Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Stanza confortevole con arredo recente e balcone con tavolo/sedie e stendi biancheria. Cucina minimale ma perfettamente utilizzabile per cucinare e pulire. Presenza di ferro da stiro e piccolo locale per deposito bagagli vicino all'ascensore. Posizione vicino a negozi, spiaggia e ristoranti.
Manca una presa elettrica in bagno (per chi usa rasoio elettrico o piastra per capelli) e vicino ai comodini (per ricarica cellulare). La vista mare era proprio poca. In bagno non c'era finestra o aerazione forzata (un finestrino che apriva in un cavedio).

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026CheckIn war easy. Der in die Jahre gekommene Aufzug hat seine Aufgabe sehr gut gemeistert. Die Ausstattung des Apartments war ansprechend und komfortabel. Wir schätzten sehr den zweigeteilten Balkon und den Ausblick auf die Dream Cream und das Meer, der nur durch den unfertigen Gebäudeteil gegenüber ermöglicht wurde. Die Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich selten schwierig. Hocherfreut wurden wir durch den unangekündigten Room Service überrascht. Das Brotmesser ist ein echter Allrounder; von Melone bis Ciabatta konnte alles flink zubereitet werden.
Es war kein Flaschenöffner vorhanden. Wir waren etwas irritiert, dass rund um die Uhr „Tag der offenen Tür“ am Hauseingang herrschte.

Γενικά καθαρό δωμάτιο αλλά το μπάνιο δεν ήταν δυστηχώς και ήθελε περισσότερη προσοχή.Το υπνοδωμάτιο ναι μεν έχει θέα θάλασσα αλλά επειδή δεν έχει τέντες το αποτέλεσμα είναι να υπάρχει υπερβολική ζέστη τις μεσημεριανές ώρες καθώς το κλιματιστικό είναι μάλλον μικρό για τις συνθήκες αυτές και δεν μπορείς να παραμείνεις εκεί να ξεκουραστείς.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The apartment is close to the beach. There are a lot of shops, tavernas, restaurant around. Big supermarkets in walking distance. I liked this place because there are a lot of evening activities around and you feel life.
The beach is not the most beautiful on the island. There was wind and waves, also we needed special shoes. We booked an apartment with one bedroom and living room, but we lived in one room which is bedroom and kitchen at the same time with two kids. This appointment isn't meant for four persons. The room wasn’t cleaned properly. The kitchen wasn’t as clean either. I wouldn't come back to this place one more time because of the beach and wind

Not well clean, kitchen are extra small and not comfortable to cook alot. No dishwasher. Also I really don’t understand why if you rent apartments you don’t get basic needs, like salt, pepper, olive oil, tea, coffee and ect. Sounds isolation are terrible! If you bad sleeper don’t choose this place

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Szuper sarok szobát kaptunk talán a legjobbat tengerre néző erkéllyel! A tulaj nagyon kedves volt és jófej! 1 hétre béreltünk autót és 1 nap kivételével minden nap a hotel mellett tudtunk parkolni. Ha mégsincs hely akkor jobbra 5 percre gyalog van egy parkoló az 5 csillagos szálloda mellett közel. Alattunk étterem volt csak lesétáltunk vacsorázni! Mellettünk cukrászda! Spar kocsival 2 percre van. Minden működött jól felszerelt szállás volt. Van lift is!!!
Egy picike mosógép elférne a fürdőben az nagyon jó lett volna kiöblíteni a ruhákat egy gyors programmal.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026רצינו מיקום קרוב לבית חב"ד ולים וזה אכן ענה על 2 הפרמטרים. המרפסת צפתה לים שזה היה נחמד. היה חסר נקיון יומי לפחות לאזור המקלחת שירותים אבל חוץ מזה היה נחמד ומילא את הצורך שלנו בטיול הזה.
שירותי נקיון יומי לשירותים מקלחות היה יכול להיות תוספת מוצלחת.

