There is an animal farm adjacent the property, and a tour was made possible. It was very nice to see all of the many different animals.

The hotel is not on a major road, so it takes an additional ten minutes to access.

Our host with her helper were very friendly and accomodating. They made sure we were comfortable as soon as we arrived. Although we were there just for 1 night/2 days, we made the most out of it enjoying the house w/ its grand views and their farm.

Excellent breakfast prepared by Neng the caretaker, a great way to start the day! The location is a bit challenging at nighttime due to narrow and dark road leading to the establishment.

The Property is a good place to relax and unwind. The view is perfect. Away from the stressful environment.

The road down to the property is only one car wide and prone to flooding. There is a metal gate always closed in the property. If you come and go, the staff have to let you in. Our room was never cleaned, nor the bin emptied in the four day stay.

The most beautiful location and views of nature and the lake.

Property is exceptional. We like this “Heritage” type of house with still all modern facilities. View on the lake is wonderful and environment is very quiet. Mrs Neng and her helper are very efficient.

The location itself. The hospitality of Veronica and Joel. The breakfast with Bonete bread. The unique construction of the main house by using recycled wood and furnishing. The farm visit. The jacuzzi overlooking Taal lake. Added bonus are the antique items like the gramophone etc. It’s like staying in farm and an antique museum with Taal lake as a view.

The view, the food, and their cute, friendly dogs! The staff are very nice. I met the owner, Ms. Patty, who warmly welcomed us. She even gave us an upgrade. I wish we stayed longer. We will definitely come back.

The breakfast was fantastic and the sitting equally so. We were asked what we wanted and at what time. All was prepared very well with a beautiful backdrop of the Taal Lake and volcano. The house was magnificent, fully of history and wonderful touches. The grounds were immaculately manicured. Splendido.

Nothing, really. I have no complaints. The road to the Farm was winding, but that contributed to the charm.

Beautiful location and view over lake Taal and the volcano. The house and garden are beautiful as well and our daughter enjoyed the jacuzzi and a farm tour. The location is convenient for visiting Taal and going down to the coast. The breakfast was delicious! Would like to come back here again.

I liked the view. I liked the remoteness and the quietness of it. Also really liked the staff and the breakfast in the morning. The jacuzzi was also really nice.

The shower had low pressure and the wifi was a bit slow. The hike to the lake is also very steep but that can be avoided if you have a car. I recommend having a car if you come here but it's not impossible to commute either.

It was gorgeous, the hosts were wonderful and an amazing cook.

The position is spectacular: the view of the lake, the surrounded green area very well kept, the multiple terraces where you can seat or eat, all makes the complete scenario perfect for breath and relax. The breakfast was fresh and really good.

No complains, the only thing the bathroom was outside of the bedroom, but we were lucky to be the only client on that floor so we managed well.

Location / scenery were fantastic. Amazing views of the lake and volcano. The breakfast was very generous.

As the hotel is very remote, unless you arrived in your own transport you are stuck / very isolated. The only options for dinner was a delivery service from a local restaurant. Whilst the food wasn’t bad, it was very overpriced. The hotel should also stock some drinks (wine / beer etc) available to purchase. Our room was in the downstairs part of the building. It wasn’t clear in the booking that our room was not en-suite. Whilst the toilet / shower did not appear to be shared with other guests, it involved leaving the bedroom and walking into the main house (ie popping for a pee in the night involved getting dressed first)

Location is beautiful, overlooking Teal lake. Very comfortable and great place to relax. Patty was a great help as we visited some of the heritage pistes in Taal town. All in all, a wonderful few days.

Really wanted to stay at this place because of the view and it did not disappoint. The garden area is really big and you can easily spend the whole day there just admiring the view. Our whole stay was really relaxing. The rooms are not as big, but you'll spend most of the time at the living room/ balcony anyway. Breakfast was really good, and Ate Neng, the caretaker, was really helpful and friendly.

There is no dining available, nor food delivery. To get dinner we had to go out, which was quite an adventure at nightime.

