Apartmenthaus Kaiser Friedrich

Das Apartmenthaus hat einen wunderschönen Garten mit kleinem Spielplatz, der ideal ist zum Verstecken, Fange- oder Fußballspielen. Bequeme Sonnenliegen sind auch vorhanden und wer mag, kann im Grünen frühstücken oder Abendbrot essen. Die Zimmer sind okay und wir hatten einen schönen Ausblick. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich.

Die Küche ist sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet, bspw. ohne Ofen. Wenn nur einer kocht und man sich mit einfachen Speisen begnügt, ist es aber kein Problem.

Es gab kein Geschirr (zum vorhandenen Wasserkocher)und auch keine Getränke

Ingen ac så lite varmt men det gick att öppna fönsterna. Dock låg rummet utmed vägen och det var en del trafik så det blev lite bullrigt.

Die Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gemeinschaftsküche als Ausgleich für die sehr kleine Küche im Apartement, allerdings dort auch nur ein 2 Plattenkocher.

In diesem Apartment war der Gemeinschaftstisch/Sitzplatz in einem der Zimmer. In dem zweiten Raum keine Sitzgelegenheiten außer dem Bett.

Obiekt zlokalizowany w bardzo dobrym miejscu. Łatwo dostępny. Prosto urządzony ale czysty i schludny.

Die Lage ist super, Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle direkt vor Ort. Parkplätzen in ausreichender Anzahl hinterm Haus, tolle Außenanlage. Self-Check-In Automat super, aber auch das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gut: ca. 20 min. Fußweg zum Neuen Palais, wo wir ein Event besucht haben. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände ist positiv zu bewerten. Der Check-Inn am Automaten hat gut funktioniert. Unser Zimmer war geräumig. Das Außengelände hinter dem Haus ist sehr schön.

Das Haus ist recht hellhörig, die Zimmertüren werdem von den Gästen recht lautstark geschlossen, was wohl am Schließ-System liegt. Einige Gäste haben bis spät in die Nacht lautstarke Gespräche geführt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bad auf dem Flur, was bedeutet, daß man immer die Zimmerkarte benötigt hat, wenn man das Bad oder die Toilette benutzen wollte. Das hat mich an Mr. Bean erinnert, der nackig auf dem Hotelflur stand und nicht mehr ins Hotel-Zimmer kam 😅. Aber für die eine Übernachtung war das ok und wir haben immer an die Zimmerkarte gedacht, wenn wir über den Flur mussten.😁

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden an der Rezeption freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten die Unterkunft zur Schlössernacht kurzfristig gebucht, weil durch ein Fehler im Buchungssystem von booking.com unsere ursprüngliche langfristig gebuchte Übernachtung storniert wurde. Die Unterkunft war okay. Bad über den Flur ist bei einem Wochenendaufenthalt zu verschmerzen. Parken war unkompliziert. In der Nähe ein guter Gasthof mit hervorragendem Essen. Und der Park Sanssouci ist in der Nähe.

A nice apartment in the good location. It was really clean and had everything you might need for a longer stay. We were only for one night but the apartment was comfortable and nice. Additionally there was the big outdoor area and the parking for the guests. A good advantage was alao the self check-in which was a good option for us (we arrived after midnight).

The checkout was a bit early to my taste - 10am. At least 11 am would be better.

Stock ohne Fahrstuhl - Kein Frühstück im Hotel, trotz wenig Angeboten in der Umgebung - Kein Kühlschrank - Wenig Auskunft durch das Personal, man ist eher Selbstversorger - Zimmer zur Straße sind sehr laut bei offenen Fenster (bei nur einem kleinen Tischventilator und zwei getrennten Zimmern wird es andernfalls zu warm im Sommer) - Ausstattung der Zimmer ist auf das Notwendige reduziert - Lage des Hotels abgelegen, Busanbindung vorhanden, jedoch sind die Busse überfüllt - Insgesamt dann zu teuer für das Angebot

Rigtig fint sted med masser af charme og hygge. Gode faciliteter til at lave mad og sidde ude. Virkelig fint. Vi kunne bestemt godt finde på at booke det igen. Der var skruet helt op for stemningen med masser af pynt og behageligt tilbehør.

The apartment is located relatively close to one end of the park Sanssouci. There is a very convenient parking for a car as well as a bus stop almost in front of the building. The bus can take you straight to the main palace and the center of Potsdam. Netto supermarket is within walking distance. ***On the map, at first glance, it will look as if the park is really close and everything else also is. It's a mirage - Potsdam appears to be a quite big city and the distances are fairly big, with the park being REALLY big - keep that in mind, if you planned to do everything on foot***. We collected the key and other useful information from ladies in the reception. One of them was communicating in english well, both were very nice and welcoming. The apartment had windows on the back of the building, so it was fairly quiet, we didn't hear any road noises. The apartment was spacious and clean, but expect only basic furniture.

First of all, and I can't really treat it as a minus, because it's known before the arrival - the building doesn't have a lift and the floors are fairly high. So if you have some heavy luggage and you'll be given an apartment at the top floor, be sure you'll be able to drag the luggage all the way up. Apart from that the only thing would be arranging the kitchen in a bit different manner. It's really small, but also there's no actual space for a kettle or meal preparing. Perhaps something could be done in order to get some more kitchen storage area / kitchen working area.

Comfortable apartments, everything you need. It was clean and warm, good location, beautiful view from the window to the field and forest, which we really liked.

the kitchen was closed during the night time, so using the fridge was limited or making any tea or coffee was not possible

Everything was great ) Nice apartment, lovely view from the window, very nice location close to Sun Succi park and palaces.

The only this that should me managed is hotplate that didn’t work properly, it wasn’t possible to prepare anything as it took too much time even for the water to be boiling. Electric kettle and toaster were in the kitchen but it wasn’t enough for my family.

I have been charged twice for my booking, once in their check in machine, second time by the reception. Not only when we arrived we could not get in because of check in machine issue, but I also can not get a refund for this stay, hotel is unresponsive and Booking customer service takes over a month to investigate it. Staff doesn't speak English and I am more than disappointed with the approach of both hotel and Booking.

The garden and open areas are nice and the floor was spacious including the toilet which was big.

Not enough pillows, not even a couch or a fridge even though there is plenty of space, tv doesn’t work properly and it must be mentioned when advertising the place that it is extremely far from teu centre if you don’t have a car.

My bathroom was across the hall. It did seem to be private. But the main problem was that I was told that checkout was at 11, and in trying to use the bathroom at 10.30, found myself locked out of the bedroom AND the bathroom. Also could have done with a lift. Room on 2nd floor, steep stair. The staff helped with my suitcase, but even so.

Decent accommodation, clean and fair price. Big, nice garden to enjoy!

The Appartement we were accommodated in, was in the old building, close to the road, and the traffic noice was very bad, no sound insulation at all, very hard to sleep!
