Reviewed Sep 16, 2026A Vitória foi muito comunicativa e nos atendeu com muita presteza e agilidade, nos explicando como tudo funcionava. Passamos somente uma noite, mas o apartamento tinha tudo que nosso grupo precisou.
Como fomos de carro, ficou um pouco obscuro a questão do estacionamento, que poderia ter informações já na reserva. Enquanto esperávamos a Vitória (talvez 5 minutos), tivemos que deixar o carro em local irregular, pois a rua é bem movimentada e não tem estacionamento público.

Es sah einfach nicht aus wie auf den Fotos, zudem war es einfach nicht gepflegt (Rollo im Bad kaputt, Sofa hatte etliche Flecken, Fugen im Bad waren dreckig, Gefierschranltür war kaputt, …)

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Locatie was goed, iedere keer rolhek handmatig sluiten was beetje vervelend. Kunststof kozijnen sluiten slecht of helemaal niet (kwestie van afstellen door vakmensen). Fles koud water of een biertje in de koelkast zou fijn zijn. Extra dekens liggen in een kast waarvoor eerst nachtkastje of bed verschoven dient te worden BBQ faciliteit was zeker mooi, maar geen rooster te bekennen om vlees op te leggen. Jammer! Verblijf was goed, net geen 7 maar een 6 dus, er valt op kleine puntjes nog veel winst te behalen. Wel een fijn binnenplaatsje met zitjes beneden waar wij gebruik van hebben gemaakt maar andere gasten weinig. Niet iedereen zit op gezelschap te wachten, maar wij vinden het wel een plusje.
Geen verlengsnoer voor staande ventilator Apart bijbetalen voor aanhanger en/of motoren terwijl dit bij boeking half jaar terug door mij is aangegeven. Ik gaf dat bij ontvangstdame en later bij eigenaar (?) aan, maar daardoor leek een discussie te starten waar we helemaal geen trek in hadden. Slechts €32 extra, maar wel teleurgesteld (gaan we geen rechtszaak van maken, maar gewoon heel vervelend - had men kostenneutraal op moeten lossen imo)

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Eine große und geräumige Wohnung mit guter Lage! Bei unserem Aufenthalt von 9 Tagen wurden die Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt - top!!! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden und diverse Restaurants sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.

Pentru apartament la mansarda este nevoie de aer conditionat. In baie ar fi nevoie de mai mult spatiu de depozitare cum ar fi suport pentru prosoape si pentru halate, in dus la fel . Prea putine prize, usile zgomotoase, se inchid greu.

Großes Elternschlafzimmer mit großer Schrankwand. Sehr großer Balkon über gesamte Stirnseite. Parkähnlicher Garten mit alten Bäumen, viele schöne Holzliegen. Einfach alles sehr schön. Super Lage. Sehr ruhig.

Airco zou fijn zijn, of tenminste luiken voor het raam.

Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Bardzo polecam to miejsce. Zachwyciła nas czystość i liczne udogodnienia w obiekcie. Kuchnia jest wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria, więc można bez problemu przygotowywać samemu posiłki. Ogromnym atutem jest piękny ogród z leżakami. Do dworca jest bardzo mała odległość, a od Varenny dzielą nas tylko 2 przystanki pociągiem. Sama miejscowość jest bardzo przyjemna, nieturystyczna, co uważam, że jest atutem jak ktoś chce poobserwować lokalną społeczność i nie lubi przepychu i przeludnienia. Dodatkowo, personel jest cały czas pod stałym kontaktem i bardzo służy pomocą. Nam obsługa tego obiektu bardzo pomogła w znalezieniu transportu w kryzysowej sytuacji.
Jedyny minus - brak klimatyzacji

0 stars if possible. Avoid residence antico torchio. We'd already paid €460 up front. But on the day we arrived, just hours before check-in, they sprang an extra payment on us, rather than sorting it weeks ahead or after the stay like a normal place would. And they refused to tell us how to park or even get into the apartment until we'd paid it. Then, even after we paid and sent proof, the door was STILL locked. We had to wait for someone to come unlock it by hand. A stressful, badly run welcome after a long day of travelling. There are far better places around Lake Como. Don't book this one.

