La casa ha un’ ottima posizione é molta pulita e ben tenuta. Il proprietario è stato molto accogliente e disponibile.

Sve!!!!! Domacini jako dragi, kuca je predivna i jaaako cista. Ostavili su nam puno igracaka za djecu, ogromnu kutiju s lego kockicama, djeca su bila odusevljena! Mirna lokacija, na dobrom mjestu za razgled gradova i odlazak do Nizozemske. Dragi domacini, hvala!

Moja ocena, rewelacja, Święty Mikołaj istnieje i to jest jego letnia rezydencja, a poważnie same superlatywy dom z parkingiem wyposażony na maksa , wyposażenie jak w domu, gospodarz o wszystko zadbał, zwiedziłem trochę Europy i świata, korzystałem z różnych noclegowni i śmiało powiem , że baaaaardzo wysoko podniósł poprzeczkę, Poruszałem się samochodem więc nie mogę powiedzieć o dojazdach autobusem do wybranych celów. Ja zwiedziłem Antwerpię, Gandawę, Brugię i Brukselę i śmiało mogę powiedzieć, że lokalizacja wyśmienita , wszędzie blisko. Sklepy w pobliżu, przyjechaliśmy do St. Nicolas po 22.00, i znaleźliśmy super knajpkę grecką w mieście , polecam.

Everything… parking space, close to supermarket, fuel station and shopping mall. Veranda, two toilets, very spacious, exceptionally clean.

My only mention would be steep stairs but this did not affect us at all but may affect anyone who struggles with stairs.

Bien peu de choses ! A cette époque nous déplorons souvent le froid dans les logements de même type : il n’en est rien ici. On avait plutôt trop chaud.

Voor ons: in eerste instantie de locatie. Zeker ook het appartement zelf, mooi en zeer goed uitgerust. Goede uitvalsbasis voor allerlei uitstappen.

La ubicación, era lo que buscábamos para visitar distintas ciudades de Bélgica. La casa grande,limpia y cómoda muy bien equipada.Agradecer el detalle de obsequiarnos zumo,galletas belgas que estaban buenísimas y cerveza belga.Nos recibieron en persona para entregarnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento de todo. Muy agradecidos y todo súper bien.

Een hele mooie accommodatie, me alles erop en eraan. Mooie terras en in een hele rustige buurt, vooral de bedden waren super comfortabel. De host reageert snel en is heel attent voor als je vragen hebt. Heel dichtbij is er een winkelcentrum en supermarkten. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar 😊

Mir hat im Bad ein Kosmetik Bad Mülleimer gefällt, ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Very modern, quiet, clean and spacious. Lovely balcony area. Large bathroom with high end fixtures - definitely a step up from home! Private parking for one car was also a great plus point. Shopping centre and 2 supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. Very highly recommended to anyone wishing to explore Belgium or the local area. All the cities are an easy 20-60mins by car.

La casa è meravigliosa. Curata in ogni minimo dettaglio. È accogliente e luminosa, con un paronama da fiaba dalle finestre della cucina. L'ho trovata estremamente pulita, con tutti i confort che si possano immaginare: microonde, forno, smart TV, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugacapelli, asciugatrice, macchina del caffè e bollitore. Ci sono tre camere spaziose, e il bagno è modernissimo con vasca di design e doccia. Letti comodi e cuscini morbidi. Noi eravamo in 4 ma la casa accoglie tranquillamente 8 persone. C'è il riscaldamento a pavimento per cui penso che in inverno sia molto calda :) A piedi si raggiunge il centro commerciale che è ricco di negozi e luoghi dove mangiare. C'è il parcheggio privato, ma se avete 2 macchine si può parcheggiare gratuitamente in strada di fronte alla casa. Se dovete visitare in macchina Bruges, Gant e Bruxelles questa casa è l'ideale. Viaggio tanto, ma una casa vacanze così bella è davvero raro da trovare. Straconsigliata.

Nothing don't like

Superb A1++++ property!! Spacious, clean, all mod cons, home from home. Within 10mins walk to all amenities, supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants. Koenraad is a superb host, greeted us on arrival, gave us quick tour and instructions for devices, left us with nibbles and wine! Always on hand to answer any questions and provide useful tips on places to see and eat.

What's not to like!!??

We liked everything. House is not only beautiful but also clean and having everything you may need. Big kitchen with all tools needed. Wonderful views. Nice beds. Clean and beautiful bathroom. Parking. Location is great if you have a car, since located very close to Gante and then Brugge, Antwerpen. We were 5 friends and even if most of the time we were outside, coming back and staying for relaxing dinner or having breakfast was great. Also having washing machine and dryer is a plus. If we come back, we will 100% repeat. Koenraad support was also timely and great.

It was so comfortable, super modern and clean. Kitchen had everything you need for your stay. It has a lovely sunny balcony to relax after day trips. The hostess was so nice to leave us for free a second parking space for the days we stay.

Excellent location. The house is surrounded by a big shopping mall and several big supermarket. This makes it much easier for our family to enjoy our stay here

Nothing I can complain about!

Very spacious, nicely decorated, everything is there. Nicely equipped kitchen. Close to shops and needs. Friendly reception and very helpful hosts. Private parking on the driveway. We got little welcome gifts and the house was modestly decorated for Christmas (we went over the Christmas break). Highly recommend! There is comfortably room for 2 families (2 double rooms and 6 kids in 1 big room. Additionally everything for a baby is present: baby cot, high chair, bath, plastic plates and cups). There are some toys on site for the kids to play. It was quite inside, no noise from the street or neighbours.

Stairs were slightly dangerous for our 1.5 year old, though the owner offered the keys to the inner door so we could securely keep her in the living room/bed room area. Rather busy street (unclear if it was extra busy due to road works on another street close by and/or Christmas break), which makes leaving the driveway a little challenging for those not used to Belgian traffic.

Huge house, very modern, super clean, our host was amazing and it's super cheap for the quality that you get! Would recomend to anyone and will definitely come back if I return to this area of Belgium!

Honest I can honestly say that this was the best state I’ve ever been in the owners are the kindest people ever and have a really nice house for a good price I can only recommend displays 100%
