Reviewed Sep 12, 2026This place was great. It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I arrived late at night after flying for 21 hours and someone was there to check me in. I liked it so much that I reserved another room for the for the day I flew back out of HKT so that I could shower and rest before the flight.
It was perfect; I couldn't have asked for more.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Заезжал сюда буквально на сутки, чтобы дождаться своего перелёта. Номера чистые, не скажу что это люкс из люксов, но за свои деньги очень достойное жильё. Всё чисто, всё работало и персонал был достаточно добрым, оперативным и отзывчивым. Удобное расположение, пешком до аэропорта, много разных кафе вокруг с локальной едой и есть рестораны, однозначно отличный вариант за свои деньги

I arrived at 8:30 PM, but the staff was right there to hand over my room keys without any hassle. It's the perfect spot to crash for an overnight stay while waiting for a flight. Plus, beautiful Nai Yang Beach is only 3 to 4 km away if you have some time to relax. Even with its close proximity to the airport, the plane noise didn't bother me at night at all for a good sleep. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable layover stay.

Desde el aeropuerto está a 10 minutos caminando pero en esa zona no hay lugares para comer si llegas de noche. Hay un 7/11 que puede ayudarte. Para una noche de escala en Phuket esta bien.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Het hotel ligt op wandelafstand van de luchthaven in een rustigere straat. Er is ook een 7/11 in de buurt, wat erg fijn is.
Het verblijf was echt heel erg vies. Wij hadden snot op onze handdoeken, onze lakens waren vol vieze vlekken en gaten, lijn hoofdkussen was kapot, de douche niet gekuist, insecten op de vloer,.. toen wij onze handdoek gingen wisselen omdat deze letterlijk vol snot hing, kon er enkel een ‘sorry’ vanaf. Wij hebben onze schoenen aangehouden in de douche omdat we bang waren iets op te lopen. Hiernaast was de douchekop ook nog een stuk, waardoor die uit de houden viel en we ook geen aangename temperatuur konden behouden. Tot slot was er ook nog een soort van branddeur in onze kamer, die helemaal niet goed afgesloten. Er kwam dus veel licht in de kamer.

It was an easy 10 minute walk from the airport at 11pm - the street was well lit, flat with little traffic and we are 2 old women who felt safe. We rang a bell next to the door when we arrived and were prmptly checked in. We got a thai breakfast at the setup in front of the 7-11 on the main corner.

La proximité avec l'aéroport (même pas 10 minutes à pied). Le prix était très accessible. A recommander car hôtel très fonctionnel pour prendre l'avion. Je n'irais cependant pas y passer des vacances.
Nous ne sommes restés qu'un nuit avant de prendre notre avion, donc le confort minimal de la chambre ne nous a pas posé de problème. Il y avait l'essentiel : gel douche,serviettes, eau dans le réfrigérateur, lit confortable.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Nonostante avessi concordato il check in di ritorno da un volo per le 23 24, mi sono dovuto attaccare al campanello per svegliare l addetto per avere la stanza. Lo spruzzo della doccia, causa il gancio rotto, devi tenerlo in mano. Le lenzuola erano gialle e l angolo bollitore privo di caffè o te. La mattina seguente alle 8 e 40 nessuno per consegnare le chiavi.

Don't know what is going on there, but there was only a burmese lady for reception and she wouldn't help or answer any question, saying there's only burmese employees and that she didn't speak english. And when i asked to talk with someone of the management, she there was nobody. Something smelled really off in there.

Étant donné que le Check out s’effectue à 11:00 et ayant mon vol à 17:00 j’ai demandé s’il était possible d’attendre à la réception du à la chaleur dehors on m’a clairement dit non j’ai été très déçue car c’est la première fois qu’on me refuse cela. Je n’ai pas pu utiliser les toilettes également.

THE KETTLE IN MY ROOM LOOKED NEW AND WORKED FINE BUT JUST KEPT ON BOILING AFTER IT SWITCHED OFF AND HANDLE GOT EXTREMELY HOT. UNFORTUNATELY NOBODY AVAILABLE TO TELL WHEN I CHECKED OUT.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, es ist einfach eingerichtet, aber ausreichend. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort. Das Personal war auch so nett und hat auf uns fürs Check In gewartet, obwohl es schon nach Mitternacht war. Nochmal ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut gewesen, nicht weit weg vom Flughafen, was für uns ausschlaggebend war, und ein 7 Eleven liegt genau zwischen Flughafen und dem Hotel. Wer nur eine Nacht dort übernachten möchte, für den passt es sehr gut.
Das Bett war sehr hart.

Der Aircon hat getrofft, wurde aber etwas später repariert. Hatten am nächsten Morgen kein Wasser zum Duschen, das wurde aber auch innert kurzer Zeit behoben.