A little tricky to find, but the host did a great job of sending videos that helped you locate it.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026The apartment was beautiful, with amazing views of the snowcap mountains! It was a short walk to the train station, the lake, and the Lakeside cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself was very tastefully done up and extremely clean.
Just a little suggestion: would it be possible to have some travel plug converters available? That would make things a bit smoother for international guests.

Mancanza di manutenzione : Finestra rotta nel bagno , tende non funzionanti, mancanza di tende oscuranti nel soggiorno dove dormiva nostra figlia. Portafinestra in salotto impossibile da aprire.

Reviewed Nov 3, 2025Wir haben uns als Pärchen für 6 Nächte im Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war super (gute Pfannen, scharfe Messer, tolle Dusche, genügend Handtücher, Netflix), die Lage gut, um in Dervio alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und das Apartment war top sauber.
Es gibt Schimmelspuren in der Wohnung, wobei diese behandelt ausgesehen haben. Es ist aufgrund der offenen Dusche nicht ganz einfach, die Luftfeuchtigkeit aus den Räumen zu bekommen, wenn man nicht aktiv mehrmals lüftet. Außerdem ist die Wohnung leider hellhörig.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Staff greeted us on arrival and showed us our room. They were easily contactable and very responsive. Great location, easily accessible via train. There were a few stairs to carry our luggage up to the room. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was a great size. Kitchen was well equipped. The view of the mountains from the room was stunning. I would stay here again.

Man sollte sich nicht von den Fotos blenden lassen. In unserem Apartment war lediglich die Küche modernisiert, der Rest des Apartments zeigte Teilweise erhebliche Abnutzungsspuren. Der Kühlschrank war sehr laut, die Küche nur bedingt gut ausgestattet (nur ein Topf ohne passenden Deckel, rostige Küchenutensilien), Fenster ließen sich zum Teil nicht richtig schließen. Die allgemeine Ausstattung des Apartments ist nicht ausreichend.

Mancano cose semplici, ma utili.. qualche ciotola grande in cucina, un antiscivolo nella vasca del bagno o un separé per non fare fuori uscire l'acqua quando fai la doccia, parcheggio/ingresso poco segnalato,...

Reviewed Oct 13, 2025Es hat alles gestimmt mit dieser Unterkunft - die Lage war perfekt - auch was die Entfernungen und die Erreichbarkeit zu den anderen Orten am See betrifft. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und schön gestaltet, ausreichend Platz, sehr sauber. Hier kann man sich als Paar und auch als Familie wirklich wohl fühlen.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025Goede ligging in Dervio Heeft mijn verwachting overtroffen Zeer proper, algemeen en qua keuken toestellen, was als thuiskomen Zeer goede bedden Bbq te gebruiken en super charmante plek om erbij te eten, ook met verlichting! Mooie tuin Auto stond vlakbij en veilig Hulp via whatsapp werd ook enorm geapprecieerd
○ Stapelbed zonder opstaande rand aan de zijkant was wel scary ○ We misten enkel haakjes in de badkamer

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Appartement was zeer schoon en onlangs opgeknapt. Heerlijk terras voor de deur waar je heerlijk kan zitten. Ook de grote tuin biedt voldoende mogelijkheden om heerlijk van de zon of schaduw te genieten. Contact met de verhuurder was heel goed, we kregen video’s toegestuurd om het appartement makkelijk te bereiken.
Servies was karig. Glasservies was er te weinig waardoor je elke dag de vaatwasser aan moest zetten. Maar twee wijnglazen en geen bierglazen te verkrijgen.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2025Sehr saubere Unterkunft mit tollem Garten. Unser Appartement hatte einen schönen und ausreichend großen Balkon. Wir haben per WhatsApp Tipps für Dervio und die Region von den Vermietern erhalten.
Bilder von dem Appartement, was wir bekommen haben, sind hier leider gar nicht zu finden. Wir hatten ein Bad nur mit Badewanne ohne Vorhang. Außerdem hat der Geschirrspüler gefehlt, der in der Beschreibung angegeben war. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer waren leider zwei sehr kleine Betten mit sehr harten Matratzen. Rollos zum Verdunkeln der Schlafzimmer wären toll!
