Tutto: ottimo appartamento fornito di tutto: cucina completa di microonde, tostapane, bollitore e perfino la lavatrice. Arredamento carinissimo e uno splendido terrazzo vista mare per non dire la vicinanza al mare

Апартаменты бриллиант! Очень уютно, как дома. Очень чисто. Тихий спокойный жилой район. До пляжей Фарша и Темпл - 3-5 минут ходьбы. До рыбного ресторана Star fish те же 3 минуты. В апартаментах есть все необходимое и даже больше. Удобная планировка, очень продуманно расставлена мебель в кухне-гостиной и спальных. Мебель очень красивая и атмосферная. Порой просто не хотелось никуда выходить, настолько приятно находиться в апартаментах! Хозяин и хозяйка говорят по-английски. Живут на первом этаже, что очень удобно в плане помощи и советов, всегда готовы помочь. В то же время мы были абсолютно автономны. В апартаменты ведет отдельная лестница и вход на втором этаже. Участок огорожен высоким забором. Можно посидеть в саду, который утопает в цветах. В апартаментах есть балкон с креслами и столиком, можно посидеть с чашечкой кофе или чая. Хозяева предоставляют питьевую воду. Также есть все необходимые моющие средства, порошки и жидкости для стиральной и посудомоечной машин, в ванной есть шампуни. Короче, сплошной комфорт и релакс. У хозяев есть милые котики, они иногда гуляют по участку, с ними приятно пообщаться. Благодаря усилиям хозяев наш отдых прошел идеально. От души благодарим! С удовольствием приедем ещё в эти апартаменты.

Frequented place in a quiet location. Very close to the Farsha caffee. The owner of the apartment is very kind. She helps you in everything. The apartment is well-equipped. It provides more than a hotel. We were really satisfied with everything.

Мебель старая, не работал свет в душе, комната маленькая, по фото не поймёшь сразу, неоправданно большой залог, который не прописан в контракте, по сути отдаешь залог в никуда и не понятно за что, оценка завышена.

Un apartamento absolutamente fantástico. La ubicación es inmejorable: a solo tres minutos andando de Farscha Café y de la playa, lo que lo convierte en un lugar ideal para relajarse y disfrutar del mar. Además, la zona es perfecta para hacer snorkel, con aguas claras y llenas de vida. La anfitriona fue encantadora, muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. La comunicación fue fluida y perfecta en todo momento, lo que hizo que la estancia fuera aún más cómoda. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y muy bien cuidado. Tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de una estancia genial, y realmente te hace sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable al que volveríamos encantados.

Everything

De locatie is perfect. Op 3 min lopen van het strand (met koraal waar je kunt snorkelen), restaurants en het prachtige cafe Farsha. Verder op 10 min lopen van allerlei winkels. De WiFi werkt perfect (ook voor mensen die op afstand willen werken). De hosts wonen op de begane grond (met twee lieve honden) en helpen je met alles.

O kadar çok beğendik ki buraya nasıl sığdıracağımı gerçekten düşünüyorum. Gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen uyumayıp bizi bekleyen Lan’e ve değerli eşine çok teşekkür ederiz. Bizi güler yüzle karşıladılar. Odalar, banyo ve mutfak tertemizdi. Mutfakta ne ararsanız var ve kullanılan eşyaların hepsi çok kaliteli. Sularımız her daim temin edildi, hiçbir konuda eksik hissetmedik. Teras harika… En ama en güzel yanı ise Farsha Cafe’ye sadece 130 metre yürüme mesafesinde olması. Sahile de aynı şekilde çok yakın. Marketler için yürümeyi sevenler rahatlıkla yürüyerek ulaşabilir. Ev sahibi Lan, her şeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüş. Yol tariflerini hem kağıt üzerinde hem de mesajla detaylı şekilde bize gönderdi. Bu, şimdiye kadar ilk kez karşılaştığım bir özen. Ev sahipleriyle terasta yaptığımız yaklaşık 1 saatlik kahve sohbeti ise ayrı bir keyifti. Vizyonlarına ve uyumlarına hayran kaldık. İnşallah en yakın zamanda Türkiye’de ağırlamak nasip olur. Bir değil, kaç kez gelirsem geleyim artık buradan başka bir konaklama asla aramam. Ayrıca gerçek bir Mısır sokağında olmak da deneyimi çok özel kıldı. Sizi bulduğuma çok mutluyum Lan ve değerli eşi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Amazing apartment in the fantastic and safe area with super hosts! The hospitality of the owners has no limits! There are friendly cats and dogs who live in the yard! The design of the rooms, the quality of the furniture and fabrics are at their greatest! Everything’s made with love and consideration! It’s only 5 minute walk to the Farsha beach which is absolutely stunning (200 Egyptian pounds per person a day), and it’s just 10 minute walk to the shops! Lan is the best host ever! We’ll definitely come back again!

