Cleanliness, organization, the place looked nice , and the apartments were well equipped. with all what you need. The shared areas were looking good too

I would say ( too many stressful rules) Besides the lady owner who was relaxed, hospitable, open, and speaks excellent English, The stress of the male staff , and the guy owner was a bit too much, during & after the stay, it makes you feel less welcome a bit to hang by the shared areas like the swimming pool , the restaurant, The billiard 🎱. And also just by being out of your room, the downfall is that everything also closes at 7:00 PM afterwards you are not allowed to swim even.

Il bagno potrebbe essere rimodernato, tutto però funzionante !

La struttura esterna con piscina è molto bella e pulita. I gestori gentilissimi e disponibili. Tutto sommato non è lontana dalla strada principale e dal centro, (abbiamo comunque preso a noleggio biciclette elettriche e/o auto presso una ditta molto comoda proprio dietro alla struttura) mentre devo dire con dispiacere che la camera che ci è stata data era veramente vecchia e non manutenzionata, completamente diversa rispetto le foto viste su booking. Tra l altro era proprio sulla strada quindi molto rumorosa.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata ha assolutamente bisogno di essere ristrutturata specialmente il bagno veramente indecente.

The owners were sooo nice! They explained everything and gave us tips to have the perfect vacation. The rooms contain everything you need for a reasonable price. The cats are so cute too :)

Piscina bastante grande, bien situado a 5-10min en coche del centro, el sitio es tranquilo. El dueño muy amable. El gatito bambam muy cariñoso, muy contenta con el sitio. Muy bonito.

Konumu mükemmeldi. Çıkınca her yere çok rahat ulaşabildik. Çalışan Ali abinin ve sahibinin Türk olması çok büyük rahatlıktı.

Havuz kapanışı 19.00 olması kötü. Akşam havuza giremedik ve havuz başında oturamadık yasaktı

Το δωμάτιο αρκετά μεγάλο, με πολύ μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Η πισίνα φαινόταν πολύ καλή αλλά δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε γιατί προτιμάμε την θάλασσα. Ο υπεύθυνος που ονομαζόταν Αλί ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από εξυπηρετικός, ευγενέστατος, επικοινωνιακός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε κάθε περίπτωση. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε 5 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το κέντρο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Το μόνο που δεν μας άρεσε ήταν οι παλιές βρύσες στο μπάνιο που δεν ήταν εύκολες και η έλλειψη κρεμοσάπουνου.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit herzlichen Gastgebern! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Michalis Studios & Apartments und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und merkt sofort, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Der Service ist hervorragend und gleichzeitig sehr persönlich und liebevoll. Für jedes Anliegen gibt es ein offenes Ohr, und die Gastgeber begegnen einem stets mit einem Lächeln und großer Herzlichkeit. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und die familiäre, freundliche Atmosphäre sehr geschätzt. Eine Unterkunft, bei der Gastfreundschaft wirklich gelebt wird! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! ❤️

Struttura molto accogliente con piscina, palestra, bar con biliardo, molto vicina a Kos Town (5 minuti di macchina), abbiamo gradito molto tutti i consigli della proprietaria e il supporto continuo dello staff, in particolare di ali, che ci ha dato consigli su dove mangiare

What’s not to like about the place. Gorgeous set up with the pool as the centre piece. Everything was clean and exceptionally well organised by Ali who manages the reception and poolside services. He was so polite and always willing to help with anything from making toasted sandwiches, serving drinks, arranging taxi rides and hire bikes. Nothing was beyond his capabilities and willingness to help.

Nothing of any significance. There are always little things that are different from where we come from and our homes - but simple adjustments to our own attitudes and expectations is not a big thing to accept and in many ways makes our visits all the more memorable.

The woman at the reception was kind and helpful, she gave us a map of kos and several suggestions for restaurants and beaches worth visiting.

