Tutto, colazione ottima, piscina stupenda, dotata di tutti i comfort, ben organizzata. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Oia e dal borgo di Finikia. Il prezzo è ottimo. La signora Anna è un amore. Posto fortemente consigliato.

Sarebbe bello avere un accesso diretto dal balconcinl alla zona piscina, ma è solo un’idea.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Chefin mit sehr guten Restaurant Tipps. Top Lage. Alles ist fußläufig in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt zudem direkt ums Eck. In Oia wartet eine tolle Kulisse an den Klippen und in Finikia gibt es sehr leckere Tavernen in den Gassen des historischen Kerns versteckt. Taxis Service für An- und Abfahrt wurde organisiert. Am Abholtag konnten wir noch den Pool nach Chrck Out nutzen. Sehr schöner Pool mit Weitblick und Liegen. Gutes und frisches Frühstück. Die Zimmer haben alle eine private Terrasse. Klimaanlage und Wlan tadellos

Great location, about a 15 min walk into the main part of Oia. Taverna and restaurant in Finikia less than 10 mins away. Supermarket & car hire place 5 mins away. Property is clean and very comfortable. Sea view from every room. Pool area is lovely, very quiet. Delicious breakfast served - pastries, bread & cake, meat & cheese, eggs, fruit, nuts and yogurt and some Greek specials like feta pie. Hospitality from staff is excellent. I’ve stayed twice already and will be back again.

La Signora Anna è stata gentilissima, all'arrivo ci ha fatto un briefing su Santorini, cartina e istruzioni. Pronti per visitare. Sebbene non posto direttamente sulla Caldera, il tramonto si vede benissimo. Oja è a pochi minuti a piedi. La struttura è ben organizzata, piscina pulita, buona la colazione, è presente un parcheggio. Il piccolo appartamento era in ordine e pulito.

Nothing, best stay ever.

We were very impressed that even though we arrived very early in the morning (before the usual check in) we were welcomed by Anna and offered breakfast. There are options for everyone, and the pastries are really tasty. There are many cats that join you at breakfast, they are cute but I’m not sure how hygienic it is to let them sit around the dining tables. Anna explained us how to manage around the island and shared all her tips and tricks in order to have an amazing stay. If you’re interested in going on a boat trip, Maria’s Place can offer you a discount on one of the cruises.

The room was nice and traditional, but I think the bathroom could use some renovation or at least a thorough cleaning (there were stains on the floor, the sink and the ceiling - you can see in the photo attached). The daily cleaning was a bit superficial - towels and trash bins were changed daily, sometimes they would fold your pajamas, but that was about it. The mattress could also be changed because I could feel the springs. The pool area was very clean, the only problem was the cold water. Also, they offer you beach towels but you can’t change them throughout your stay. The accommodation is situated right near all the famous attractions that you see on the internet (Blue Domes, Ammoudi Bay etc) - aprox. 10-15 min walk. Also, there is a bus station nearby (3 min) and a small supermarket. As far as we’ve discovered, there isn’t a beach with sunbeds and umbrellas at a walkable distance from the accommodation. We had to take the bus to Fira (25-30 min) and then another bus from Fira to the beach (the distance depends on the destination, but in our case it was another 30 min - that if you are lucky and don’t have to wait for the second bus). I guess it depends on how well you inform yourself before booking, but I think it is worth mentioning our experience because it can be a bit tiring after a few days.

Se avessi 10 punti a disposizione da assegnare a qualcosa… li assegnerei a qualcuno! Lo darei alla Signora Maria. Maria è la persona più sorridente e accogliente che abbiamo incontrato in tutta la Grecia. Bastava un suo sorriso per cambiarti la giornata!

