Relaxing atmosphere, beautiful property with a pool. Family run business with strong attention to detail with the food, decor, and charming rooms. The property which has been modernized while keeping the historic charm was perfectly situated on the Camino. We had some nice wine, a gourmet style dinner and full breakfast in the morning. They had absolutely everything covered to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. .

The pictures do not do the grounds justice. It's like a storybook behind the gates. The host was extremely accommodating and kind. The property is right on the Camino and there is a small snack Cafe about 500 m away. The pool was icy cold and the perfect spot to plunge my tired legs after a long day of walking. Also, this was the comfiest bed so far on my journey.

I’ve booked this last minute and the staff were very accommodating. They helped arrange a Taxi and From the minute I came on property treated me with such professionalism. Everything was perfection from the grounds to the room to the bedding to the cleanliness of the room. The food, including the wine came from the gardens and vineyards. This is a true delight and not to miss place to stay.

O quarto era óptimo! Super confortável e limpo. Bom pequeno-almoço. A Margarida e o Wilson super simpáticos. Apanhamos dias com chuva e deu para aproveitar o jacuzzi. No dia com sol aproveitamos a piscina e fizemos uns grelhados na rua. Top!

De tudo no geral, o espaço é fantástico, local sossegado ideal para quem procura paz e sossego . Encontra se perto de Paredes de Coura e Vila nova de Cerveira , rodeado de muito verde . O espaço está muito bem arranjado e cuidado . Um bom pequeno almoço , piscina agradável e óptimo jacuzzi . Anfitrião muito simpático, acolhedor .

L'emplacement en plein centre ville, la facilité de se garer grâce au parking public, le petit déjeuner

Les prestations pas à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles, comme par exemple le robinet de la douche qui était cassé, un tapis de sortie de douche troué et effiloché, le jaccuzi qui ne fonctionnait pas, avec des boutons qui semblaient cassés depuis fort longtemps. Notre chambre était au bout du couloir, la vue sur le jardin intérieur n'était pas optimisée.

The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. They provided a dinner salad and dessert so we didn’t have to eat at the cafe, and the food was delicious. The high reviews are well earned!

Atendimento prestável e acolhedor, local sossegado, mas próxima de auto-estrada, por isso, rapidamente se chega aos pontos turísticos próximos, excelente apresentação do pequeno-almoço. O espaço inclui uma sala de bilhar, piscina e jacuzzi, dos quais usufruímos sem qualquer custo extra. Na noite da nossa estadia tivemos a casa só para nós.

Os tacos do bilhar podiam estar em melhor estado. Infelizmente só íamos passar uma noite, o espaço merece mais algum tempo para ser aproveitado.

Lovely property and very friendly staff. The jacuzzi was great after a long Camino hike, And wines made on the property! We would definitely stay here again!

The owners were delightful! There was a pool and a hot tub and home-cooked meal available for purchase in the evening. Adult Beverages were also available for purchase. Excellent day for pilgrims.

This is a wonderful casa with its own chapel. We were given such a warm welcome and the facilities were excellent. There was even the option to eat in the evening (which we did and would recommend).

We were a group of 4 walking the Camino and this was our favourite place to stay. The host was lovely, the place is simply beautiful and both our rooms were really clean, comfy and nicely furnished. This place is pretty rural so we paid for the evening Pilgrim meal which was delicious. Breakfast was also really tasty with plenty of choices. We also used the pool and jacuzzi which was so nice after a long days walk. Highly recommended.

Dette sted ligger lige på ruten af Camino Portugues Central og er et fantastisk sted at holde et stop. Personalet var meget venlige og imødekommende. Værelse A som vi fik var super og havde god udsigt. Det er et lille sted med få værelser, så man mødes og snakker let med andre vandrere. Stedet har en lille pool dom kan bruges til at køle af efter ens gåtur i solen. Yderligere lille have med mange border hvor man kan slappe af og snakke. Man kan tilkøbte aftensmad og det kan anbefales. Morgenmaden er også rigtig lækker med mange hjemmelavede produkter. Jeg vil klart anbefale dette sted til stop på Caminoen! Man skal være opmærksom på at stedet ligger et godt stykke efter Rubiães og der ikke er forretninger i nærheden. Men det behøves der heller ikke.

Spotlessly clean room with shady chairs on the grass or chaise lounge chairs by the pool to relax in overlooking vineyard after hiking. Dinner was excellent! Appetizer tray of olives and cheeses with breads, soup, salad, choice of three entrées (chicken, Hake, or vegetable vegetables with potatoes and rice), plus custard for dessert. Breakfast was good too (hard-boiled egg, rolls with ham/cheese/preserves, muesli with homemade yogurt, fruit, mini chocolate croissants. Host and her husband were extremely responsive and friendly.

Only thing is our room #10 didn’t have a window and the glass door was frosted so you could not see out… Room had quaint 2 foot thick stone wall walls, but felt a little claustrophobic. I think maybe some other rooms had a window

An attractive historic family home. High quality furnishings fixtures and fittings. Beautiful gardens. The evening meal was delicious as was breakfast. Positioned right on the Camino. Very pleasant male host.

You had to ask to borrow a hairdryer which was inconvenient. A note in the room would have enabled us to ask at reception (or preferably a hair dryer joined to the wall that is always there.) Another chair in the room would have been good.

Para quem se encontra a fazer o Caminho de Santiago é uma excelente opção. Fica mesmo no caminho e o alojamento é espetacular: boas condições, jacuzzi para descansar as pernas, piscina, colchões muito confortáveis e um pequeno almoço TOP... recomendo vivamente 💓👍🏻💓

The grounds were beautiful, as was the room and dining room. The owners were delightful and very hospitable. We would like to have stayed longer. Breakfast included boiled eggs, juice, meat, cheese, bread and pastries.

They were having a bit of an issue with the hot water, so the second person to shower had a bit of a chill. I don't believe it was a chronic issue.

Relaxing grounds with lovely views. Meals were generous in portion and nicely prepared. The hosts are warm and very likable. Our room was exceptionally clean.

The dinner was a bit disappointing. While we appreciated the inclusion of a vegetarian option, vegetables were bland and unappealing. Not sure about the other options.

Nuestra estancia en Casa da Capela - Cossourado - Pecene fue perfecta para descansar después de la primera etapa del Camino de Santiago, la más dura con la subida de La Bruja. La habitación era muy cómoda, la cama excelente para recuperar fuerzas y el desayuno, riquísimo y muy completo. La piscina estaba fresca, pero fue ideal para relajar los músculos —al día siguiente no teníamos ni agujetas. El entorno es precioso y el ambiente tranquilo, justo lo que necesitábamos para seguir el camino con energía. ¡Muy recomendable!
