Studio war dann etwas klein Dusche ,WC sehr nur was für schlanke Personen

מדובר בפנסיון שהוא בתוך חווה קטנה עם סוסי פוני, כבשים וארנבות - מקום שהוא תענוג לילדים. קיבלנו שני חדרים צמודים: סטודיו בשבילנו (ההורים) ודירה גדולה יותר עם חדר שינה וסלון בשביל הילדים. חדרים נקיים ומאובזרים, גם המטבח. על כל החלונות והדלתות יש רשתות עם מגנט - כך שאין זבובים או יתושים בחדרים, למרות מיקומם בתוך חווה. הנוף - משגע! המקום מבודד מהעיירה, אך עם גישה טובה - וזה מוסיף למקום עוד קסם! המארחת נעימה וזמינה, לעיתים קרובות נמצאת פיזית במקום. יש מנגל בחצר לאוהבי בשר צלוי על האש. נהננו מכל רגע!

Viele Tiere und sehr entspannte Gastgeberin, die viel ermöglichte. Vielen Dank.

Der Hof liegt ruhig und idyllisch. Die Studios waren sehr gut eingerichtet – man hat alles, was man benötigt, sogar Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Für Kinder gibt es viele Spielmöglichkeiten und Tiere zum Streicheln und Füttern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

الاطفال أحبو المكان. لأنه يحتوى على وسائل ترفيه كثيرة حيرانات - ألعاب - درجات هوا ئية المضيفة كانت في قمة الإحترام ومتعاونة جدا لبت جميع رغباتنا وسمحت لنا في تناول الفواكة المزروعة في المكان

الغرف ضيفة للعام انا استأجرت استديو غرفه واحده مع غرفة طعام ومطبخ صغير وجود الحشرات مع انه يوجد شبك حشرات المكان يحتاج مروحة خاصة في الاجواء الحارة

Super freundliche Gastgeber - wir wurden trotz später Ankunftszeit herzlich von Anita empfangen und alles zur Unterkunft erklärt. Das Zimmer war sehr gemütlich gehalten (viel Holz im Landhausstil). Der gesamte Hof hat uns sehr gut gefallen - es gibt mehrere Katzen, Mehrschweinchen, Pferde und weitere Tiere zu entdecken. :)

وجود بعض الحشرات الصغيره برغم من وضع شبك ع الشبابيك بالكامل لكنها ازعجتنا جدا

مكان جميل جداً في قلب الريف وقريب جداً من الطريق المؤدي الى كابرون مرافق الفندق جداً جميلة وهناك مساحات للمشي والاستمتاع بالطبيعة الغرفة مزودة بمطبخ وحماح خاص وشرفة فسيحة فيها الكثير من الخصوصية انيتا كانت مرحبة جداً وودودة ساعدتنا في وضع الخطط للرحلة انصح لمحبي الريف بهذا الفندق

Location, host, sauna and the room were great!

Wir sind mit 2 Parteien angereist. Zum Essen konnten wir die Gemeinschaftsküche nutzen. Zusammen kochen und essen. Das war für uns eine großartige Möglichkeit.

Die Ferienwohnung (Studio) war superpraktisch und schön mit viel Holz eingerichtet. Alles war äußerst gut durchdacht, mit genügend Stauraum und Ablageflächen, Kochmöglichkeit, sehr praktisch mit kleiner Spülmaschine und Backofen. Wir hatten einen Defekt an einem Möbel, der nach Absprache unkompliziert behoben wurde. Sehr angenehm war die Sauna im Haus. Man bucht und bezahlt eine Stunde privat für die eigene Gruppe. Das haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Und

Das Schlafsofa hat seine beste Zeit leider hinter sich. Mit dem Topper was es gerade noch in Ordnung.

Es un sitio tranquilo que está muy bien ubicado para poder conocer el valle. Cerca dispone de paradas para moverse en transporte publico. En un radio de 30 km se puede disfrutar de distintos tipos de estaciones de esquí y el acceso a zonas naturales para poder hacer cualquier actividad es muy bueno.

La única pega, es que es necesario moverse en coche, pero se puede conpensar aparcando en las paradas próximas de tren y autobus.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin empfangen. Sie war während unseres Aufenthalts stets nett und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sauber und insgesamt in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend und es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt benötigt. Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Wohnung grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt.

Außerhalb der Wohnung roch es im Haus sehr stark nach Katzen. An vielen Stellen standen automatische Duftsprays, die regelmäßig ausgelöst haben und einen sehr intensiven, für uns eher unangenehmen Geruch verbreiteten. Teilweise zog dieser auch in die Wohnung. Da ich eine Katzenallergie habe, war das für mich zusätzlich schwierig. Auch der Balkon war für uns kaum nutzbar, da die Katzen dort häufig markiert haben. Dadurch hatten wir immer Sorge, Schuhe, Kleidung oder Getränke draußen stehen zu lassen. Der Stallbereich hat uns ebenfalls eher traurig gestimmt. Er wirkte sehr ungepflegt, mit vielen Spinnweben und insgesamt einem eher düsteren Eindruck. Besonders bei den Schweinen hatten wir den Eindruck, dass die Haltung nicht sehr schön ist. Natürlich ist ein Stall kein steriler Ort, aber gerade bei einem Hof mit vielen Feriengästen hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass dieser Bereich etwas gepflegter und einladender gestaltet ist. Für Katzenliebhaber ist das vermutlich weniger störend, für uns persönlich war es jedoch teilweise unangenehm.

Ein wunderbarer Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Alltag zu vergessen.

For that price I have to say it was great. It was clean, bed was comfortable, everything worked as expected, no issues at all. Anita was always super helpful ;)

Actually nothing was wrong. Kitchen part is quite small, location is a bit remote but again - for that price its absolutely acceptable and reasonable. Still in 25min driving radius there are about 5 amazing ski resorts to explore and enjoy.