We did not enjoy our room stay at all. When we arrived, in the toilet there were floating faeces. We flushed several times with no success. We rang the mobile number they had there as after seven there was no reception. A man replied and hesitantly said he will come check. He did see what was happening in the toilet and said he will inform house keeping in the morning. Of course we said in disgust that we can’t use the toilet, let alone stay in the room overnight as there was smell too. Then he said he will fix it himself, probably tried some chemical that temporarily worked. When he left we realised there were mens short hair in both our beds (2 women). We went downstairs and found the lady in reception ready to leave. She was surprised with what we said about the hair until we showed her the proof. We contacted booking and sent photos about all the above. By the time we returned from dinner they had changed our bedsheets. In summary, during our stay of 6 nights the issue wasn’t fixed, we told them several times the following days, and they insisted they have sent a plumber, but we still had the same problem. Up until the last day there was floating body waste in the toilet. I sincerely hope it was just our room, but I find it unacceptable to leave someone like this. They didn’t even care to call and ask if everything was ok. Big No for us.

Milí a ochotní majitelia, dobrá lokalita kúsok od pláže a od obchodu so všetkým. Čistota, apartmán bez problémový všetko čo sme potrebovali. Pekný bazén aj spoločenská miestnosť s výborným jedlom.

Güleryüzlü, çok yardımsever bir işletme Ali bey çok yardımci oldu her konuda elinden gelenin en iyisini yaptı. Aileler için çok güzel ve temiz bir işletme. Herşey çok iyiydi.

外出すると電気が止まり、冷蔵庫も電源が切れること。1日外出すると、冷蔵庫の中のものが心配になった。

I stayed at this hotel for several nights and had a REALLY great experience. The room was big and clean, with a small kitchen that was very functional and equipped with everything necessary. The reception staff were always extremely kind and helpful with anything we needed and available to give un any kinder of advice, ALI in particular is the best. I also really appreciated the air conditioning. There is a small gym included, with the basic equipment needed to stay fit during your stay. The swimming pool is quite large and very pleasant. The last day, we had the departure at 10 PM (checkout at 11 AM) but the hotel gave us all the necessary to continue our stay without the room (luggage deposit, continuing using the pool and a private bathroom with shower ecc). Overall, it was an extremely positive stay.

The hotel is located slightly outside the city centre, but it can easily be reached in about ten minutes by bike. Right in front of the hotel, there is also a very convenient and affordable rental service for scooters, bicycles and quad bikes.

Struttura pulita, con tutto l’essenziale, piscina anche e sempre igienizzata la sera, possibilità di mangiare qualche snack in loco con prezzi il linea con altri posti, i proprietari molto carini e disponibili. La posizione è comoda se si è disposti a camminare un po’ (20-30 minuti) per raggiungere il centro, molto vicina ad una spiaggia con lettini a pagamento ma in cui si può anche stare a terra con il proprio asciugamano senza pagare. Vicina a ben 3 supermercati e a due rent a car. Zona tranquilla, raggiungibile anche con il bus dal centro Kos Town, il taxi costa circa 10€. Ottima struttura per chi ha poche pretese.

Sarebbe più comodo se l’orario del check in fosse più prolungato la sera, per permettere agli ospiti di arrivare con calma, dato che il bus navetta non ha orari molto favorevoli. L’ultimo parte alle 22 dall’aeroporto, il check in chiude proprio a quell’ora.

Otelin konumu merkeze 2.5km uzaklıkta ve sahil boyu yürüyerek ya da bisiketle bile gidebilirsiniz. Otelin çalışanları Maria ve Ali çok cana yakın ve her konuda yardımcı olmayan çalışan süper kişiler. Kos adasında nerede yiyeceğinizden ya da nereleri gezeceğine kadar her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Otelin fiyatına göre kesinlikle çok iyi diyebilirim. Temiz ve genellikle yoğun olmayan geniş bir havuzu var. Huzurun tadını çıkararak rahatça havuzu kullanabilirsiniz. Ek olarak, otelin 350 metre ilerisinde bir süpermarket var. Oradan alışveriş yapabilir ya da otelin gündüz açık olan bar/cafe/market'inden bir şeyler sipariş edebilirsiniz.(Fiyatlar gayet uygun)

Kaldığımız oda eski bir odaydı. Mutfak ile birleşik tek göz bir oda düşünebilirsiniz. Temizliği konusunda bir sıkıntısı yok ancak mutfak kısmından az biraz gider kokusu geliyordu. Balkonu büyük ve deniz&havuz manzarası mevcuttu.