Отличная квартира на вилле с новым ремонтом и всей бытовой техникой! Очень чисто, все новое. Приехали поздно вечером, но хозяйка нас встретила, все рассказала. Нас обеспечили всем необходимым, питьевой водой, средствами для душа и стирки. Пляж маленький рядом, 2 мин ходьбы. На пляж побольше, у маяка, надо идти обходить отели. Рядом кафе, магазины.

La posizione meravigliosa, il grande terrazzo con vista sul punto mare più bello di Sharm (Hadaba), la sicurezza della struttura e il personale davvero gentile.

Potrebbe essere davvero eccezionale se si prestasse più attenzione all’aspetto igienico. Sia il terrazzo che la casa erano un po’ sporchi e trascurati in alcuni aspetti. È un peccato perché sono dei dettagli che potrebbero fare la differenza in una struttura che ha davvero un potenziale importante.

Very comfortable studio. Very nice host. Mosquito nets on windows. Big terrace. Big bottles with drinking water. Good water from the tap. Toiletries. Table with chairs. Good wifi. No insects.

La struttura è semplicemente PERFETTA. Tutto pulito e curato nei minimi dettagli, posizione comodissima e sicura, non c’è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Ci rivedremo sicuramente presto

Our terrace apartment was amazing- sea and mountain view, clean, comfortable bed and all for living. Location was good, area around safe, at house are a lot of green trees/flowers. Owner was very kind and help with everything. We reccomend this place, especially terrace apartment for all!

厨房设施齐全，有洗衣机，有洗碗机，并且提供了洗碗盐和洗衣液，地理位置优越，走路5分钟即可到达沙滩。我在那里的一周都是自己做饭，非常舒服。周围非常安静，你可以很好的享受假期。

如果可以配备吸尘器就太好了，因为从沙滩回来，难免会有沙子，并且空气中本身就有尘。

This place was perfect from start to finish! The location, beautifully furnished apartment, and amazing hosts made our stay unforgettable. I booked the 2-room apartment for a week for my dad and me, and it was just right. The hosts were always in touch, quick to assist with any questions, and even offered a welcome ride from the airport—a fantastic bonus. The apartment felt brand new, with a cozy yard to relax in, plus a list of great local recommendations. We especially loved having a trusted driver contact, Yosef, which made getting around so easy without haggling over prices.

Nothing to add/change really

Lan communicated really well, and we were lucky enough to get a free airport shuttle service as part of their July promotion. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. There were 4 of us sharing and we cooked great breakfasts in the kitchen. They regularly sent up water which was such a great help. The location is fantastic, a 3 min walk to Farsha Beach (one of the only beaches you can use for free and a wonderful freediving/snorkelling spot) and about a 10-15 min walks to the supermarket and pharmacy. Taxis routinely drive past on the main road so it's easy to catch a ride. Highly recommended.

Nothing

The hosts are great, very friendly and ready to help anytime. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. A/c works great, water is hot, the garden is beautiful.

The neigborhood is a little bit sketchy. Still, we were safe all the time, even walking around in the dark.

Cosy studio with an amazing roof terrace. Good washing machine - easy to use and super fast. Also clothes dry on the terrace literally in an hour. Located in a local environment. Perfect if you don't like the resort culture that is common in the rest of Sharm. Nice beach in three minutes walking distance with an amazing reef to snorkel - you should walk to the end of the jetty right hand side of the beach.

Only two minor issues. There is not much shadow on the rooftop after noon. So better stay on the beach at that time. And the next ATM is 10 minutes walking distance at the Dahab Mall. So pay by card and plan your money stock.

Private territory, nice and thoughtfull design, quality of the furniture and facilities, air conditioning in every room, high ceilings, mirror windows, anti-mosquito nets, etc... Besides, 1 minute walking from the beach and restaurant area, including Farsha, and a really usefull guidance from the owner about places to visit.