Dobra lokalizacja, cicha okolica, piękne widoki, dogodny dojazd do stoków, blisko sklepów, duży parking, sauna na wyłączność, duży balkon, bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, mila gospodyni, czysty obiekt, przyjemnie urządzony. Rodzinna atmosfera. Przechowalnia nart przestronna i wygodnie usytuowana.

Przytulny apartament w całości wyposażony za przystępną cenę! Cudowna okolica dla poszukujących chwili wyciszenia.

Гарний та приємний по вартості міні-готель у чудовому місті з неперевершеними краєвидами. Безкоштовно була можливість кататися на велосипедах.

Clean apartment in nice calm location on the end of the road. Short drive to several ski areas. Shop and restaurant is approx. 3km in Uttendorf. Apartment has well equiped kitchen with coffee machine, oven and many dishes. It is possible to buy fresh eggs from the farm. Ski room with dryers. Our room had a large balcony. We will come back soon.

Quite funny and not much practical was a window between bathroom and room. If one needs to use bathroom at night, the light goes to the room and disturb a sleeping person. There is a curtain on the window inside the bathroom which is even decreasing a very tiny space. But this is just a minor thing which doesn´t lower the grat experience we had.

Mooi en compleet appartement. Uitstekende prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Mooi dat het ook in het hoogseizoen voor minder dan een volle week boekbaar is!

Geen minpunten. Je hebt wel een auto nodig.

Geweldige accommodatie!! Dichtbij Kaprun skigebied. Super fijne gastvrouw! Alles echt leuk en prima. Sauna, speelruimte, fitnessruimte, we mochten alle soort sleetjes lenen. Dus, echt een aanrader!

Ubytování se nachází v krásné lokalitě a výhled z balkonu je skvělý. Apartmán byl dobře zařízený, čistý a hostitelka moc milá a ochotná. Moc rádi se zde ubytujeme znovu.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary home appliances for a comfortable visit. Its part of a large house on a well‑kept farm, which creates a peaceful and charming atmosphere. The hosts maintain everything with great care, are always available when needed, and provide plenty of helpful information and content that enhances the stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and are incredibly thankful to the owners, Anita and Oliver. They are such warm and welcoming hosts, and their two beautiful, lovely daughters made our experience even more special by showing us the stable and all the amazing farm animals. Our daughter especially loved being able to feed the animals and see what everyday life on a working farm is really like. As a lovely extra surprise, we were even given fresh eggs from their hens. The house itself has a very warm and inviting atmosphere, with charming small and large decorations throughout. The apartment was beautiful, perfectly equipped with everything we needed, and featured stunning woodwork that added so much character. We also really enjoyed the playroom and the fitness room - both were a big hit, especially with our daughter. The sleighs provided were fantastic fun, and the nearby sloped area was perfect for sliding and enjoying the snow. The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, with beautiful views, yet very easy to access by car, with plenty of parking space. We couldn’t recommend this place more - it truly made our holiday special, and we would love to return someday.

Nejen výborně vybavené apartmány, ale samé bonusy: sauna, posilovna, dětská místnost, sušárna lyžařských bot, společenská místnost, klávesy... a to jsme neměli čas vyzkoušet masáže nebo prohlédnout poníky, to možná příště. Milá a vstřícná paní domácí.

Its family businness. Very nice and hospitable people. They run their hotel and farm. They have great eggs on the farm and they fully have trust in their guest. Kitchen has all basics stuff. Laundry in case there is no laundry machine in your room cost 10 euro including the dryier. Sauna cost 5 euro per hour(it tskes 40 minutes to hear it up). There is a stand to dry ski boots and gloves. Which is very helpfull and to very friendly cats and hourses

Small stuff like bulb in the balcony would be nice and smoe more option for tea. Also the pellows not comfortable. I was in the winter but if I will come in summer air conditioner will be nice

Heel rustig gelegen boerderij met mooie appartementen. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het balkon. Verse eieren van de eigen kippen te koop. Het bed was lekker comfortabel. Alles was prima.

De douche kabine is erg klein, maar je kan nog steeds prima douchen.

Ruhiger kleiner Bauernhof mit sehr netten Gastgebern und vielen Infos zur Umgebung. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet und bot alles, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

There’s a warm and welcoming atmosphere here, with a cherry tree and beautiful views. From the window, you can see horses playing with each other, and your morning you start with friendly chicken sounds. Sauna is amazing. You can still feel so much soulfulness here, just like in a traditional farmhouse.

Keine Infos zu gemeinsamen Veranstaltungen, kein Gruppenraum, wenig vom Bauernhofleben erlebt, Wohnbereich in der Ferienwohnung sehr klein, aber wir waren auch nur einen vollen Tag da.

Nette Gastgeber, saubere und gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit WLAN und Balkon. Nur 15-20 Minuten zu Ausflugszielen wie Schmidolins Feuertaufe, Sigmund Thun Klamm, Zell am See, Kaprun und Co. Viele Tiere (Ponys, Ziegen, Schafe, Schweine, Hühner, Hasen, Meerschweinchen und Katzen) und Spielgeräte für die Kids.

Da der Kühlschrank im Zimmer ist, hört man diesen entsprechend surren - wenn man absolute Ruhe zum einschlafen benötigt, evtl. Ohrstöpsel mitbringen ;-)

La ubicación ideal para conocer la zona. El apartamento tenái lo necesario para estar unos días, además tiene zonas comunes: granja, tenis de mesa, cama elastica.... la entrega de llaves fue fácil.

The apartments are in a wonderful location, far from the city. It’s very quiet, surrounded by nature and a farm. We really enjoyed our stay—didn’t want to go back to the city at all.