אין באמת נוף פתוח , המרפסות פונות למרפסות שכנות ממול. כיוון שזו דירה אין ניקיון שוטף במהלך השהייה אבל הבעלים כן דאג לכל בקשה שלנו, הביאו מגבות נקיות כל יום ומצעים כשביקשתי. המקלחת ברמה בינונית, אין חלון , מקלחון ישן

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026L’appartamento è in una zona molto comoda dove sono presenti bar, ristoranti e supermercati. La zona è anche un punto di partenza che poter visitare l’isola perché vicino alla città di Rodi. Il check in è stato comodissimo e anche con il parcheggio dell’auto è stato facile in quanto c’è qualche posto davanti l appartamento. Il letto molto comodo e l’appartamento grande il giusto. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina perche stando qualche giorno abbiamo preferito provare le specialità locali. È presente anche un balcone con tavolino. Grazie mille per il soggiorno, lo consigliamo vivamente.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026The host is extremely helpful, always ready to answer for any problem or question you have. Good thing they change towels every second day. It would be nice if they would change bed sheets too especially for people like me who stayed 10 nights, but they don't unfortunately..
It was not clean. since the moment we enter the apartment I noticed it was dirty, hair in the sink and shower, toilet very dirty, like if it was used a few moments before and no product to clean it myself. We had to buy clothes, sponges and washing up.

Łazienka wymaga odświeżenia, odstaje od reszty pokoju.

The apartment was lovely, with a beautiful sea view, and the beach was just a 5-minute walk away. Çarşaflar, yastıklar ve mutfaktaki bazı eşyalar temiz değildi. Özellikle bardakların dipleri sarı lekeler tutmuştu bu nedenle karton bardak alıp kullanmak durumunda kaldık.

La camera è stata sistemata una volta in una settimana. Ho trovato una blatta enorme nell’ appartamento e il proprietario mi ha risposto che è normale perché erano state fatte le pulizie… Il wifi non funzionava, avevo un esame da remoto e per fortuna ho potuto collegare il pc con l hotspot del mio telefono!!!

Поведение владельца когда мы сделали замечание что в номере грязно. Через пять минут как мы написали что после «уборки» ничего не убрано, сам владелец пришел в номер и начал агрессивно повторять бессмыслицу о том что пол не грязный это у него такой цвет. При попытке показать что номер грязный он просто ушел с криками о том чтоб мы оставили ключи завтра (при том что бронь была на еще сутки).

Abbiamo sempre trovato facilmente parcheggio per la macchina, un grande vantaggio. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, Sotiris, che si è dimostrato sempre disponibile, gentile e pronto ad aiutarci per qualsiasi esigenza. Consigliatissimo!
Se devo trovare un unico aspetto migliorabile, direi che durante il soggiorno le lenzuola non sono mai state cambiate.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Odamız çok temizdi ve hiç rahatsız edilmedik, iki odanın klimalı olması ve ihtiyaç duyabileceğimiz her şeyin bulunması çok iyiydi (ütü, kahve makinası, vs.) Sotiris Bey çok ilgili whatsapp dan iletişim kurduğu için çok rahat ulaşabildik kendisine ve ilgiliydi.
Tek eksiği check in den önce ve out dan sonra bagaj bırakma yeri kapısı açık kaldığı için güven vermedi ve kullanmadım ama 10 euro gibi çok küçük bir ücrete merkezde işimi halledebildim. Tesis bizim gibi otobüs kullanırsanız old town a 30dk mesafede. Tesisin bulunduğu konum çok güzel rüzgar alıyor yaz ayı için ancak denizi de bu sebeple dalgalı.

To make matters worse, despite requesting a late checkout for 11:30, the cleaning staff started shouting at me to vacate the room at 10:50 AM (even before the standard checkout time).

The apartment was clean and comfortable, the amenities were great but it would have been better if there were more utensils to cook with. In overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend the apartment.
The only thing I can think of is that I had to clean the clothes rack as there were spider webs on it before I could put clothes to dry.