Het zwembad voldeed aan de verwachting. Het ontbijt was heerlijk met veel locale producten. Alleen had ik liever vers brood gehad dan afgebakken broodjes. En vers appelsiensap. De locatie was perfect en de gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam met uitleg over de verschillend activiteiten. Je kon met alles bij haar terecht. Een hele lieve dame! De accommodatie was perfect met een heerlijke douche.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Maria’s Place et nous en gardons un très beau souvenir. Anna est une femme vraiment formidable et exceptionnelle. Elle est d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante, attentionnée et disponible. Son accueil chaleureux nous a immédiatement mis à l’aise et elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à seulement quelques pas du centre de Oia ce qui permet de profiter facilement des restaurants, des petites boutiques et de l’ambiance magnifique du village, tout en étant dans un endroit calme et agréable. La chambre était confortable, propre et bien entretenue. On s’y sent vraiment bien après une journée à découvrir Santorin. Un grand merci à Anna pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa bonne humeur. Nous recommandons vivement Maria’s Place et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Santorin 🤗

What lovely accomodation. Close to main centre of Oia..10 min flat walk to start of town then you have the walking street of shops and tavernas and restaurants. To walk to castle at far end about 25 min walk from Marias Place but easy as its flat and views are breathtaking. Marias Place you are treated like family..Anna the host so happy and easily gives information and suggestions. Happily sorts out any problems. Accomodation was very adequate..clean and ideal kitchenette..balcony overlooking the sea and pool. Breakfast was lovely...continental with some Greek delicious food. Home made preserves were fantastic. Bed was very comfortable..air conditioned and lovely shower. Situated in nice grounds.

As difficulties with disability getting in/out of pool very difficult. One metal ladder towards the deeper end. Needs walk in steps in shallow end . If being picky a toaster at breakfast and different choices of bread Nothing else that we didn't like.

We absolutely loved the stay here! Everything was wonderful from the first moment we came there - the atmosphere, the room, the pool, the food, the cats. And let us not forget the person who made it all happen - Anna! Anna is a perfect host, who treats guests like a mother! Her smile along with her morning “Kalimeeeera!” gave the day a great start. She is an absolutely good host and a kind person. We cannot forget the rest of the staff, as well as her husband Kosta, who also aided in delivering us a heart-welcoming stay.

One of the best stays we have ever had! Location couldn’t be better!!! Really easy walk to centre of Oia (flat walk, not hilly at all) but away from the hustle and bustle! Bus to Fira super close by. Car hire place at end of street if needed. Able to park easily with no problem! Anna was the most wonderful and helpful member of staff I have ever had, genuinely made us feel like we were part of the family! I CANNOT explain in words how WONDERFUL our stay was!! The sunset from the pool was better view than in centre of Oia and no one around!

Nuestra estancia en Maria's Place fue maravillosa. Ana, la propietaria, es un encanto de mujer, nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. El hotel es fantástico, ideal para descansar y desconectar. EVERYTHING! We loved Maria's. Ana was very helpful on our first day giving us lots of local hints. Our studio was spotlessly clean, great facilities. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Walking distance to the cliffs of Oia and touristy area but very peaceful. We'd 100% stay again.

Everything was perfect! One thing to note: Another review said the breakfast options for vegetarians was not good. This is absolute nonsense. There was an abundance of choices for all tastes.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was spotless, very well maintained, and in the perfect location. It is situated in a very quiet area, ideal for relaxing, while still being within walking distance of the town center, the bus stop, and supermarkets. A special thank you to the owner, Ana, and to Kristina, who works at the property. They were both incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel truly at home. We also loved the adorable cats around the property, they added such a warm and charming touch! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay with exceptional hospitality. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, just a short walk from Oia centre, with beautiful views and plenty of lovely cafés and shops nearby. Anna was an amazing host – warm, caring and incredibly helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations on what to see on the island, the best times to visit, and helped us plan our days. The studio was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the sea view from the terrace, where we enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation, Maria’s Place is the perfect place to stay. We highly recommend it.

The only minor issue was that there was no hot water for a couple of days. However, as the weather was very hot, it wasn’t a major inconvenience and didn’t affect our overall experience.

