Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Kitchenette is quite good if you want to avoid restaurants.
1. Air conditioning seemed too weak regardless of settings - the room was just too hot. 2. I don’t mind digital keys, but self check-in process was a pain - had to enter all the information on my mobile phone, and then install an extra app to be able to use digital key. Not good, since I had to download the app over mobile network.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Conveniently located in the same building as the Hilton Garden Inn for a conference there. Technically, the digital check-in process works without major problems
The room had 30 degrees when I cam at five pm and the AC didn't really work. When I complaint per chat, they put a broken fan into my room. Which was not replaced when I asked for a working one. There is now blowdryer and despite me asking I didn't get one. The kitchenette exists but is not really equipped to be used. E.g., no kettle, no coffee maker, etc. Whole room is dark and only a few lights. Perception is nobody really cares whether the tenants feel cared for.

Check-Inn müsste also zwingend optimiert werden!
