Reviewed Aug 18, 2025The facilities were excellent for a family. The staff (Rosa) was very helpful and very responsive. The grounds are lovely - well maintained, very clean and quiet. The pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds are nice. The location is a close drive to a beautiful beach..
The bed in one of our rooms was not good for a tall adult. This second bedroom was very small..

Not really a big deal but for the religious guests the apartment we stayed in does'nt have a natla. And should have a car because the buses come every 2hrs but we managed to walk.

The tv remote did not connect with tv very well, maybe a battery issue. Someone was knocking on the door very early in the morning. Didn't feel very safe to leave our staff in the room. there is no safe deposit. I think it will be better to change code door lock after every customer. Not so quiet during the day. Their were some maintenance work done at the flat above.
