Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Stayed for two nights in May this year, Noel, the owner could not of been more gracious and helpful. He dropped me off in Lichtervelde when I went out to a restaurant he recommended and then later joined me for a drink and took me back! What a guy! Breakfast is more than any normal person could eat, served by Noel as well. Ask him why he has his name on the gates to the property if you visit! Dank u Noel!

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026We were absolutely delighted with this farmhouse hotel! Despite our late-night arrival, the owner greeted us with incredible kindness and warmth. You can immediately feel the cozy, home-like atmosphere and genuine care for the guests. The hotel is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the breakfast — it was simply outstanding! They asked us in advance what time we would like to eat, and everything was served to the highest standard. If you are looking for a place to truly relax and recharge, this is it. Highly recommended!

Reviewed Dec 22, 2025The location was beautiful and the lighting was very effective on arrival, it helped us to locate the building in the dark too. Plenty of parking close to the entrance was very convenient. The staff there were very welcoming and friendly with the room well equipped and clean. The bottles of water in the fridge were a lovely touch as we were very thirsty when we got back after a long day out. After a good night's sleep the stand out thing for me was the breakfast...plenty to eat and drink with the food very flavoursome!
The sliding door into the bathroom was a little noisy when any of us needed to use the toilet during the night but I understand it's there to maximise space and accessibility. This was so minor and I'm being very picky, I just can't fault anything else at all.