Gli host sono stati molto disponibili e gentili, appena siamo arrivati ci hanno fornito tante informazioni su luoghi da visitare, ristoranti da provare e parcheggi pubblici. La struttura è molto carina, piscina pulita e per gli amanti dei gatti è perfetta perchè c’è uno stand per beneficienza ai gatti del quartiere (un saluto a BamBam). I letti erano comodi, se avete bisogno di altri asciugamani gli host ve li forniranno tranquillamente (non forniscono gel doccia/shampoo ma solo saponette) , aria condizionata inclusa sempre nel prezzo è perfettamente funzionante.

L’unico problema è che le camere sono arredate con mobili un po’ vecchi e con calcare e il bagno un po’ piccolino.

Bella piscina, comodissimi i parcheggi e i servizi attorno. Un saluto speciale al simpaticissimo Ali e al resto dello staff (e anche ai gatti). Consigliato!!

I fornelli erano un po' scadenti e una svecchiata alle stanze servirebbe (soprattutto al bagno)

Her şey çok güzel ve özeldi özellikle çalışan ali abi ve adını yanlış bilmiyorsam ülkü abla gerçekten aşırı yardımcı oldular çok memnun kaldık kesinlikle bir daha Kos’a gelirsem tekrar aynı yerde konaklarım. Yemekleri çok güzeldi. Kos’u hiç bilmememize rağmen bize açtığı gösterdiği harita sayesinde tüm Kos’u gezdik. Her şey için tekrardan çok teşekkür ederiz.

Her şeyi mükemmeldi beğenmediğim hiçbir şey yok.

Struttura vetusta anni 60 con.pavimento fatto di vecchie piastrelle porta inadeguata per la privacy dei clienti si sente tutto all esterno il bagno e indescrivibile con.la tenda nella doccia e i supporti rotti i rubinetti sono ancora a manopola per la gradazione dell acqua calda una pena non ci sono sufficienti appoggi.per i beautycase in bagno. Presenza di eternit sul tetto dello stabile ma non era vietato? Scrivo che c e il parcheggio gratuito si ma nella pubblica via non all interno di un area recintata privata piena di scale occhio.a portare valigie pesanti

Struttura molto carina a pochi passi dal mare con piscina e bar. Tutto gestito dal simpaticissimo Ali che fornisce anche ottimi consigli su posti da visitare, attività e ristoranti.

Probably the nicest staff I ever met. The location is perfect, with rent a car, restaurants and beaches 10 minutes away. The pool is big and clean, food at the restaurant was really nice. We will definitely come back!

Struttura un po datata

La posizione, non è vicina al centro, serve il motorino o la macchina ma, in compenso, è una bella zona tranquilla con vista colline

Staff super cordiale e disponibile per chiarimenti, consigli e aiuto con i mezzi di trasporto. Posizione molto buona a 6 minuti in moto da Kos Town, e nelle vicinanze immediate un supermercato e noleggio mezzi. Frigo super funzionante e stendi panni.

La pulizia purtroppo poteva essere decisamente migliore, sia delle stanze che del complesso in generale. Letti con cuscini abbastanza rigidi. La cucina non è molto attrezzata con utensili per asciugare.