Location and breathtaking views! Amazing building and landscape design! We stayed alone in the area and enjoyed private atmosphere! Sitting in Jakuzi and observing Taal volcano - that was really great! In the morning we were provided with delicious breakfast and we digested it looking at the lake.

It was a bit hot in the night when there was a power outage, but you should be ready for this in Philippines.

The outstanding view and sourroundings were amazing, like breathtaking. We loved the design off the house, Its like travelling back in time, wauwww! So relaxing and peacefull. Only the soothing sounds off nature and the animals. Pure honey for the soul. We will come back for sure. The woman caretaker off the house was so sweet and helpfull. Very Good service. Thank you!

The hot water in the shower did not work well, but It was a minor thing for us. Maybe they should change the water in the spa more often. The water was foamy. Its a sign off the water needs to be changed.

Only one hot tub and you must reserve your time. But a five minute walk down the road to Tierra Cuta and for only 300pesos you can swim. they have a pool, jacuzzi and kiddie pool for use.

The best scenic views I have ever seen! A great place to unwind. Highly recommended for anyone who needs to take a break from their busy life. A great place to clear your mind🫶🏼. Breakfast is also great by the way👏🏽. Since we didn't have any sort of service, they were able to call someone named Joel with his tricycle. He dropped us off to the places we needed to be. He was very nice and patient with us!

It is probably not an ideal accommodation for anyone who plans to go in and out of their accommodation for majority of their trip (e.g. going outside to the shops), as we felt like we bothered the caretaker to get her to open the gate in the middle of the night.

it felt like the care taker was over it, she wasnt welcoming or very nice she didnt even check our confirmation for the booking, the whole 3 days she didnt smile once or try to make conversation i felt like we were invading her space almost like we werent supposed to be there, it definitely effected our stay and i wouldnt stay again for that reason. I hope she can be a bit more welcoming to future guests because it takes away from the experience. i hate to complain about things like this as i work at a high end hotel but in all honesty if our friends didnt end up staying the next night we would of stayed somewhere else

This is a very beautiful property, in fact one of the prettiest places in the whole country. The hot tub was great as was the breakfast. The caretaker was kind and helpful.

The view was breathtaking, majestic! The serenity of this place surpassed my expectation. Perfect for a couple weekend getaway. The host and the staff are super friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.

Really love this place! Will definately comeback. Staff are excellent, especially ate bonet, also nice guy from the farm who tour us. The food prepared by ate bonet is good. The view is breathtaking. The owner is very accomodating. The dogs are friendly! Everything is perfect, from view, jacuzzi, bathroom, kitchen and food. Very peaceful and one of the best place I have stayed. highly recommended! Perfect for getaway in tbe city so fresh air and peaceful, you feel that you are connected to nature! will visit again soon!

The privacy and view are exceptional. This is a rare find that beats the view of any hotel.

It's my fault for not knowing more about the property. To stay again, I would plan to pack food for cooking and, if possible, an acoustic guitar for entertainment once night falls to cover the gorgeous view.

It’s not that I didn’t like but I think it can be improve, the way the care taker of the house accommodate the guests, especially the foreign guests.

I am and avid outdoorsman and enjoyed the entire experience. Including the farm tour. The staff was always ready to serve, and always kind. The views are breathtaking along with the Oceanview Jacuzzi was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. I also had an opportunity to do my own little BBQ. For me the experience was a 10. And please remember its a farm house. Farms have beautiful animals and i also for the first time saw a Tokay lizard in the common area, but i like outdoors so no problem for me. Meeting the owners was also a pleasant surprise and a treat. Wonderful people who showed A Class hospitality!

I can't think of anything that I should mention that I didn't like. If your looking for beautiful views, awesome service, and peace and quiet, this is the spot. Wifi was available but I had spot service here and there.

The farmhouse is a magical place in a wonderfull setting with a truly grand view on Lake Taal. While the location is remote enough to relax in peace and quiet, it can easily be reached by car and the next village with restaurants and shops is not far. The additional warm welcome and hospitality by the lovely hosts made our stay an unfogettable experience.
