Tout était vraiment très propre et le personnel était adorable toujours souriant et attentionné. Une mention spéciale à la dame qui s’occupait du ménage, particulièrement gentille et chaleureuse. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous. Le petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu amélioré mais il reste tout à fait correct. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter

Really great value for money. The pool area was amazing and there were always lots of free sunbeds. The staff were so friendly and always there to help. Really good breakfast with a wide variety. Everything was so clean and the resident cats were a bonus :)

Posizione tattica periferica a sufficienza per trovare parcheggio e tranquillità, ma centro di Faliraki raggiungibile a piedi e, in macchina, in mezz’ora si raggiunge Rodi nonché le spiagge più belle della costa est.

Colazione buona ma poco varia, suggerirei migliore qualità su creme spalmabili (marmellate/nutella ecc) e alternative (c’era sempre un’ottima torta di mele, ma sempre sempre quella). Sulla pulizia all’arrivo abbiamo avuto qualche inconveniente, ma lo staff è intervenuto immediatamente. Suggerirei di prevedere dei cartelli da esporre fuori dalla porta per dare il via libera alla pulizia delle camere.

The great advantage of this place is the pool. We booked a room with private pool and we loved it. The rooms were spotless and the staff was amazing. The location was great, close to Faliraki in a quiet area.

The wardrobe definitely needs to be improved. It was hard to deposit our clothes for a stay of 11 nights. The breakfast needs more variety and quality.

Great facilities, the pool was lovely, plenty of sun beds, the breakfast was very good, the staff was very friendly. The room was quite nice and large, beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was basic, but was enough for our purposes. You could hear the main road, especially with the terrace doors open, but it did not bother us much. The hotel is family owned and not too big, which made it all the more cozy and pleasant.

The furnishings were minimal, it would have been nice to have a chest of drawers or some more place to put our clothes - this way we basically lived out of our suitcases. But that's a minor flaw as the room really was large and seems like freshly renovated.

Where do I start! We've stayed at the suite with private pool and how stunning it was! The check in was nice and smooth. The suite was very modern and clean. The pool was perfect and the breakfast was also very nice. We were asked on a few occasions if we were happy and if we needed anything. The whole stay was just perfect. We've been treated with so much kindness. We can't wait to be back. PS. You must try their Aperol :)

The only real positives were two members of staff. A young receptionist was extremely kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. He helped us change our room the next morning after another receptionist had told us the previous day that changing rooms was impossible, even though we offered to pay extra. He also helped us arrange a rental car. The gentleman from the car rental company working with the hotel was also very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The first room we were given was in a terrible condition: old, damaged and dirty. The bathroom floor was sticky, the hairdryer was dirty and broken, the bedding did not seem fresh, and the air conditioning did not work despite temperatures of around 30–35°C, even at night. We asked to change rooms and even offered to pay extra for a renovated room, but the receptionist told us there was no possibility. The next morning, another receptionist changed our room without any problem. The second room was only slightly better and still had issues with cleanliness, damaged equipment and questionable bedding. Breakfast was also very poor, with little variety, and some of the food seemed old or had clearly been sitting out for a long time. The biggest issue, however, was the noise and the way the night receptionist handled our complaint. There were loud conversations, shouting and drinking around the pool until very late at night. At around 11:30 PM, I went to reception and politely asked if something could be done about the noise. Instead of dealing with the situation discreetly, the older grey-haired receptionist asked for my room number in front of around 10 other guests and then publicly explained exactly where our room was located. This made us feel very uncomfortable and significantly reduced our sense of safety. He then repeatedly told me that it was “impossible” for us to hear the people by the pool because, according to him, our room was on the other side of the hotel. This was simply not true — our balcony directly overlooked the pool area. I am attaching a photo taken from our balcony which clearly shows this, so yes, it was absolutely possible for us to hear the shouting and noise.

Camera spaziosa, dotata di ogni confort, dal frigo al congelatore al phon grande. Kit di benvenuto e accappatoi molto apprezzati. Pulizia e cambio asciugamano puntuale ogni mattina così come il rifacimento della stanza, la piscina privata veniva pulita e sanificata ogni mattina

Nous avons réservé une suite exécutive avec une piscine privée, la chambre et l’extérieur était très agréable. L’endroit est très calme, et on peut accéder rapidement à pied au centre ville. Parking réservé à l’établissement pour les véhicules de location . Personnel très sympathique

The rooms were clean and cleaned daily and had everything you needed including good AC unit. The pool was great and location was really convenient. Staff was super helpful and nice.