Tutto molto pulito, ottima la colazione e poi c’è Anna che meriterebbe una recensione a parte per la disponibilità e la capacità di accontentare tutti i clienti. Noi abbiamo scelto di arrivare in struttura direttamente col transfer proposto da loro e devo dire che è stata un ottima scelta perché Anna oltre a darti consigli su dove andare e cosa vedere, ti prenota anche scooter, macchina e quant’altro. Super consigliato

Santorini, azon belül Oia (Ia) egy elképesztően gyönyörű, varázslatos hely, és ez a szállás csak még szebbé tette az itt töltött időt. Az apartman tiszta és jól felszerelt, a tengerre néző kilátás pedig egyszerűen pazar. A medence és a napozórész tökéletes a pihenésre. Nagyon jó a környék is, közel van több kisbolt és a buszmegálló is. Anna, a tulajdonos és a személyzet is rendkívül kedvesek és figyelmesek voltak. Minden reggel friss törölközőt hoztak, és mindennap kaptunk új kávékapszulákat és teát is. A mediterrán reggeli fantasztikus, nagyon bőséges és változatos volt. Összességében egy felejthetetlen 4 napot töltöttünk el, mégegyszer nagyon köszönünk mindent Annának és a csapatának!

Niezwykle miła obsługa, a przede wszystkim Pani Anna, która wszystko świetnie tłumaczy, pomaga zorganizować. Doskonała lokalizacja. Ciche i spokojne miejsce, równocześnie położone blisko centrum. Bardzo blisko są sklepy, przystanek autobusowy i restauracje. Rewelacyjny basen z czystą, ciepłą i słodką wodą (wodę z basenu piły nawet koty). Bardzo dobre urozmaicone śniadania. Bardzo miły i dbający o nas serwis sprzątający. Apartamenty wyposażone we wszystko czego potrzeba. Codziennie uzupełniano nam kapsułki kawy do ekspresu, herbaty. Codziennie dostawaliśmy nowe czyste ręczniki. Z okna i basenu mamy widok na morze i inne wyspy. Zachód słońca można podziwiać ze stolika na balkonie. W starej tradycyjne części wioski Finkia, jest kilka restauracji które serwują duże porcje w bardzo dobrych cenach. Korzystaliśmy również z rejsu katamaranem. Przejazd do Fira i innych miejscowości odbywa się komfortowym publicznym autobusem.

To start with... the land lady.. ANNA... beautiful person...kind...helpful...guided us fully on where to go..how to organize the days to even booking places for me. I honestly haven't met such a wonderful lady in all my stays. Location ...great ...few minute walk to marble walkway. Spacious rooms with all amenities.

Excelente localização muito próximo do centro de Oia. Anna foi excepcional no atendimento já que chegamos após o horário do Check-in e precisamos de um atendimento diferenciado. As instalações são adequadas para um Studio com uma pequena cozinha com utensílios, confortável e muito limpo.O local é muito calmo com uma piscina e vista adoráveis.

O café da manhã poderia ser servido um pouco mais cedo.

Annna was super warm welcome and waited for me even I arrived there at late night. Not only, she made me feel very comfortable and helped me to make sure my staying was enjoyable. A bit away from the center of Oia, but it turned out be better to be away from packed among tourists. If I go back to Santorini, I will definitely staying there again. Thank you so much!

