Reviewed Jul 11, 2024The friendly staff and management. The room was very clean and tidy. All the necessary amenities needed in the room, are available, and I can say that the amenities there compete a 5 Star Hotel amenities. I want to thank everyone there for their great support, especially Mr. Ehab, the GM, and Ms. Hanouf at FO, for their support and warm welcome and express checkout procedures. I would suggest adding the option for Room with Breakfast in addition to Room Only. Most of the people prefer to have Breakfast before going to work in the morning, esp. those who are travelling for business like my case :)
Nothing.

They changed the entrance of the hotel from the main road to the back. It created a confusion in the night for me.

Location is good with services nearby only problem for me was that it was far from Abha Airport and on the far side of Khamis Mushait.
