Mountain Spa Residences

Sehr schöner Blick unser Balkon ging einmal um die Wohnung rum und man konnte aus jedem Zimmer auf den Balkon gehen, super ausgestattete Wohnungen, sehr nettes Personal (man sollte aber ein wenig Englisch können :-)), toller Wellnessbereich. Es hat alles gepasst

Ich konnte zwar die E Bikes in der Tiefgarage zwischen den Autos gut abstellen, ein separater Stellplatz (mit Lade- und Anschlußmöglichkeiten für Räder wäre aber noch optimaler gewesen. Es war aber ausreichend Platz in der Tiefgarage und ich hatte immer ein sicheres Gefühl.

Herzliche Lage, wunderschöne Einrichtung, sauber, geräumig. Alles vorhanden. Tolle Betten.

alles war top .. es gab alles, aber leider keine Ladestation für e-Autos, die waren dafür im Dorf, in unmittelbarer nähe ..

Super ausgestattet, sehr sauber, super Pool- und Spa-Bereich, tolles Personal…. Alles perfekt!

Die Wassertemperatur könnte etwas höher sein.

Room was very clean and very well equipped. Great pool and spa. There’s a big garage which is very convenient.

Our room was not enough illuminated. We stayed for 13 days and on such a long stay we expected to have our room cleaned at least once.

Das angebliche 6er Appartment ist für 6 Personen eigentlich zu klein Kein Restaurant Alles sehr unpersönlich Moderne Einrichtung ohne Flair

הצוות מצוין, דירות יפות ומושקעות, לגבי הדלתות בשבת הם עוזרים שיהיה אפשר להסתדר עם זה, הבריכה והספא מיוחדים, היה מריך להשקיע יותר בנקיון הדירה

כל מה שביקשנו קיבלנו, הצוות היה מעולה. כל המקום היה מושלם

שנגמר החופש והיינו צריכים לעזוב

מלןן נהדר. כיפי. הצוות במלון ניסה תמיד לעזור גם בשעות הערב המאוחרות. במיוחד ניקו ודיוויד שהיו מקסימים. נוף עוצר נשימה.

אמנם אין מיזוג אוויר וגם לא צריך כי יש אוויר צלול. אבל... לא יזיקו רשתות בחלונות.

Very nice, fully equipped apartments. Great location! The pool and sauna area is very cosy and clean. The staff friendly and very helpful.

We stayed in a top floor apartment, to say the views were stunning, is an understatement! Spotlessly clean. All the staff were helpful and professional. The beds were very comfortable, the showers powerful and kitchen facilities more than adequate. This really is a superb place, set on the higher level of Nasserein, it is incredibly quiet and peaceful, but only a 10 minute walk to the centre of St Anton. Watching the local Buzzard gliding past at balcony height almost daily was a real joy. So many walks in the area & e-bike paths, make this the ideal activity location.

Well proportioned modern apartment, it was extremely clean. The balcony was really big, and lovely to sit on after an active day.

Pool, Sauna, Wohnung, Betten

Geschirr war teilweise nicht sauber In der Spülmaschine stand Wasser, was sehr gestunken hat.

Extremely friendly staff. Nice spacious and well equipped rooms. Cleanness of the property. Mark, the residence's private shuttle bus driver was extraordinarily kind and showed excellent service. The spa area was very very nice.

The "1978" restaurant associated with the residences was poor (maximum 2 stars out of 5) We had dinner there twice. First choosing from the menu ( the food that was served was fair but not in any way exciting). Second having the "Barbeque buffet" which was extremely disappointing. Basic - to say the least - with almost no choices and the food covered with alu foil to keep warm; which might be practical but very unexpected in a restaurant. If anything positive is to be said about the restaurant, they stay true to the concept of 1978, when it comes th expectations one could have for the options and quality of food in a Scandinavian canteen in 1978. The opening hours of the spa should be extended to offer evening spa at least until 22.00.

Rooms were modern and clean. The pool and spa on site were excellent and the team were very helpful. The shuttle service is excellent for skiing

The distance to the main town. The supermarket distance meant getting food to cook with was difficult without getting a car/bus

Zeer vriendelijk personeel.Appartementen zijn mooi gelegen en zeer ruime ondergrondse parking beschikbaar. Tevens babystoel en babybedjes gratis beschikbaar. Keuken is voorzien van veel kookpotten en materiaal. Op vraag zijn er gratis badjassen beschikbaar en kan men propere handdoeken bekomen.

Matrassen waren vrij hard maar dat is persoonlijk. In appartement B1 was deel van zitbank doorgezakt.Douchedeur ging niet goed open en we hadden dit gemeld en ze zouden komen herstellen wat niet gebeurd is.

The staff were, without exception, lovely friendly & helpful. The spa was fantastic, especially after a day on the slopes. Apartment had everything we needed. No worries about hanging around for late pickup.. storage for luggage in ski room & fabulous spa to enjoy!

Only small criticism would be that the lighting in the apartment could be improved upon. Either you have overhead bright lights or dark. A standard lamp or table lamp in the living area would perfect it.

Apartment was nice and well equipped. Spa was relaxing and clean. We liked the shuttle service to the lifts and the staff was very helpful all the time.

We would have hoped for cleaning of the apartment at least once during the week. With 6 people living in there it started to get dirty even if we tried to clean with what equipment we had available.

Very spacious penthouse.

The apartment is very comfortable with great views. Good custlery to cook yourself. Pool and sauna's are great. Very kind and flexible staff to help us. The "1978"restaurant servs good food, albeit in a special Swedish style.

You have to walk 10 minutes ot the lift, but the free van is usually available (until 6 PM)

El menaje de la cocina un poco justo. La ubicación me pareció no tan buena, un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad. Aunque el servicio del shuttle funcionó muy bien para ir a esquiar por las mañanas y para volver por las tardes.

Fantastic spacious apartments with everything included. Well equipped kitchen en beautiful styled. The staff is excellent and very friendly. We had a great time! Thank you so much ✨

I would recommend to bring your own pillow, those were a bit soft for our liking.

Appartement spacieux, literie confortable, cuisine super bien équipée, belle vaisselle, avec les serviettes, le papier WC, le nécessaire de toilette, y compris liquide vaisselle, produit lave-vaisselle, éponges. ; personnel très agréable sympathique et serviable, un service de navette avec un voiturier qui nous emmène directement aux pieds des remontées, un super spa, les serviettes et peignoirs sont fournis, ainsi que gel douche shampooing, après shampooing, thé et infusion,

Big Apartment. Still feels new. Nice Kitchen with oven. Big Living Room. Big Bedrooms. Heated Ski Lockers. Sauna options without reservations. Heated Pool. Floor heating. Nice staff and Reception, always helpful (Elena). Fast transport service to ski gondola. Proximity of the ski gondola Nassereinbahn.

VERY expensive. We went to similar accommodation in Avoriaz for twice the less, Ski-In ski out. Old TVs. Internet should be better and well connected to the TVs.

Shuttle service was great

Das Gesamtpaket! Von der Wohnung, über das Parkhaus, bis hin zum Shuttle. Nur der Pool hätte etwas wärmer sein können. ;-)

Our stay in Mountain SPA was wonderful. Apartment was great, equipment was new and the most important: all staff was so nice that we feld at home. We used sauna and swimming pool every day :-) Thanks for Your TEAM, we waiting to come back next year :-)

Hotel stay 10 min walk from city and nearest ski-lift. But this was not a problem because hotels bus drove us to lift and to city :-)
