Reviewed Aug 16, 2026It was a really bad experience. around 3 a.m. there was no electricity. We tried contacting the management, but there was no response at all. The electricity only came back after more than two hours, and we couldn’t sleep properly. When it was time to check out, all the lifts were out of service. We were staying on the 16th floor, so we had to carry all our luggage down the stairs. This was honestly one of the worst experiences we have ever had. The management was extremely disappointing and unresponsive.

Staff muka tak mesra. Kena bayar deposit dalam apps tapi masa check in kena bayar lagi deposit. Apps booking. Hampir sebulan masih belum dapat refund deposit dari apps. RM100 deposit masa check in staff x explain kenapa kena bayar lagi. Lobi tak mesra pelanggan. RM100 deposit check in dah dapat semula. RM100 deposit dalam apps belum dapat. 13/6 - 15/6.

requested for room service on first day but no one showed up. would have been good if there was a microwave and ceiling fan. had an infant with us so needed to prepare formula. microwave would have been more convenient. couldn't get the TV Box to work though.

To extend one more night need to charge cleaning fees again & no cleaning needed since we still there. Price show here is same with 1st day, but when make payment, expensive rm10 & charge 1 more thin cleaning fees. Not fair. That's why I cancel my extend

The outside parking cannot park even for 5minutes to get the key, the guard or security (I don't know) kept asking to pay for temporary parking.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Don't speak about collecting the property keys. While I got a confirmation for the booking in black and white, both from Booking.com and the property, the property later told me 1 day before the check-in date that the apartment is NO LONGER AVAILABLE! This is preposterous!!
The response of the property and also the parkihg, when we went to recce the place.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026I was booked before but payment never pay yet, many reminder recieve appriciated me but when I came to make a payment and check in, suddently they said there is no rooms vacancy. I come far from the venue. 250 km. Just imagine how I am feeling. What a hell of service.
