Gina was a very generous and lovely host, driving us to our dinner location (and the chef drove us home 🤣) and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend staying at Quinta de Real

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026So Gina was very welcoming, she offered to take me and another lady to the restaurant for dinner (she drove us there with her car and had a restaurant staff bring us back) food in there was amazing! Rooms were super clean, swimming in that pool after a long hot day on my camino, was everything I needed! There is also a snack bar where you can get drinks and snacks. This was honestly one of the best stays , I highly recommend it!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Nos ha encantado alojarnos estos días en Quinta de Real. Destacar la atención de Gina, amable, alegre y con una energía increíble. La habitación cómoda, hemos dormido fenomenal. La zona del desayuno tiene una nevera con productos que puedes consumir y luego pagar y otra nevera donde dejar tus bebidas y comida. El desayuno genial! Y la ubicación perfecta para poder disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la zona y a 10 minutos de Valença. La zona de la piscina un sueño! Si vamos por la zona volvemos seguro!

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026A truly beautiful place, literally "away from the hustle and bustle." A small country road leads you to this hidden gem, where a stunning house is surrounded by vineyards and peaceful scenery. The swimming pool is wonderful to enjoy both during the day and in the evening. One of the highlights was breakfast – the owner personally greeted every guest and served fresh fruit, bread wiyh cheese and ham, coffee and fresh organe juice, making the experience feel warm and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable, and everything was spotless. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Fabuloso. Espacio precioso y tranquilo en medio de la naturaleza y muy cerca de restaurantes y supermercado Spar. Todo cuidadísimo, limpio y nuevo. Junto a la piscina hay un bar donde hacerse un café o tomar algo fresco en cualquier momento. La propietaria, una persona encantadora y que cuidó de cada detalle en todo momento y nos trató con mimo. Aire acondicionado silencioso, lo cual se agradece para dormir. Habitación y baños muy espaciosos. El desayuno, sencillo pero buenísimo y a repetir, con fruta, pan, fiambres, etc.
No poder quedarme a vivir allí.

She even drove us to her friends restaurant for dinner (and it wasnt an over priced stitch up) Gina even arranged for an earlier breakfast time as we had to walk early to avoid the heat. Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Po niekoľkých dňoch na El Camino bolo toto ubytovanie pre nás doslova odmenou. Veľmi sa nám páčilo pokojné prostredie, nádherný výhľad na okolitú krajinu a príjemná atmosféra celého areálu. Od príchodu bolo všetko perfektne zorganizované. Privítanie bolo milé, všetky potrebné informácie nám boli jasne vysvetlené a počas pobytu nám nič nechýbalo. Izba bola čistá, priestranná a rovnako čistý a upravený bol aj celý areál. Veľkým plusom bol bazén s príjemnou vodou, v ktorom sa dá naozaj plávať, nielen osviežiť. Po celodennej chôdzi to bolo presne to, čo pútnik potrebuje. Najviac sme ocenili ticho a pokoj všade navôkol. Po albergách a jednoduchších pútnických ubytovaniach pôsobí toto miesto ako malý luxus. Veľké a pohodlné postele zabezpečili výborný oddych a regeneráciu pred ďalším dňom na Camino. Ďakujeme za príjemný pobyt a určite budeme toto miesto odporúčať ďalším pútnikom.

Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer und wurden von der Chefin zum Restaurant, welches hervorragend war, gefahren und von dort aus wieder zurück gebracht. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und sehr reichlich. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Reviewed May 6, 2026I loved the quiet of where it’s located, the breakfast was excellent but what really stood out was Regina the owner. We walked up and no one was present, i mean not even another client. Got the code then we were like uhh, where do we eat? It’s in a very small rural town the closet food is in a Tavern a half mile away, we were walking the Camino so we had just walked 13 miles and were in no mood to walk so we helped ourselves to some beer and snacks and decided to call it a night. NOT SO FAST. Regina ( the proprietor) starts walking up apologizes for not being here when we arrived. “ Would you like me to drive you to a nice restaurant? Say what? Uh yeah. Next question is how do we get home? “ Oh don’t worry the chef will drive you home” Im not making this up. Then definitely, she commands “ get dressed” and off we went to an amazing local sourced restaurant with amazing local wine and amazing food and yes the Chef drove us home! Fellow travelers it does not get better than that ever. Pure magic.
If you don’t have Regina and no vehicle nothing is close, there’s is a small store and a a tavern nearby but they are about 1/2 mile, (1km away.

She drove us to a restaurant and arranged for us to be taken home from staff at the restaurant. The room was clean and fresh. The property is beautiful with grapes and fruit trees and lambs and cute dog and cat. Wonderful breakfast of fruit, croissants, cheese, meat, orange juice and yummy coffee. It felt like a five star but reasonably priced. This is a great place to stay.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026My room was like a spa room, with a jacuzzi tub and Terry bathrobe. The property has been beautifully renovated by the owner into 6 separate large rooms, all with outside access. Check in is easy~ the owner emails you a code for a lockbox that contains the key. There is a 24 hr refreshment room with snacks and drinks run on the honour system. Breakfast was continental style and filling. A great stay!
The only thing I didn’t like was the duvet is in the closet instead of on the bed. I thought that the bedspread was all there was but investigated further in the middle of the night when cold. To make it more spa like, the owner may consider getting rid of the green bedspreads and putting white duvets out in the room.~ this would make this property 10+ out of 10 (it’s already pretty close to perfect though!)