Alì persona stupenda e molto accogliente. Struttura con piscina. Nel check out, avevamo il volo alle 22 Alì ci ha fatto anche docciare dandoci asciugamani puliti. Consigliatissimo

1. Apartamentuose nebuvo nei dušo želė, nei šampūno. Buvo padėta tik keletas mažų muiliukų. 2. Atostogavome 4 naktis, dvi iš jų - miegamam kambary neveikė oro kondicionierius. Lango atsidaryti taip pat nebuvo galima, nes tuomet oro kondicionierius būtų nustojęs veikti ir kitame kambaryje (virtuvėje). Atvykome pakankamai vėlai, todėl pirmąją naktį tiesiog teko su tuo susitaikyti. Rytojaus dieną informavome savininką, tačiau problema buvo išspręsta tik dar sekančią dieną. 3. Gautas apartamentų numeris pakankamai triukšmingas (arčiausiai gatvės). 4. Gautas numeris buvo pirmame aukšte, todėl kai gyventojai nuleisdavo WC vandenį antrame aukšte, girdėdavosi baisus garsas, lyg kambary būtų atsiradęs vandens krioklys. 5. Dalis plastikinių indų virtuvėje.

Ali Bey’e herşey için teşekkürler verdiği bilgiler ve yönlendirmesi sayesinde harika vakit geçirdik. Burada kalacaksanız araba kiralamanız gerekiyor.

Yataklar biraz daha konforlu olabilir. Çöp poşeti yetersiz.

L'accoglienza è stata ottima. La proprietaria ci ha accolti con grande simpatia e gentilezza, fornendoci preziosi consigli e tutte le informazioni utili su cosa vedere e fare a Kos. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al sig. Alì, sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze: è persino riuscito a prenotarci un tavolo in un ristorante che risultava già al completo. La loro professionalità e attenzione verso gli ospiti hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Avevamo il volo in serata e abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in struttura fino alla partenza. Inoltre, è disponibile una stanza con doccia e asciugamani, molto comoda per rinfrescarsi prima del volo.

La pulizia della stanza non è molto approfondita.

Genelde her şey çok güzeldi.. Hoş bir karşılama ve rahat bir oda kafa dinlemek için güzel bir tesis ana cadde olmadığı için araç gürültüsü yok şehrin karmaşası yok akşam bu yüzden çok rahat ettik ... gelin ve otelin keyfini çıkartın.

Odadaki bardaklar çok kirli hiç hijyenik değil, Birde duş perdesi çok kötü onun artı iptal edilip normal duş kabinine dönmesi lazım.... onun dışında kötü olan hiç bir şey yok.... rahatça gelip tatilinizi yapabilirsiniz

La pulizia delle camere si può migliorare, i nostri standard sono molto differenti

Bardzo miła obsługa, chętna do pomocy w każdej sytuacji. Apartament 2 pokoje i kuchnia, zdecydowanie wystarczające. Ponieważ to nie był nasz pierwszy pobyt w Grecji wiemy jakie warunki tam panują. Wszystko było wyjatkowe (jak na greckie warunki). Czystko, materace bardzo wygodne, wyposażenie kuchni okej.

Vaatimaton, mutta siisti ja kodikas paikka. Rauhaa rakastavalle täydellinen, eikä silti liian kaukana keskustasta. Erityismaininta Alille, joka todella piti huolta jokaikisestä toiveesta, ja teki koko ilmapiiristä tosi kodikkaan.

Bedden staan apart van elkaar, had liever een tweepersoonsbed gehad

Vrlo ljubazan domaćin Ali, objekt na mirnom mjestu, okućnica uređena i lijepo održavana. Apartman čist, uredan. Kuhinja minimalistička ali funkcionalna. Kreveti ok, sobe skromne, čiste. Terasa odlična za doručak i jutarnji boravak.

Objekt ne nudi ručnike za plažu.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, ο κ. Αλί ήταν πάντα παρών και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει με μεγάλη ευγένεια και κατανόηση. Το ίδιο και οι υπόλοιποι υπάλληλοι, σε αντίθεση με τον ιδιοκτήτη, που ήταν αγενής και αδιάλλακτος σε ό,τι ζητήσαμε, παρόλο που στο ξενοδοχείο σχεδόν όλα τα δωμάτια ήταν διαθέσιμα κι είχε ελάχιστο κόσμο. Η πισίνα είναι πολύ ωραία και καθαρή (είχε ελάχιστους θαμώνες βέβαια) αλλά κλείνει στις 19:00. Το οικογενειακό μπάνγκαλοου ήταν πολύ μεγάλο με 2 κλειστά άνετα δωμάτια και κουζίνα με τραπέζι κ καρέκλες και μπαλκονάκι με καρέκλες κ τραπεζάκι.

