Reviewed May 25, 2026المكان جدا ممتاز والموظفين جدا متعاونين والمسابح نظيفه. ومو اول مرة صراحة ناخذ مع نفس المكان والتجربتين كانت من اجمل وارقى التجارب.
لو بس ينوعوا في المخدات لانه احنا من الناس اللي نحب المخدات المنخفضه إلى متوسطه الارتفاع نسبيا.

The master bedroom. The bed is not so great and the pillows as well. Very uncomfortable.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2025كوخ جميل شاليه مع مسبح للأطفال ومسبح للكبار بعمق 145 سنتمتر واسع ومريح وفيه جاكوزي بس للاسف وقتنا كان ضيق
ريحة بسيطة في الحمام ولكنها مش عيب يذكر والشاليه كان على عقبة ف لما توقف السيارة تكون ف ارتفاع وهذا كذلك لا يعيب المكان بالعكس يستحق الزيارة ،، كذلك السعر كان مرتفع بس اعتقد بسبب الوقت الي زرناه يمكن وقت تكون الطائف مزدحمة

The maintenance of the property (operation team) must pay attention on below to maintain the asset of property and guest experience. The basic amenities was not provided sufficiently (tea,coffee, WATER, towels - there was only 1pc, 1 coffee mug and we are 3. Bed mattress was overused or never changed it position as not at all comfortable sleep 🥹. The swimming pool was very dirty and full of algae (unhealthy) otherwise well heated pool the operation team to take care the property with proper care for long term good returns.

The recipients cannot speak english and always on phones…very hard to communicate. My check in experience was very bad it took more than 1 hour to settle my check in. Check out also takes more than 10 minutes as they go checking properties etc.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2023It's amazing....very professionally managed. Staff was very helpful and property, family just loved. It give the feeling of being on the holiday and rich :-)....kids jist loved the pool....the main pool though look small but surprisingly good size abd depth for swimming....
Just a small smell that came from bathroom of villa 7 from time to time....but it was amazing I am telling you, go for it you won't regret it
