El apartamento se encontraba en el ultimo piso y la ubicacion no es la mejor si andan sin carro ya que está muy adentro, a parte de eso lo que nos incomodó fue que booking mostraba un precio mucho mas barato a lo que costó, no está mal en calidad-precio, pero si tener en cuenta el monto total real a la hora de confirmar la reserva

Saleté des vitres de douche ainsi qu'une vitre de douche cassé et j'amais remplacer alors que le propriétaire a été avisé a notre arrivée,odeur d'eau corrompue dans la salle de lavage avec plein d'accessoires brisé et non utilisable, évier et robinet de salle de bain et évier sale, poêle manque d'entretien au niveau des sortie de gaz probablement un manque de nettoyage et d'entretien, aucun porte poussière. Manque d'entretien général de l'appartement. Lors d'averses l'eau pénétré par la grand fenêtre du salon et propriétaire avisé mais sans réponse. Accessoires de sale de bain mal fixé et pas de micro-onde pour réchauffer nos repas alors que la demande a été fait au propriétaire. Heureusement le propriétaire nous a procurer un refroidisseur d'eau.

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026The space itself is good and the roof top is nice. Amenities were as described. The grounds were well kept (except main gate) and pools were well maintained.
The apartment is not up to rental standards. It requires a lot of work and a deep cleaning. The property was flooded and we were unable to use the front entry driveway that takes you to the beach for 7 days. As walkers, this was a HUGE inconvenience.

The owner should invest on the appliances as the stove, not working Alf the time, kitchen very dark needs a spot light to cook at night. Water leaks several times in the dining room and in the living room. The worst thing of all the entrance and the Benelux street was flooded, we couldn’t walk out the site not even with a quad till they closed the street completely. The only way to get out was on the back of the complex through the mud, we felt like in jale. Way to many dogs urinating everywhere on post at our entrance and stinking. We moved out because the flooding.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2023Amazing place to get Relax! The apartment is so comfortable, excellent view, an amazing pool, good location, there are many restaurants around! The place was so clean and smell good Everything was very clean, pretty, homely. The beds are comfortable, clean. It has a lot of comfortable pillows, and clean bed sheets. The TV is very big. In general the apartment is totally comfortable and moderm and big. The staff were so friendly and useful And organized. There are a lot of beaches close of it. I loved it.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2023This place may become nice once construction is done. The bathrooms are nice and they have particularly good showers. There waa plenty of parking space. The pool looks great although we did not use it. They have good, new appliances.
It is located on a huge construction site. Workers continued to work even on Sunday with a lot of noise. There was debris everywhere. It is a 10-minute walk from the beach and bars/restaurants but you have to work your way through piles of construction materials. The apartment is ok but there is basically no lighting, light bulbs were either burnt or missing, so we had to use the bedroom lamps to move around. There were not enough bed sheets for everyone and the beds were camp-like and very uncomfortable. When I asked for pillows they told me to get the ones from the couch and chairs. We did not have water or electricity for over 3 hours on Sunday. All the kitchen cups, glasses, plates and silverware were dirty and there was garbage in the laundry room. We only decided to stay because it was an overnight only. Because of this first impression, mybfamily and me decided we are not going back to Armonia.