Σαμπουάν δεν παρείχαν, μόνο σαπουνάκια. Η κουρτίνα του ντους ήταν πολύ έξω και ήταν αδύνατον να συγκρατηθούν τα νερά μέσα στο ντους. Η πόρτα εισόδου δεν σφράγιζε καλά από κάτω κι έμπαιναν διάφορα ζουζουνάκια. Καθρέφτη είχε μόνο το ένα δωμάτιο.Στο ντους είχε μπαταρία παλιού τύπου και ήταν σχεδόν αδύνατον να ρυθμίσεις τη θερμοκρασία του νερού. Η πισίνα κλείνει στις 19:00. Ο ιδιοκτήτης αντι-επαγγελματίας και αγενής.

Lo staff gentilissimo e la struttura molto comoda e accogliente. L'area molto tranquilla e ci si sente davvero in vacanza.

Localização boa, facil estacionar, preço adequado.

Limpeza deixa muito a desejar. Conforto das camas é muito ruim, qualidade dos lençois e toalhas péssima.

Posto molto carino, a 20minuti dal centro a piedi, buona posizione lontano dal caos del centro città . Situato anche vicino a un noleggio bici/ scooter (5minuti a piedi). Un saluto a Mark , barista della struttura , super disponibile e simpatico. Ne vale la pena tutto sommato ;)

Le stanze di per sé sono belle l’unico problema sono le pulizie, NON fatte molto bene. Poche stoviglie ma in caso si hanno problemi si possono chiedere allo staff.

Loved the vibe, the staff are so so friendly it’s the perfect laidback place to stay in Kos! Pool is perfect and staff are very helpful with tips :) a short cycle from Kos town, with shops nearby!

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Το λεωφορείο κάνει στάση ακριβώς μπροστά. Η παραλία 10-15' με τα πόδια. Σουπερμάρκετ 5' με ο,τι χρειαστείτε. Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο. Υπέροχη μεγάλη καθαρή πισίνα με αρκετό χώρο για όλους. Άνετα δωμάτιο με γιγάντιο μπαλκόνι (ιδανικό αν είστε οικογένεια και θέλετε να συνυπάρξετε όλοι μαζί έξω. Απλώστρα, μανταλάκια, οικιακά σκεύη και συσκευές, κλιματιστικό, έξτρα σακούλες σκουπιδιών, μεγάλη ντουλάπα, πολλές κρεμάστρες. Το Σνακ μπαρ προσφέρει μια πολύ ικανοποιητική ποικιλία και ποιότητα γευμάτων και Σνακ σε λογικές τιμές. Και το πιο σημαντικό, το προσωπικό. Με υποδέχτηκε η ιδιοκτήτρια, αναφέροντας κατευθείαν το όνομά μου. Πολύ ζεστή, χαμογελαστή και φιλική υποδοχή. Ο σύζυγος και επίσης ιδιοκτήτης, πολύ φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός και άκρως ενημερωτικός ήδη από την στιγμή της κράτησης. Η ομάδα τους είναι 3 ιδιαίτερα φιλικοί άνθρωποι (Μαρία, Βαρβάρα, Roy). Εξαιρετικοί συνεργασία, επικοινωνία μεταξύ τους, πολύ φιλικοί, ευγενικοί και χαρούμενοι με τους πελάτες. Νιώθεις ότι επισκέπτεσαι ξαδέρφια. Κάναμε υπέροχες συζητήσεις. Αξέχαστη διαμονή. Αντί στις 15:00 έκανα check in από τις 10:30. Το δωμάτιο ήταν έτοιμο. Check out έκανα κανονικά 11 και επιτρεπεται όλη μέρα να χρησιμοποιήσω τις εγκαταστάσεις. Highlight οι γατούλες του οικήματος. Είναι εξημερωμένες και καθαρές. Τις φροντίζουν/ταΐζουν οι ιδιοκτήτες. Δεν ενοχλούν, δεν μυρίζουν, εμφανίζονται σπάνια, κοιμούνται συνέχεια και δεν αποτελούν απειλή (είμαι έγκυος και ποτέ δεν χρειάστηκε να μετακινηθώ εγώ ή κάποια γάτα). Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα. Οικονομικό κατάλυμα με όλα τα κομφόρ. Ήδη το έχω συστήσει σε 3 άτομα και θα ήθελα κι εγώ να επιστρέψω στο ίδιο αν ξαναβρεθώ στο νησί.

