Toisessa makuuhuoneessa ei ikkunaa ulos

Pesukonetta kaipaisi.

Roskiksen tyhjennyspaikkaa ei löytynyt joten vein ne kotiin

Sijainti ja huoneiston pohjaratkaisu olivat toimivia. Parvekkeelta oli kiva näkymä rinteeseen. Palvelut vieressä.

Kunto oli korkeintaan kohtalainen. Tuuletusikkuna ei toiminut, keittiön sähkörasia oli rikki ja ikkunoiden kaihtimet olivat epäkunnossa. Yleisilme hieman kulunut ja vanhanaikainen.

Kompakti huoneisto. Tilaa olisi toki voinut olla enemmän mutta hyvin mahduttiin.

Tuoleja oli vain 4 kpl eli voisiko olla irto jakkaroita 2 kpl

Helppo sijainti, rauhallinen.

Siisti, mainio sijainti

Kulkeminen lemmikin kanssa taloon ja talosta ulos. Mistään kautta ei päässyt sisälle ilman että ei olisi ollut metalliramppia oven edessä josta koiran todella vaikea kävellä. Saunan valot temppuilivat ja löylyt vähän laimeat.

Sijainti, huoneen varustelu

Huone alkoi olla jo aika elänyt ja vanha. Ovessa oli reikä ja sänky repsotti. Maalit oli kulununeet, joka teki huoneesta nuhjuisen.

Keskeisellä paikalla oleva majoitus

Ikkunat kylälle päin, joten asunto oli todella lämmin auringonpaisteessa.

Hyvin varusteltu ja siisti. Kaikki huoneistoon liittyvät tiedot tarjolla kirjallisesti tai qr-koodin avulla.

Pysäköinti (jos ei aja halliin) vaikeaa.

Pääsimme majoitukseen jo sovittua aiemmin. Ovikoodi oli näppärä 👍 Sijainti hyvä kesäaktiviteetteja ajatellen.

Kuuma asunto (vaikka ulkona vain 18 astetta). Onneksi ikkunan ja parvekkeen oven aukaisu auttoi hieman.

Sijainti hyvä

Huoneisto todella kulunut. Haisi kuin homeeessa. Tunkkainen kaikkineen.

Sijainti oli todella hyvä, kun osallistuimme Nuts Karhunkierros -tapahtumaan.

Hinta oli todella korkea suhteessa laatuun.

Huoneisto oli odotusten mukainen, kohtuullisesti varusteltu ja sopivan siisti ja viihtyisä. Myöhäinen luovutusaika oli suurta plussaa.

Pimennysverhot olisivat voineet peittää tarkemmin kaikki ikkunat. Leivänpaahdin ei toiminut. Suihkun suihkupää vuosi ikävällä tavalla. Huoneistossa olisi voinut olla leivinpaperia ja enemmän talouspaperia. Pyykinpesukone olisi ollut kiva lisä mutta ok ilmankin.

The parking garage exit was broken and someone needed to push the door open for us.

Asunto on sijainniltaan erittäin kätevä ja kooltaan hyvin pariskunnalle tai pienelle perheelle sopiva. Majoitus oli siisti ja kaikki toimi. Check-in ja checkout todella kätevät ja pääsimme jopa aiemmin asuntoon kun kävimme vastaaotossa kyselemässä tästä mahdollisuudesta.

Keittiössä ei ollut mitään tarpeita, joka oli muutaman yön vierailun kohdalla hieman epäkätevää. Olisi hyvä, jos asunnosta löytyisi esim. suodatinpaperia, suolaa ja pippuria. Keittiö on melko pieni, joten usealle kokkaaminen voi olla hieman haastavaa.

Hyvä sijainti

Asunnon ja ympäristön siivouksessa paljon toivomisen varaa. Takapihalla paljon rakennusjätettä, vanhoja elintarvikkeita ja tupakantumppeja. Myös sänkyjen ja sohvan alustat siivoamatta.

