Reviewed Jul 19, 2025The continental breakfast was beautiful even included farm fresh eggs. I have. Been before and will go again. Perhaps I might take my own pillow tho next time as I am very fussy as I have a bad neck. Perfect place to relax.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2025The treehut was nestled away on a lovely bit of land, we didn’t see or hear a single soul! The room was clean, warm and had everything we needed for the night. The lovely host called us the day before to ensure we had directions and offer to answer any questions, which was a lovely touch. The bed was super comfy too!

Reviewed Oct 29, 2024Great location to escape reality! The host was really lovely and the continental breakfast was fantastic. The bed was soooo comfy I didn't want to leave. I absolutely love the outdoor bath with the lights, very relaxing. Would definitely come back and recommend anyone looking for a cute little getaway.
Not a major issue but for those staying more than 1 night a BBQ could be handy. My partner and I went to the city for dinner which was only a 15 minute drive, perfect!

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024I loved the location,it was quiet, peaceful,just what I needed,I loved the outside bath,the bed was very comfy,and the continental breakfast was amazing,Annette had even put the heater on,prior to my arrival,I will definitely go there again🤗
The only thing is,maybe some larger bowls for soup etc.

The only thing was locating it as it was down a long drive but all i did was follow my nose, and yer wicked.I asked if I could move in full time lol.the couple that run it are choice also

This was truelly beautiful, absolutely comfortable bed, warm room, very private and the outdoor bath on the deck and the ighting in the trees were gorgeous. The continental breakfast was well worth the $10 charge. I highly recommend and i will be back.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2023The location is perfect... ist is far enuff to feel like you have left town but close enuff to home and work so you can relax like on holiday but still be up and off to work if you need to. I live that's its so private you arrive and don't see or hear from anyone it's so comfortable and calm. The out door bath is to die for x
The only thing I'd really like to see is a heat lamp in bathroom it's freezing and perhaps updated plates and glasses etc.. some of them were dusty and cobwebs.

Reviewed May 3, 2023The self-contained bungalow looked a bit shabby from the outside, but inside it was absolutely exceptional accommodation with all the facilities you could think of. Large bed, desk, bathroom and storage space including essentials for cooking. There was the option of sitting on the terrace or using the outdoor bath hidden from prying eyes. Beautiful view of the hills to the sea.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2023Such a beautiful little getaway surrounded by the hum of the cicada and bird song, with a beautiful view. The treehut is charming and clean and very cozy and the bath outside was just glorious. We felt that Annette and Dave take such pride in their place and it shows. The breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the peace and quiet nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Seriously cute cabin, extremely comfortable and the host had thought of every comfort including outdoor mosquito net for the luxurious outdoor bath experience. Best Continental Breakfast ever!! Great water pressure. Immaculate. I could go on. So quiet yet only 16 mins from City Centre. Perfect and look forward to coming back on a private weekend retreat.

Reviewed Feb 6, 2023Amazing from the moment we drove up to the cute tree hut nestled in amongst the trees. Great big balcony with undercover outdoor bath tub was a treat. The amenities were amazing such a great selection of herbal teas different varieties of coffee to choose from. The most comfortable bed in the world an such a beautiful view from the bed looking straight out onto the farm.
I cant even come up with anything i didnt like.

Limited cooking facilities, we bought our induction cooktop and extention lead so wasn't an issue. A little bbq would be a great addition to the place.