Das Zimmer ist total verlebt, Waschbecken und Armaturen total verkalkt, der Wasserkocher leckt, die Bodenfliesen sind kaputt und verdreckt, aus dem Schrank muffelt es fürchterlich, da legt man keine Kleidung

Czysty obiekt, kameralny całkiem spory basen, leżaki z parasolami dookoła. Miejsca parkingowe poza obiektem ale wystarczająco dużo. Duży oświetlony taras/balkon. Skuteczna zasłona przeciwsłoneczna na balkonie. Sprawna klimatyzacja. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni (oprócz kawiarki). Mogłem bezpłatnie zostawić bagaże na kilka godzin przed zameldowaniem. Moja prośba o wcześniejsze zameldowanie zastała uwzględniona. Do głównej drogi plaży jest ok. 10 minut spacerkiem.

Rano nie mogłem się doczekać na ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem. W wyposażeniu kuchni brakowało jakiegoś urządzenia do robienia kawy. Był co prawda lejek do robienia kawy filtrowanej ale nie było papierowych filtrów.

Lo scarico della doccia non funzionava bene nella nostra stanza.

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo Kos. Abbiamo girato e visitato tanti bei luoghi. Il mare è meraviglioso specialmente a sud. La gente simpatica e il cibo buono.Anche la struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato è bella e in una buona posizione. Peccato pochi e rari mezzi di trasporto. È stata un' occasione per camminare . Tornerei subito. Grazie a voi.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of useful tips about places to visit on Kos. The location was good - everything was easy to reach by bike, and it was about a 30-minute walk to the center. And 7 minutes to the beach. The swimming pool was also very clean and relaxing.

Everything was great overall. The only small thing is that it’s a bit of a walk to the center, but it’s easy if you have a bike or scooter.

Hotel z basenem. Bardzo pomocny i serdeczny personel. Świetny stosunek jakość /cena. W niedalekiej odległości dwa dobrze zaopatrzone sklepy. W lodówce, na powitanie czeka woda 0,5 litra na osobę. Mały, czysty basen. Odległośc do miasta Kos ok. 30 min. spacerem. Blisko wypożyczalnia rowerów.

Mała łazienka z bardzo małym prysznicem osłoniętym kotarą. Dość daleko do morza.

Dostępny basen i leżaki, przy obiekcie bezpłatny parking. Duży pokój, wygodne łózko. Klimatyzacja sprawna. Aneks kuchenny z podstawową zastawą stołową. Miły właściciel i obsługa recepcji. W pobliżu wynajem samochodów, rowerów i buggy.

Obiekt położony około 4 km od centrum Kos, niepewny i nieregularny dojazd komunikacją miejską (brak rozkładów jazdy na przystankach), łazienka wyposażona w sposób przeciętny (prysznic z ceratą, brak ciepłej wody przez cały dzień, na podłodze gumowa mata łazienkowa - brak możliwości dezynfekcji, przestarzały brodzik i zakamienione kafelki), sprzątanie 1x3 dni na żądanie, brak możliwości zameldowania po 22, lodówka wyłącza się podczas nieobecności - prąd na kartę, w barze przy basenie wysokie ceny oferty a np. kawa przygotowywana przez właściciela z "french-pressu" z fusów.

Good location, not along the beach, so very quite. Simple but all you need accomodation, no pretentious but enough and cheap. Room clean, with fridge, little kitchen with kettle and 2 burners, balcony...Nice clean pool, with some snacks and drinks available...