Everything was great, although it would be nice if pool were open a little bit longer in the evening. Breakfast was quite basic but still nice since included in price.

The room amenities were a bit retro, but not too bad. The breakfast selection was fine, about what I expected based on the 2 stars. In some ways, they even exceeded this, for example with daily towel changes, daily cleaning, and bed-making. The pool is clean, doesn't smell like chlorine, and is maintained daily. Every room has a nice big balcony, and the rooms are air-conditioned. Overall, it met expectations. The hotel is family-run, everyone is kind. There are two African cleaning ladies (apologies for the phrasing, but I don't know their names) who clean very nicely, going above and beyond. The local blonde Greek lady brings a bit of a messy Greek style.

I find daily towel changes and bed-making completely unnecessary; once every 3 days would be plenty. They should rather have more chambermaids and one-two vacuum cleaner (because there wasn't one). They mopped the rooms with a worn-out 1-euro mop. This isn't a criticism, just an observation. Even so, the place is totally fine, clean, and friendly.

Det var lille og roligt, men var det ikke for suite med egen pool, ville det ikke være fordel. Meget lækkert med egen pool, vær at give det ekstra for.

Morgenmaden var virkelig ringe, alt taget direkte fra pakker og ind på buffeten. Man ville komme langt med i det mindste lige at varme fx de små pandekager og croissanter. Kolde æg og eneste frugt var vandmelon. Der var ikke kræset for noget! Lidt langt fra byen Ikke miljøvenligt med nye håndklæder hver dag.

Breakfast was great with a large enough variety to suit every taste. The pool served as a wonderful midday "refresher" for us, before we set out for the night. Operating hours were 10am to 7pm which I think could be extended. Good, two room connected accommodation for a family of five.

The bed was super squeaky, hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom shower was small and shower curtain hardly kept the water in, making the floor wet and dangerous. Some of the amenities were old and cracked and should be replaced. Very expensive for a 2 star hotel.

Great hidden gem. Our stay at Dias was great - the apartment had its own pool which was brilliant so we had our own privacy with the option of using the main pool which was really chilled vibe Everywhere was completely spotless at all times and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels and robes. The staff were exceptional and were on hand whenever needed to help with any queries / taxis etc There were sunbeds available in the main pool at all times. Food was always lovely in the pool area Overall a great stay in this family run accommodation and the owners clearly cared that the guests were taken care of but in a really low key way which we really appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything just worked well. Would definitely return to this property 100%

Very nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay here! Good breakfast, bar and restaurant are working in the hotel, very modern and large room with kitchen, a fridge and everything you need for cooking, comfortable bed and pillows, nice view from the balcony, clean swimming pool with beds, friendly and helpful stuff. We really recommend it!

Private pool was lovely and we made great use of it. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. Whole hotel complex was very clean and tidy. Lovely pool area and snack bar was great too and reasonably priced. Breakfast was nice and set us up for the day.

Arrived late, there was no problem with the check-in. Staff was very friendly. Quite close to Fairaki center (15 min walk).

The kitchenette was not equipped very well for 3 persons. The cleaning lady woke us up one time, while we really wanted to kids to sleep in. There was no "no cleaning needed" mark to use on the door.

We have visited Rhodes many times and always liked the hotels vi stayed at. But Dias is the first hotel that we went back to for a second time. And we miss it already. Every single person working here are angels, and our kids kids felt so comfortable here, it's like visiting relatives. When we go back to Rhodes again will we definitely come back to Dias! We very much recommend this place if you want to stay close, but not in the middle of the clubs and shopping street. Right next to the bigger road where you easily take the bus to Rhodes City or Lindos etc. The pool area is perfect, relaxing and beautiful, and you never have to fight for a sunbed at the pool.

Amazing room and such good value, highly recommend getting a swim up room. Staff super friendly, we asked for later check out, they asked time of our flight and gave us the room right up until we needed to leave for airport.

Eigen zwembad bij de suite was echt top! Dit was voor ons wel een hoogtepunt. Op het eigen terras staat ook een zithoek en twee ligbedden. Wat toch ook best een groot pluspunt was, was de grote smart tv. Het is fijn om Netflix aan te knallen als je even bij wilt komen van de hitte en even wil ontspannen met de airco aan. De suite werd elke dag schoongemaakt, alleen was dit niet op vaste tijden. Het strand en de restaurants zijn op loopafstand. Je ziet vaak dat er een föhn aanwezig is, maar vaak zitten deze vast aan de muur en worden deze bloedheet. Hier was een losse föhn inbegrepen met verschillende standen en een koele lucht optie. Is maar iets heel kleins natuurlijk, maar toch fijn om te weten als je waarde hecht aan een goede föhn.

