipements de l’appartement.

L’accueil des propriétaires très gentils et souple pour l’heure d’arrivée. Le confort de l’appartement et le modernisme. La proximité avec la mer, des restaurants et des commerces.

It was really close to the sea, but we also enjoyed pool. Apartment was quite comfy, well equipped and there was enough room. Just 5-minute walk to the restaurants nearby.

There was loud construction noise in the neighbourhood during the weekdays. Balcony was rather small.

value for money was perfect, the beach and amenities around were great

in the near neighbourhood there was a construction site which was quite noisy during the day, but they seem to finish the building soon

Ideal location, just a 4-minute walk from the beach. The area is peaceful with very little noise, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. A Carrefour supermarket is also about a 10-minute walk away. All the rooms were neat and clean . The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the complimentary tea bags, milk, and cornflakes were a thoughtful touch on arrival. Ideal for families Host Kert came to greet and brief us about the property though we reached at 9.00 pm . Very friendly guy . On our departure Rose gifted us with a Mauritius momentum. Perfect host .

Hand spray for the WC was not provided. I assume it may not be commonly used in Mauritius, but I would recommend having it installed for some international travellers who are used to it.

A very well-equipped apartment with everything you need for a long stay (including cooking facilities in the kitchen). Three spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms with air conditioning. The beach Flic en Flac is less than 5 minutes away. A large supermarket (Carefour) is a 15-minute walk away, and many restaurants are within walking distance. The hosts, Kurt and Rose, are very nice, friendly and helpful; they were always ready to help or advice. We definitely recommend booking this place. We will definitely come back to this wonderful place!

We loved the place. :) The apartment was really well-equipped and spacious. The beach is just a corner away. The hosts were really communicative, we could turn to them with any questions.

The Apartment was close to the Beach and local shops . The apartment was clean and a good size for a family of 5 .The host were very friendly and we were able to contact them if we had any questions. We would recommend to other groups and families who want to visit Flic en Flac.

If you would like to feel home being away from your own home, then it is the right place. From the very beginning, Rose and Kurt were exceptionally friendly and supportive, always ready to help - and it stayed like this throughout our entire stay. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome.The flat is very comfortable and well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities provided, which made our stay both convenient and relaxing. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location is excellent – just a two-minute walk to the beach, simply crossing the coastal road, yet the apartment itself doesn’t face the busy traffic and is tucked away in a quiet area, Everything else you might need is close by as well, with shop cafes, and restaurants within easy reach. Overall, we had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

The apartment is located just 1 min. from the beach and well equipped, and perfectly clean. The pool is well maintained. Several restaurants are within a 5 min. walk, very authentic restaurants for Indian, Chinese and Mauritian food. A rental car is recommended to explore Mauritius. Parking is available just behind the apartment. Kurt and Rose are very nice people and take care on all your needs. I can definitely recommend this apartment. We spent 9 nights there.

The beach is nice but there are more beautiful ones in Mauritius. But this has nothing to do with the apartment, just my opinion.

Wygodny apartament, bardzo przemyślane wyposażenie, dla nas było wszystko co potrzeba. Jest oddalony od głównej ulicy, na uboczu, a wszędzie blisko. Najbliższa plaża średnia jest do plażowania, ale można dojść w ok. 7min na szeroką plażę miejską. Basen czysty. Świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy. Właściciele niezwykle serdeczni i mili.

To zapewne tymczasowe i zdarza się w wielu miejscach w tym rozbudowującym się turystycznie kraju - ale w trakcie naszego pobytu budowały się dwa ośrodki z dwóch stron i dźwięk uderzania o blachę o 8 rano przez 3 dni nie pozwalał nam dłużej pospać.

Thank you to Kurt and Rose! Lovely owners who greeted us on arrival. The apartment was clean and was stocked with some basic amenities. Having a dishwasher , washing machine and ACs in the bedroom were great! It’s 1 min from flic en flac beach! Would recommend!

The apartmant was close to the beach, only 200 meters away. The flat was clean and very cosy. Rose and Kurt were very helpful.

We received a very warm welcome and we felt very comfortable. The apartment was very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The hosts are so lovely and we could contact them at any time if we had any questions or problems. We would definitely come back again!

Great hosts with clear instructions for check in/out. Apartment guidebook provided helpful suggestions for activities and restaurants. The apartment was well equipped and very clean. Easy walk to beaches and restaurants from the apartment.

Some nearby buildings are undergoing renovation. This was not a significant issue during my stay since construction took place during daylight hours only and did not disturb rest.

Kurt and Rose have created a wonderful apartment to stay at in Flic en Flac. Communication was superb, apartment was clean and modern with some cereal, water tea, sugar, milk etc left on arrival. Kurt and Rose allowed us to arrive earlier to drop off our bags. They also gave lovely coasters to our daughters as a welcome gift. Very thoughtful. Beach and bath towels provided which was really helpful.

Cooker and microwave were on child lock which prevented us from using them, but I was able to message and got swift reply from hosts - thank you! Unfortunately there is some building demolition/ foundation works happening right in front of property so quite noisy when by pool but not hosts fault! Just to bear in mind. Overall brilliant base.

Flic en Flac has great snorkeling opportunities, great places to eat and amazing sunsets on the beach. The apartment is walking distance to all this, clean, modern, and newly furnished. Our kids loved the pool! We loved being able to either walk where we wanted to be, or to take the public transport across the main road. Rose and Kurt are really amazing hosts (the best I have encountered in travels by a long shot!). Overall great experience for our family and a lovely and memorable holiday.

The apartment is newly furnished and is very clean and beautiful. Bed is comfortable, and all furnitures are new. The pool and garden is really convenient and nice, and the hosts are very kind and welcoming. We received a lot of recommendations about the area and they helped arranging our transport.

The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped with all the necessary utensils that you need. All basics like tea, coffee, water, milk and condiments were provided at the start of our stay, which was a lovely gesture. The host Rose and Kurt were very nice and accomodating. We arrived earlier than the agreed check in time and they let us drop off our luggage until the apartment was ready. The location was perfect as it was set in a quiet street but only a couple of minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants and bars. We really felt at home staying here and will definitely book again.

This very well appointed apartment was very close to the beach and the local restaurants. It was very well equipped for self catering and is maintained to a very high standard. Communication with our hosts Kurt and Rose was excellent and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They gave us lots of useful tips to help make our stay very enjoyable. If we ever return to Mauritius we would certainly stay there again.

There is no parking inside the complex although there is plenty of parking adjacent.
