De locatie, maar daar was het appartement op geselecteerd

Zeer slechte coomunicatie. Slechts 1 tv aanwezig maar die deed het niet. Beheerder zou overleggen met haar dochter, maar nooit meer iwts gehoird. Er is speciaal gevraagd naar een heetwater ketel voor de shabbat. Wel aanwezig, maar werkte niet. Vaatwasser was wel aanwezig, maar met ductape afgeplakt en werkte niet. Geen informatie in het appartement aanwezig over het functioneren van apparatuur. We moesten informeren naar de wificode. Er was duidelijk aangegeven dat er 4 volwassenen en 4 kinderen zouden komen. Er waren 4 bedden opgemaakt. Na enig zoeken dekbedden en lakens gevonden. Je mag voor €250 per nacht iets meer service verwachten.

הנקיון מצריך שיפור , במקלחת הורים לא היה סיפון בריצפה וכל הביוב היה גלוי , כמו כן בקירות המקלחת היה טחב . היה מומלץ להשאיר לפחות בקבוק מים במקרר . כמו כן לא היה סוכר ,קפה, תה, שהם דברים בסיסיים לאירוח

Good location. Space was big enough for 9 to dine some meals.

It's not luxury. It's tired and a bit grubby especially the cream leather suite and the décor. The door handle to the fridge is taped together and the dishwasher and iron were not working. It needs a deep clean and refurbishment.

information sent for getting in was not available, communication with host was not possible on arrival as phone was engaged for long time, even though we sent arrival time, had to ask a neighbour and building manager to let us in, lucky have had a key, we had been outside for some time. also wifi code was not visible and no instructions for hot water.

excellent location on HaZafira Street right on the corner with Emek Refaim. supermarkets, pharmacies, gift shops and restaurants just steps away. apartment had lots of room. two bedrooms plus a sort of loft which had a large mattress on the floor. two bathrooms.

I was very disappointed in the state of some of the fixtures and fittings as well as cleanliness in the kitchen as I had read so many good reviews. the reviews did not seem to tally with what we were seeing. The apartment was very tired. Had been lovely once but now we found that: the fridge door handle was broken and repaired with masking tape, the shelves on the inside of the fridge door missing, the tumble dryer did not seem to dry properly, someone had left drying washing (towels) in two wardrobes and sheets left in the tumble dryer , the bathroom light had broken and a small light had been plugged into the socket (it was still dark in there as no window). one of the wardrobe doors had a handle broken. The bathrooms were clean as were most areas. However the kitchen was not only tired but also not clean. Care needed to be taken around cupboard handles, fridge and dishwasher. Hob was old and scuffed. The cleaner had not thought to wipe under the coffee machine so there was coffee there. Walls were scuffed by years of cases. Wall above sofa had clearly had pictures up but these were gone and the blu tac was still left all over a large panel. outside area drab although difficult to change that. Owner did offer a cleaner and to fix the bathroom light but we were on holiday and wanted to be out and about. I did contact booking.com customer support to log my concern but what happens is they direct you to the owner and the response was as above. Realistically what could they do apart from clean. The apartment needs refurbishing and painting but that takes time.

Naomi host was brilliant and home is close to lots of restaurants and shops Close to attractions as well

Naomi's apartment was very large and comfortable for our family of 5. My kids loved the beds in the loft, there was so much space for all of us, and the location was fantastic. Naomi was readily available to us at all times and made the experience easy and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend staying at this apartment.

Naomi the host responded quickly, was always available and answered all our queries. The flat was very clean, spacious and homely and made a great place for a family stay. The location was amazing, shops, restaurants, and multiple bus routes within a minute from the flat.

the apartment was really big and roomy! very comfortable. The washer and dryer were really helpful. I highly recommend!