La ubicación. No estaba en el centro de Kos, pero muy bien comunicado, en bus, andando y en bici. La piscina genial, y la tranquilidad también

En realidad nada. Mejorar un poco los baños. Están muy viejos, pero perfectos. Sugiero que en la información de la estancia se ponga que se puede llegar con buses locales. El 3, 5 y 7. Pensábamos que tendríamos que depender de un coche o de un taxi y para nada es necesario

Everything was amazing! It is not the first time that I stay here and I really loved the place. Manos and his wife were extremely nice with us and we enjoyed every moment of our stay!

The bad things are: cleanliness of the kitchen equipments, shower area was not suitable for the family, because it was smaller than you expected, there wasn't internet in the room, only in swimming area and this does not meet our requirements

These are wonderful self containing units. They are very secure and have black out curtain and amazing cooling systems making for a very comfortable sleep. The accommodating pool, pool table, area for snacks and light meals was wonderful. The club house washrooms had everything you might need. Sun tan cream, hand creams, bug spray, aloe you name it, it was there. A lovely convenience. We love cats and there were a few around that the owner loves and cares for. The owner was very kind and helpful as was the staff. We really enjoyed our time there.

I didn't like having to be telephone called and having to actually meet up to receive the keys, especially since we had to wait so long in center town to get a taxi out (we would recommend pre planning your ride to the apartments as the public taxi area gets very busy with the ferry arrivals) We also didn't like that the clubhouse and pool swimming area closed by 7pm. We found this to be quite early and rather incovenenient.

Boravak je bio jako ugodan, hotel je miran i opuštajući. Bazen i okoliš predivni i jako čisti. Domaćini jako ljubazni. Soba ok, malo poboljšati kupaonicu, pogotovo slavine. Vrijednost za novac. Svakome bi preporučila MSA. Blizina Kosa 10 min biciklom, pješice 30 min. Ugodan boravak i predivne mačke. Hvala!

When booking a budget priced accomodation, your expectations should be realistic. With Michalis Studios you get what you've paid for and more. Firstly the staff are extremely friendly, and are always on hand. The pool area is quiet and well maintained, with a pool bar providing drinks at good prices and freshly cooked snack food. Middle of August and never more than a couple of other people using beds and pool, surprising but very pleasing. Location is a walk....a good walk, into Kos Town, 35 mins to dolphin roundabout, and we struggled to work out bus pickups, taxis are a no-go, so a lot of walking. Bikes are easily hired within a few minutes if you want. Best nearby beach in our opinion is Theofilos which again is about 20 mins away. Local mini market about 10 mins down the road, well stocked and reasonable prices. Rooms, do the job. Bed, sink, fridge and excellent air conditioning was all we needed. Just don't expect luxury and you'll also feel like your in the 70's..

Rooms, are typical Greek basic rooms, with bits that need sorting. Tiles on the floor have been repaired badly, toilet doesn't flush properly, and the normal shower curtain attacking you as you shower. Slight road noise, but we were ground floor on the busier of the two roads

Lo staff gentile è sempre gentile e disponibile. Le aree comuni (piscina, bar/reception) sono molto curate e ben tenute, ambiente piacevole. Se si ha lo scooter, è a 5 minuti da Kos Town.

L'appartamento di per sé era un po' old school, doccia strutturata male che faceva uscire acqua di continuo lasciando il bagno sempre bagnato per terra. Il materasso dei due letti singoli era parecchio duro, e il cuscino molto alto quindi nel complesso non comodissimi. Altro problema anche se minore: una delle due lucine da lettura attaccate al letto era guasta.

Great small complex spotless clean, and Eric, who runs the pool bar, is great. we all loved his omelettes and he was always very helpful with any questions we had about the resort

Apartments are based outside kos town. Recommend you hire bikes as there is a cycle path into the town. Most people hire bikes or e-scooters to get around. There is a supermarket close by but the pool bar provides breakfast snacks and pizzas etc. The owner was very welcoming and the apartments were clean but basic which which was not a problem for us.
