The water provided on the table seemed old and had an unpleasant smell. After 8 PM, it is very difficult to find anywhere nearby to eat. The only restaurant next to the property was very expensive, charging around €35 per person. At night, the area felt quite uncomfortable and a little scary because of how isolated it is. Breakfast was also very basic and disappointing. Overall, I would not choose to stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar. Authentisch, gemütlich. So wie man das hinter dieser bäuerlichen Fassade erwartet. Wirklich großartig. Ein kleines und sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet mit allem, was man wirklich braucht. Und Martina die Gastgeberin ist soooo toll am Gast. Ein wirklich großartiger Mensch. Sie findet immer Zeit für einen kleinen Plausch. Ist sehr interessiert daran, wie es einem geht und wie sie noch für den Tourtag mit Empfehlungen unterstützen kann. Martina gibt einem das Gefühl hier zuhause zu sein. Einfach klasse. Wir danken Ihr sehr für den Aufenthalt, den wir bei Ihr genießen durften. Und wer wandern geht, sollte auf jeden Fall die hauseigene Krahlehenalm oberhalb Filzmoos besuchen. Dort angekommen erhält man das schönste Panorama Österreichs ever. Mehr heile Welt geht nicht. Das ist wie Heidiland mit Peter.

Es war alles perfekt, einzig die Hellhörigkeit des Hotels ist ein kleiner Minuspunkt.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025The garden and the environment are nice and cozy which makes us feeling like home. Very friendly and welcoming hosts who greet people during breakfast every morning. Staff is super efficient tidying up our room within the breakfast time. Check-in is almost like a self-check in which was not a problem for us but may irritate those who want a warm greeting upon arrival. I miss the friendly cat too!
I was woken up by the mosquito and got a few bites though it’s not a problem caused by the host. One minor thing is the dirty cups in the cupboard, I think no one has ever realized they were used.