In de suite (nr 206) ontbrak het aan dingen zoals haakjes om bv de badjassen aan op te hangen, en een schap in de douche om je producten op te kunnen zetten. Ondanks het grote pluspunt van de smart tv, valt de wifi behoorlijk tegen. Het gebeurde vaak dat Netflix moest laden tijdens het kijken van een serie. Voor een suite oogde het ook best ongezellig en vooral klinisch. Als je aardig wat geld neerlegt voor een comfortabel verblijf, dan mag het ook best wat mooier zijn voor het oog. Over het personeel heb ik geen kwaad woord te zeggen, maar ook niet per se een positief woord. Als je veel waarde hecht aan vriendelijk personeel dat jou altijd begroet en met een lach op het gezicht, dan moet je je verwachtingen hier bijstellen. Nu maakt dat voor ons niet veel uit, maar wilde het wel even benoemen.

All the staff were exceptional and polite. The breakfast, food and selection of drink were amazing. Great getaway spot for a family with kids. The pool was amazing too. Highly recommended 👌

The property was very clean and up to date,along with the rooms being cleaned everyday so that you had fresh clean towels and bed sheets.

Śniadania były dobre, chociaż osobiście uważam że mogło być więcej warzyw do wyboru, ale ogólnie oceniam ok. Na plus również codzienne sprzątanie. Basen był super, i dużym plusem jest to, że w basenie można było używać materaców.

Dostaliśmy trochę skrzypiące łóżka.

Az igazi görög vendégszeretet mintapéldája – Csak ajánlani tudom! A családdal érkeztünk egy 8 éjszakás üdülésre, és a gépünk elég későn landolt. Ezt előre jeleztem a szállás felé, mire egy nagyon kedves válaszlevélben megnyugtattak, hogy van éjszakai recepció, így ne aggódjunk, várni fognak bennünket. A késői érkezésünk ellenére (mire átvettük a bérautót stb.) valóban végtelenül kedvesen és mosolyogva fogadtak minket. Lényegretörően elmondták a legfontosabb házszabályokat, ami a következő reggelre fontos volt: a reggeli időintervallumát és a medence használati idejét. A recepciós úr még a feleségemnek is segíteni akart a bőröndök cipelésében – nagyon szép gesztus volt, de mondtam neki, hogy megoldjuk. Másnap a svédasztalos reggeli gazdag és parádés választéka várt ránk. Volt friss zöldség és gyümölcs, többféle felvágott, legalább 6-féle kenyér, meleg villásreggeli (szalonna, tojásrántotta, tükörtojás, virsli), isteni házi joghurt és még annál is istenibb sajtok. Kínáltak saját készítésű, házias édességeket, például többféle ízű pudingot és olívabogyót is. Két olyan kávégép is működött, ami bárki ízvilága szerint automatikusan elkészítette a tökéletes kávét. A személyzet az első perctől kezdve mindenben elképesztően figyelmes és mosolygós volt. A szoba makulátlanul tiszta volt: minden áldott nap frissen beágyaztak, felmostak, és a fürdőszoba is ragyogott. A medence szintén kristálytiszta, folyamatosan karbantartott és gondozott. Ha egyszer ismét ellátogatunk erre a csodás szigetre, biztosra veszem, hogy soha nem mennénk máshová. Tiszta szívből ajánlom mindenkinek, aki rövidebb vagy akár hosszabb időre látogat el Rodoszra. Köszönjük a kedvességét mindannyiuknak! Nagyon látszik a csapaton az igazi görög vendégszeretet, az odaadás, valamint a vendégek és a szakma iránti őszinte szeretet. Köszönjük!

Located close to the main road (2×2 lanes), noisy, especially by night with some moto racers. Need 15 minutes by walk to reach Faliraki city center : very dirty all along the way, vacant lot... looks like slums, low-life areas. One light bulb was down in the room. We raised the hand but has not been fixed during our 3 days stay. Very small TV, small bathroom, shower area is tricky

Great location, perfect as a base for exploring the island. The parking is large and convenient. The staff is very helpful and truly dedicated to solving any issues guests might have. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. I would definitely love to come back here again.

We initially had an issue with a musty smell in our room, but after reporting it to the staff, they were very helpful and quickly moved us to a better room where everything was perfect. In the first room, there was also a minor issue with a leaking kettle, but the staff handled both matters efficiently. Overall, the hotel is great, and the service is professional and responsive.