City itself could be better in terms of cleanliness and the convenience of walking with a baby stroller. Nothing to say about apartment, it was perfect!

Probably the best place ever visited! Great accomodation with perfect location (by foot Farsha beach 5 min, Fanaar beach with beautiful reef 25 min, restaurants and shops 10 min), nice and hospitable landlord, all necessary staff provided and of good quality.

I was a victim of "3 HARASSEMENTS from Mrs. Elkhatib the wife of Mr. Elkhatib the landlord of Villa 60D (I was residing in a rental unit in Villa 60D (Dec 23 - Dec 30, 2022)), and this is all because I left an outdoor light on (morning of the 25th) for only 2 hours (she even sent me the proof as an image highlighting the light by a red circle so that she can prove the crime that I did), I didn’t see the light when I left the unit that day by error by mistake and I did my sincere apologies with a very respectful & polite manner. But after receiving other HARASSEMENTS and offences of course after this bad treatment I decided to leave in advance even though my checkout date was firm not flexible, it was on Dec 30, 2022 & the total amount of my the stay period was paid (She took all the payments and the proofs that she needed but SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME MY CONTRACT, she said that her husband will sign it and she will give me a copy, but she didn't until that I requested from her after 5 days, when I wanted to leave, proof of high level of professionalism) but I requested that I will be refunded for the rest of the period that I will not stay in the unit (to tell you the truth getting refunded of 3,110LE it is nothing for me absolutely nothing but it is just that they don’t deserve it for the BAD TREATMENT and for the UNPROFESSIONALISM and the BAD BEHAVOUR) . She agreed that I will be refunded but good morning the aggressive and the savage behaviour from Mrs. Elkhatib and the new offences at the point that I told her to not talk to me at all and I will talk only with her husband, the landlord of Villa 60D Mr. Elkhatib. I don’t know why she changed her mind and she called her husband. I was going to call the POLICE fill a case & ATTACK THEMin JUSTICE, even-though in Egypt the trials is a process of life.

I wanted to teach them a lesson for the extreme BAD BEHAVIOURS towards VERY POLITE and A COURTEOUS TOURIST that wanted ONLY to ENJOY her time by visiting Sharm & to discover the Egyptian culture by the way the Egyptian are very welcoming and very respectful, friendly with high level of courtesy which they don’t represent at all the landlord, wife. But he came finally, I checked his hand, he checked my hand also but exactly like checking the hand of an enemy (no eyes contact), I tried to speak with him but he said I know all the story with a very cold manner, I don’t know what is the story that his wife told him exactly but he finally gave me my rental contract that I didn’t get it from Mrs. Alkhatib that was missing his signature and we changed the checkout date. Mrs. Elkhatib told me that we are trying to do our best to support you, so now I will answer you : Thank you very much Mrs. Elkhatib for your massive support = DESTROYING my HAPPINESS during my VACATION and my Christmas period, thank you very much, you really did an excellent job, and thank you very much for wishing me a Merry Christmas after all your HARASSEMENTS because to say all the complete truth Mrs. Elkhatib after that she finished all her harassments towards me, at the end she didn't forget to wish me a Merry Christmas, what a very kind lady Mrs. Lan Elkhatib is! Does it  3,110LE = the expense of 1 light on, for 2 hours? Someone needs to take some mathematical or financial classes and the most important and fundamental is to take conduct, ethics, how to treat people also how to be human classes after all that if there will be any hope and I will suppose that you succeeded at that moment you should learn how to treat tourists as guests and how to approach them. MONEY IS NOTHING, GOOD BEHAVIOUR IS EVERYTHING So if you want to be HARASSED, threatened and HIGHLY OFFENDED during your vacation in Sharm Sheikh, so you know now that you can rent Villa 60D, you will be well served by Mrs. Elkhatib.

The owners were downstairs and always willing to help with any questions I had. Being locals they had inside information on everything. They were so kind and helpful

The location is beautiful. It's within walking distance to the Red Sea.

The host was absolutely wretched. They treated my family horribly and had no regard for the distress they caused us. They claim to have made a "mistake," but that's hard to believe when they're making mocking gestures behind our backs when they think we don't see. Or insulting us and calling us deplorable names in a language they think we don't understand. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to stay. There's a million other places with much more hospitable hosts in this beautiful area. But if you do feel like chancing it, learn a bit of Arabic and Russian before you go but don't let them know that you know. It's amazing how much you learn about people's true colors when they think you don't understand them.
