الغرفة اللي حجزتها المكيف فيها خربان مع انه كلموني الفندق وقالو ننتظرك الغرفة جاهزة ولايدرون انه المكيف خربان بعدين غيرو الغرفة الى الاسوأ الدولاب مكسور الباب الستارة مقطوعة وتدخل ضوء شمس السرير من داخل اللحاف في تراب ريحة اللحاف فيها غريبة تعامل خدمة الغرف سئ وقت الوصول اخذ ثوبي جديد ومنزله بيده يكنس فيه البلاط وتوصخ ثوبي العامل ايضا ريحته للاسف معفنه جدا من ريحته على الاقل له 3 ايام مايتروش صرت اقوله روح بعيد ولايفهم عربي ولابس زنوبه هذا مظهر خدمة غرف ؟؟؟ اقسم بالله حرام فيكم نجمة

اتمنى من مالك الفندق التنسيق مع أمانة ينبع بوضع مطبات امام الفندق او اجهزه ساهر.. الناس تقود بسرعه جنونيه مما يجعل الخروج من مواقف الفندق صعبه وقد تسبب حوادث وأيضا ازعاج السيارات ف الغرف الفندقية بسبب السرعه.

لا يوجد الا عامل بنقالي واتصل على الادارة ما يردون ولا يوجد افياش داخل الغرفة والكيف حار وحاجز سريرين واعطوني سرير واحد تعامل سي للغاية لا انصح فيه و بشدة

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Room was assigned for me so bad with No windows, I asked to change it and they forced me to pay extra then i found the upgraded room bad too & not clean, and the toilet was dirty too, it seem that this room used for disabled people without taking attention to clean it, hotel has no restaurant for breakfast and the breakfast delivered to the room was poor and when I asked for better breakfast they said you need to pay extra Staff was nice and informed me that this is the hotel policy

Although I had previously stayed at this hotel and even recommended it due to its exceptional customer service, I was deeply disappointed this time. Hoping for an even better experience, I booked a suite and paid the equivalent of nearly $100, which included breakfast for two. However, the stay was disappointing in every aspect. The room was in poor condition, the wardrobe was very small, the TV didn’t work, the kitchenette cabinet was broken, and the flat electric heater was malfunctioning. To make matters worse, the breakfast for two turned into a complete ordeal.