Das Apartment war genauso wie auf den Fotos. Sehr geräumig, tolle Austattung und sogar mit Reinigungspersonal wie im Hotel. Ich kann dieses Apartment jedem Empfehlen, die Lage ist fantastisch direkt am Meer und nur 10 min im die Innenstadt. Wirklich besser als jedes Hotel !

A destacar el fácil contacto con el gestor de los apartamentos, que nos indicó perfectamente el acceso y cómo recoger las llaves. A 15 minutos del aeropuerto y otros 15 de la ciudad de Rodas,
Nos sorprendió que no hubiese televisión en el salón. Para la época en la que viajamos se encuentra fácilmente aparcamiento en la propia calle del hotel, pero es escaso; en temporada alta debe ser complicado.

Bardzo sprawny kontakt z właścicielem. Wszędzie blisko. Widok piękny. Apartament jeszcze lepszy na żywo niż na zdjęciach. Klimatyzacja działała super. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy z całego serca, bo warto 🙂 Polecam każdemu :)

Reviewed May 23, 2026Останавливаемся в отеле Blue Eyes Apartments третий раз. Прекрасное расположение: рядом выход на пляж, неподалеку расположены две станции водного спорта. На станциях я арендую оборудование для виндсерфинга по отличным ценам. До центра старого города можно доехать на автобусе, такси или прогуляться пешком вдоль побережья (есть тротуар). Рядом расположены таверны, небольшие магазины, возможно арендовать машину. Мы ходили в крупные супермаркеты (15 минут пешком с детской коляской). В номере есть все необходимое для проживания. Если нужно что-то дополнительно, хозяева отеля оперативно это предоставят. Вид из номера отличный. Не шумно (мы отдыхаем с детьми, и для нас это важно). Отдельно скажу про хозяев отеля. Всегда приветливые, добрые и очень располагающие к себе люди. Если есть возможность помочь, они никогда не отказывают. Нам нужно было уехать немного позже официального времени выезда, и нам с этим помогли (мы с маленьким ребенком, и это было очень удобно). Рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле. По опыту трех поездок подтверждаю высокий уровень сервиса!

Reviewed May 17, 2026מיקום צמוד לבית חבד בעיתוי הנוכחי. המפתח מכני מגיע מחובר לכרטיס החשמל אבל הבעלים מודע לשומרי שבת ומספק מפתח חשמל נוסף. התאורה במקרר נדלקת ואפשר בקלות להסתדר עם פלסטר. יש תאורת חירום קבועה בחדר מדרגות . בקופסת המפתחות נדלקת צאורה עם הלחיצה לפתיחה וצריך לברר אם מותר להשתמש בה או שצריך להתארגן עם חגורת שבת מתאימה או פתרון אחר. חגורה אפשר לעשות עם גומי אבל צריך לדעת איך לחבר את המפתחות בצורה הלכתית נכונה. מניחה שהרב בבית חבד יודע לעזור. המקום נקי ומטופח והבעלים די נגיש.

Easy to reach from the airport and easy to get in and out of rhodes town either with public transport or taxis.

Bardzo tłoczno i głośno, ciężko zaparkować samochód (bardzo wąska, ślepa ulica). Nasze prośby o posprzątanie pokoju (zostawianie kartki na drzwiach) były ignorowane.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Loved how big the rooms were with a partial view of the water, the beds were super comfy, the location was great, I was less than 10 min away from the old town, 2 min from super markets and the beach. The staff was super friendly and it was very clean.
The parking may be a hassle during the summer times since its limited but I had no issues during my stay.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026A modern complex, spotless with all necessary requirements in the apartment. Easy parking. Great hot water. Ample cupboard space. The apartment is spacious and well appointed.
Our only problem is that we found the mattress hard. For that reason only did we not give the stay a 100%.

The best of all is the owner, who was very helpful and kind and even did his best in order to arrange early check-in and check-out with no extra charges. We would love to come back anytime when we stay in Rhodos.