Sijainti oli hyvä.

Kuivauskaappia ei voinut käyttää kuin ihan pienellä, joten vaatteiden kuivattaminen oli hidasta ja kaappia sai pitää päällä melkein koko ajan. Vessassa ei ollut bidee-suihkua. Sohvalla ei ollut filttiä. Astioita on keittiössä niukanlaisesti ja isoin kattila on vain kolme litrainen. Imuria ei asunnossa ollut, joten eteisen kokolattiamaton siivoaminen oli hankalaa pelkällä rikkalapiolla.

Tein varauksen syyskuussa, hinta oli hyvä.

Huoneistosta puuttui perustarvikkeita, sohva oli jo vuosia sitten nähnyt viimeiset päivänsä, chromecast ei toiminut. Edellisen asiakkaan netflix-tunnukset oli edelleen yhdistettynä televisioon koodilukon taakse.

Äänet käytävältä kantautuivat selvästi sisälle majoitukseen. Yöllä kuitenkin oli hiljaista onneksi

Lakanat eivät oikein vastanneet petien kokoja.

Ruuan laitossa oli terävät veitset ja hyvä paistinpannu, seka laadukkaat ruokailuvälineet. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

Kun tuli ongelmaa, ne hoidettiin hyvin. 10 pistettä siitä

Pysäköinti tulee kalliiksi

Huoneistosta puuttui perusasioita paljon. Mm. kahvin keittämiseen tarvittavat suodattimet, leivinpaperit. Sauna toimi hyvin, kuitenkin saunan lämpötilan säätäminen ei onnistunut.

Netjes onderhouden, alles was schoon en volledig.

De 18:00 checkin is echt wel heel erg laat, we konden wel iets eerder in ons appartement, maar ik zou zelf voor checkin vanaf 15:00 gaan

Sijainti erinomainen. Huoneisto sopi hyvin kahdelle aikuiselle ja kahdelle lapselle. Riittävä välineisö viikon majoittumiseen.

Huoneistossa melko huono ilmanvaihto, haisi pinttyneelle ruoalle. Huoneiston lämpötilan säätäminen ei ollut mahdollista. Lisäksi vieressä oleva rakennustyömaa aiheutti aikaisin aamulla melkoista meluhaittaa.

De kussens waren wel echt heel slecht. En het apartement kan wel even een update gebruiken.

Aina mukava saapua. Yövymme paikassa toistuvasti. Toiveitamme huoneiston sijainnista on aina kuultu.

Sehr gut gelegen und einfach zu erreichen. Ski-Einstellschränke sind super praktisch.

Die Batterie der Uhr war leer, das Schloss der Balkon- sowie Appartementtüre war ohne Funktion. Dies sind jedoch eher kleine Mängel.

Palvelut olivat lähellä

Huoneisto alkaa olla rähjäinen. Sijainti on erinomainen ja perussiisteys hyvä. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeellinen. Sauna hyvä. Sängyt hyvät. Ovikoodilukko erinomainen. Kuitenkin, keittiö olohuone on ahdas ja sohva vaikuttaa epäsiistiltä. Makuuhuoneessa ikkuna ei mene kiinni, oleskelutilassa oven kaihtimet tippuvat paikaltaan.

Great location and facilities.

Room overlooked the road - but wasn't too noisy in general

Great position and ideal size of the apartment, the sauna was the cherry on top. Nice to have all the useful shops in the same building - or almost - and the chance to reach them through the parking.

Could be more clean and provided with more blankets/towels

Very good location next to all services (restaurants, shops) and ski lifts and slopes. The apartment was nice with lovely views.

