The appartement itself seems beautiful.

My flight was scheduled to arrive in the Dominican Republic at 1:00 a.m. I had already arranged for someone to check in for me early. I booked the accommodation at the advertised price, but when it was time to check in, the owner contacted me privately and told me I needed to pay an additional $30. She claimed that the price I found was due to an issue with Booking.com. I was very upset and wanted to cancel immediately, but she only informed me of this a few hours before my arrival in the Dominican Republic, leaving me with very few options. She then pressured me to make a quick decision, saying that another person was interested in booking the property and was already contacting her about it.

Ustedes como empresa y la administración del alojamiento deben ponerse de acuerdo. Reserve este espacio para la fecha que indica ahí, y no pude acceder ya que cuando contacto a la persona me Dice que ya estaba reservado con otras personas donde mi reserva estaba desde hace meses. Muy mal manejo, dejando al cliente varado.

erfect place from which to explore Santiago. Very comfortable and warm room. Plenty of electric sockets to charge my devices and work with my laptop. Excellent shower and home decoration. I will certainly be back.

It was in a secluded area. I felt safe. There is a market close by that has many things you can buy. The apartment is very modern. The light fixtures around the house were my favorite parts. The apartment was cool and fresh, and although we only had one AC running (the house has 3), it was enough to keep us comfortable and fresh. Definitely will be staying there again when I visit the Dominican Republic.

The only 2 small complaints I have are: 1- There weren't any cleaning supplies at the apartment. I had to purchase some to keep the apartment clean. 2- The kitchen needed a few more gadgets to be able to cook comfortably. It can definitely benefit from some cereal bowls, more utensils, mixing bowls, and things like that. The coffee maker is rather small. It was only enough for one cup of coffee at time. Regardless, the house was pleasant, and my fiance and I had a very nice time.