As a travel photographer who has been travelling professionally around the world for years, I can honestly say that Maria’s Place is one of the most genuinely memorable stays I’ve had. I honestly don’t even know where to start. The location could not be better — only a short 5–6 minute walk from the caldera and Oia’s iconic views, yet peaceful, quiet and with the huge advantage of easy parking, which in Santorini is priceless. I travelled with my parents during this trip and this place made everything so comfortable for us. My father cannot walk long distances easily, so having such easy access without endless stairs completely changed the experience for him. My mother is extremely demanding when it comes to cleanliness — the kind of person who notices everything — and even she was impressed. The room was spotless and maintained to an exceptional standard. The breakfast was honestly outstanding. Fresh homemade products every morning, so much variety, and many ingredients coming directly from their own garden. It felt authentic, local and full of care rather than something generic made for tourists. But what truly makes this place special are the people. Anna was absolutely amazing from the first moment. Warm, professional, incredibly kind and genuinely passionate about the island. She knows Santorini inside out and helped us discover beautiful places and experiences we would never have found otherwise. You can immediately feel the heart behind this place. After years of travelling internationally and staying in countless hotels and accommodations, I can say that Maria’s Place has something rare today: authenticity, warmth and soul. I honestly could not recommend it enough.

Honestly, very little. If I had to say something, it would only be that leaving the place at the end of the trip was difficult. That’s why I rebook it exactly next weekend to spend now few days

Bardzo ładny hotel z bezproblemowym dojazdem do samego ośrodka. Obsługa bardzo miła i bardzo pomocna w organizacji wypoczynku. Rzetelne informacje o wyspie ze wskazaniem na atrakcje. Sniadania pyszne oparte na wlasnych produktach i wlasnej kuchni. Pokoje i basen utrzymane w doskonałej czystości. Bardzo polecamy i serdecznie pozdrawiamy.

Accommodation was great- was comfortable and had everything you needed. Situated a short walk from the main pedestrian street in Oia which I liked as it was good to get away from the hustle and bustle. Anna was very welcoming and spent time explaining how to get around the island and how everything works. I would definitely stay at Maria’s place again.

L accueil, chaleureux malgré l heure tardive. La sympathie d Anna, toujours présente, toujours souriante, pleine de bons conseils. Elle a même réussi à accepter ma pauvre connaissance de la langue grecque et à me féliciter lorsque je tentais péniblement de m exprimer dans sa langue natale!! L emplacement, proche du centre, mais suffisamment éloigné pour vivre au calme. La propreté des installations et la multiplicité des moyens mises à notre disposition ( micro-ondes, cafetières, sèche cheveux,...) La jolie piscine , bien protégée des vents dévastateurs. L excellent petit-déjeuner. Même les chats étaient sympathiques. Mais je conclurai en soulignant que l image marquante que retiendront certainement tous les occupants de cet hôtel sera celle de la personne qui le dirige, omniprésente et tellement chaleureuse.

Deux très petits points:le lit un peu trop étroit et le petit-déjeuner (au demeurant excellent) un peu tard. J aurais préféré dès 8 heures

L'emplacement est parfait, à 10 minutes à pied du centre et très calme. La piscine n'est pas chauffée mais permet déjà la baignade en cette saison. 2 chaînes de télé en français. Appartement agréable avec vue mer. Anna très à l'écoute et attentionnée. Excellent petit déjeuner.

I especially loved everything available in the kitchen. It was very convenient and accessible to use. Everything else was also great within the bedroom and bathroom.

The location is quite good. One side takes you to Oia which is a walking distance and great but the other side is an old village and not so great view the other side. Value wise it can be little bit lower than the current rates. Also breakfast does not provide great options for vegetarians except bread and juice. It can be improved.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons à Maria's place , d'ailleurs c'est ce qui a motivé notre retour à Santorin ! L 'accueil d'Anna et de Costa ( nos hôtes ) est toujours aussi chaleureux , ils sont toujours autant aux petits soins avec leurs vacanciers ! L'endroit est calme tout en étant à quelques centaines de mètres du centre animé d Oia ou des super petits restos du charmant village de Finikia, à 2 pas .Cette fois nous avons séjourné dans un grand studio tout confort avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse, vue mer ,piscine et coucher de soleil : le top ! le délicieux petit-déjeuner ( inclus ) se prend dans la salle commune près de la réception , avec les autres clients ( généralement des couples )et les nombreux chats ! On se sent vraiment en famille ! Cerise sur le gâteau : le tarif ultra compétitif pour Santorin ! C 'est sur, nous reviendrons une troisième fois !