The place is clean, everything as described, near supermarkets and easily accessible, only 2 minutes from the bus stop, there is a kitchen and all the facilities you need.

the place was good, but having stayed at the other place (by the same company) this one felt a bit underdeveloped. It was smaller, heating was weak and the place was smaller than what you can find uphill. It was closer to the bus stop, supermarket and walks around the area but laundry was for a fee (the other one was free of charge). The company is good but perhaps next time I'll take the other option (uphill)

Excellent situated in the Village with all that you need within walking distance. The shop was in the first floor. Beautiful conditions with Ski tracks and downhill slopes. One of the better Ski sites in Europe. Nice flat with everything you need for your own household.

The duvet was thin. Should be warmer as I like to keep the window open. Trouble with parking. Even if I was told to park behind the taxi station, I got a ticket. Very annoying.

Room was spacious

Location is ideal, convenient to ski rental shops, chair lifts, gondola, several restaurants, some bars. The ski/airport/Lammintupa bus stops are located outside the block C &D end. Ski to door. Ski locker on site. Bowling alley & gym, Koti pizza, Subway, a small supermarket & ski wear shops within the complex. A pleasant walk behind the complex, down through the wooded area, takes you to the bigger S Supermarket & Alko shop. The O Taxi office is handy too. Book on line at least 24 hours ahead, or, go to the office, if you have difficulty phoning. Our non Finnish phones would not connect to any of the local taxi office telephone numbers (U.K. & non E.U. mobiles same issue). Key code for apartment, no key to carry around. If you do not get a text message for the code(whilst travelling/flight mode on/ non e.u. phone etc) you can go to reception at the Ski Inn hotel for assistance during opening hours, they are helpful staff. Luggage storage at Ski Inn hotel, if you arrive before 6pm, or, leave after 3pm. Smart tv, allowing you to stream easily using free wifi. Sauna was easy to use. It was warm enough inside (21 to 23°c) despite the winter temperature outside. Boot/coat storage. The clothes drier is great and essential after a ski session. A full cooker, unusual in the 2 bed apartment, although you lose worktop and cupboard storage. Nice front view over the village. Pleasant walks from the door, towards Riipisen restaurant, Ruka Pizzeria and beyond. Free to borrow sledges can be found in ski locker rooms.

Disappointment upon entering the apartment, as it was not cleaned effectively, never experienced this before at RukaSuites. I presume the housekeeping staff were overstretched. I spent an hour cleaning it, after a 20 hour journey, which was disappointing, not a good start to the holiday. Whilst you can telephone the reception for assistance, I did not want to waste more of my holiday time waiting for housekeeping, after a long day. The plastic 'drip tray' under the dishwasher was filthy, with black sludge. The 'drip tray' was a trip hazard. Dishwasher was not emptied. Crockery not in correct position. Crumbs under & in microwave, in fridge. Large blob of melted chocolate under light switch in 2nd bedroom, thank goodness it was just chocolate..not the dreaded thought I first had. One bath towel had a stain. Several scratches/marks on the walls, which should have been repainted prior to start of the season. Clothes hook wall rail in main bedroom was loose. Grouting a little tired in places. More attention to detail would be appreciated. Little things to note: The worktop area for prepping food is rather small. The wobbly chopping board drawer felt like it would fall apart, so I avoided it. Note: Fridge only, no ice box/small freezer compartment. Just an ice box would have been useful, for ice cream etc. (Do not be tempted to place frozen food under the snow on the balcony, unless covered by a tub, the birds will find it). I could hear the neighbour snoring at night! I had to use ear plugs, though he was exceptionally loud. There was an apartment near us that held a raucous, late night party, one night, thankfully, we were not next door to them. Note: Quiet time is between 10pm-8am, which seems reasonable. I did not like the small, unforgiving, pillows, just my own preference. I prefer a proper double bed, rather than the pushed together twin beds provided, but, the two mattresses were okay.

Good that flat had sauna, spacious kitchen place and rest room for evening chill.

Unprecize info about adress, hard to understand in the spot where is correct doors. Should add map togrther with info, sou that we do not need to search a long time on spot, but gan see before