Accommodation was close to everything but just outside village which was nice and peaceful. Anna recommended places to eat and things to do when we weren't lying by the pool. Breakfast kept us full til dinner time. The room was really nice and cleaned regularly throughout the week.

I rent studios as I like to cook occasionally. A chopping board, a frying pan, a chopping knife would be useful. The pool was not used as the water was surprisingly cold.

In unserem Zimmer war das WiFi sehr schwach, ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Odlična lokacija, savršeno čisto, vlasnica Ana izuzetno ljubazna, pružila nam je detaljne instrukcije šta i kako obići. Objekat je veoma lep, udoban, ima sve što je potrebno za boravak (aparat za kafu, vodu, toster, mikrotalasnu), svaki dan se čisti i menjaju peškiri. Mirno i opuštajuće okruženje.

Anna est une personne accueillante et très gentille, qui donne beaucoup d'informations sur l'île et sur Oia. Le studio est très confortable et très bien équipé . Il ne manque rien. Le petit déjeuner super complet est délicieux . La piscine est magnifique et la vue de la chambre paisible . Endroit calme . Mention spéciale pour tous les petits chats adorables qui vivent sur place 🥰🥰🥰

Rien. Il faut juste savoir que vous n'êtes pas dans Oia même , il faut être prêt à marcher un petit peu quand même mais honnêtement le lieu est si paisible que cela ne nous a pas dérangé.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, täglicher Handtuchwechsel. Sehr nettes Personal. Liegt nicht direkt im Zentrum, dafür ruhige Lage abseits des täglichen Trubels!

Siamo stati trattati come persone di famiglia con una gentilezza squisita, sempre disponibile a dare informazioni preziose. Il monolocale era spaziosissimo pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort, doccia spaziosa, frigorifero, cucina ed era compreso un ottimo caffè italiano. Eravamo a due passi dal centro di Oria quindi non dovevamo mai prendere l'auto per andare in città ma eravamo in una buona posizione per visitare tutto il resto dell'isola. La colazione era fantastica sia come qualità che come quantità mangiato meglio che in molti i ristoranti.

Premetto che non sono critiche ma solo un mio parere di preferenze personali, che potrebbero avere valore di suggerimento. Mi é mancato un idromassaggio di cui sono appassionato, e la temperatura piscina poco superiore ai 22 gradi un po' pochino, ma soprattutto erano necessari gli occhialini, che non avevo, per la salinità dell'acqua, conviene portarli.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , merci à l’accueil que nous a réservé Maria . Hébergement très propre rien à redire , piscine très propre également et transat super confort . L’endroit est vraiment très calme Petit déjeuner varié et très bon . Le petit plus nous avons pu réservé un quad directement sur place !

Sauber, schöne Aussicht,tolle Lage. Wir sind immer noch gedanklich in Oia bei Anna und ihrem Team. Wir hatten eine fabelhafte Woche. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, alles frisch zubereitet. Wir haben uns so gut erholt dank Anna und ihrem Team.es war eine wundervolle Zeit und wir können diesen Ort nur jedem empfehlen.

L'année dernière, j'avais réservé un studio et je m'y suis tellement plu que j'ai réservé au même endroit cette année encore. J'apprécie l'accueil chaleureux d'Anna et de son personnel, le confort du studio, la tranquillité de l'endroit. L'hôtel est bien situé : commodités à proximité ( arrêt de bus pour se rendre à la capitale, supérettes) et se trouve non loin de Oia centre où l'on se rend à pied. Pour bien commencer la journée, rien de tel qu'un bon petit-déjeuner complet dans un cadre très agréable.

Die Unterkunft war perfekt! Grandioser Ausblick und 10 Minuten fußläufig nach Oia. Die liebe Anna war stets hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps und Infos für uns! Das Frühstück war super lecker und abwechslungsreich! Wir kamen auf Empfehlung hierher, und unsere Erwartung wurde tatsächlich noch übertroffen! Wir hatten in jeder Hinsicht eine tolle Zeit und haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Absolutely fantastic stay! Tranquil & in a great location just on the edge of busy Oia. A quick 5 minute walk into Oia. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, the apartment room is extremely clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed lounging poolside & sitting out on our balcony overlooking the pool and views beyond. Anna is friendly, caring & helpful. She provided the best check in experience, ensuring we had all the information we needed to have the best experience while here. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay again.

The location is good, about 20 minutes walk to Oia. The breakfast is great and rich. The staff is very friendly and detailed the location of the attractions, the required time, etc.

Quarto extremamente grande. Ótima localização a 10 minutos a pé do centrinho de Oia. Produtos para banho muito cheirosos. A Host Ana foi super solicita, nos explicou tudo e deu dicas. Pudemos também guardar nossas malas após o checkout. As instalações do hotel e o café da manhã são ótimas. O ponto alto foi ver que o hotel cuida super bem de vários gatinhos, vi eles sendo alimentados todos os dias. Parabéns ao hotel. Super recomendo

Reception was so friendly and welcoming. Excellent recommendations for meals and sightseeing in the area. So convenient to walk to all the sights in Oia.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται αρκετά κοντά στην Οια, διαθέτει άνετο πάρκινγκ για το αυτοκίνητο μας, πλούσιο πρωινό για όλα τα γούστα, ησυχία καθώς είναι για ενήλικες αποκλειστικά και το βασικότερο για εμένα καθαριότητα! Το προσωπικό είναι φιλόξενο, βοηθητικό και εξυπηρετικό.

Veľmi milá, usmievavá, ochotná a ústretová hostiteľka. Anna vždy nových hostí privíta, vysvetlí, poradí. Nechajte si poradiť keď pôjdete niekam na výlet po ostrove, plavbu na more alebo úžasnú grécku kuchyňu aj v blízkosti ubytovania.

Silný vietor vo štvrtok a v piatok (deň nášho odchodu). To však naša hostiteľka nemôže nijako ovplyvniť.

L'endroit est très bien situé, assez proche de tout pour le faire a pied mais assez éloignée pour être tranquille. Anna a la réception est incroyable, très aidante avec une bonne humeur contagieuse. Le déjeuner est très bon.

Rien. Le wifi pourrait être mieux dans les chambres, mais c'est un détail.

Anna at reception was very knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Good choices and plentiful. Great views from the pool of Ios. In room cooking facilties and daily supplies for tea and coffee were also good.

Wifi was very patchy and unreliable. Rooms are sizeable but need a refurbishment.

Accueil chaleureux et efficace d'Anna, chambre confortable et bien équipée, belle piscine, petit déjeuner copieux et varié, proximité de Oia tout en étant au calme, bref un super séjour.

12 percre van Oia központjához. A buszmegálló Firába 5 percre van és egy élelmiszerbolt is. Nagyon jó az ár-érték arány.Főleg azoknak ideális, akik egész nap mászkálnak. Láttam, hogy pár méterre van egy autókölcsönző, bár én busszal, vagy gyalog közlekedtem.Az ágyak nagyon kényelmesek. A reggeli választékos.Anna nagyon segítőkész, akár programokat is ajánl.Mindennap takarítottak és mindennap kicserélték a törülközőket. Első nap nem tudtam kinyitni a széfemet, elrontottam valamit. Ahogy szóltam, rá egy órára megcsinálta Anna férje és előtte megnyugtatott Anna,hogy ne aggódjak.

A medence kicsi és szerintem korán bezár. És lehetne körülötte virág. De engem nem zavart, mert igazából nem érdekelt, hogy van medence.
