The property was very beautiful and was well maintained by the owner. All the amenities were provided. Over all the stay was quite nice and comfortable. It was close to nani lake as well also taxi service could also be availed very easily. We had a really good experience.

The Property is lovely and very well maintained. Pankaj the host was extremely helpful and a very good conversationalist giving good tips on places to visit as well as places to avoid. He also made arrangements for local sightseeing. The breakfast provided was excellent. . Pankaj together with his support staff ensured that we really had enjoyed our stay at Hilltop Haven.

The cordial and friendly nature of the host. They were always available for help and shared the locations to visit nearby. The support staff is also polite.

With increasing temperatures please see if bigger fans can be placed in all rooms and a mini refrigerator would also help.

The two points that I especially liked are the well maintained cleanliness within the rooms as well as the surrounding area and the breakfast. Our meals were healthy and served warm. It is better to say that our stay of two days was much pleasant 😁

A huge shoutout to the staff who were incredibly humble and went out of their way to make us comfortable. ​Just a heads up: there is a bit of a climb to reach the property and parking can be tight, but the hospitality and the view make it completely worth the effort. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for tranquility!"

The property is so beautiful we had a hard time leaving it for going outside to sight see. It is a great place to stay with family and have a peaceful time in Nainital. Extremely silent away from bustling city noise but also easily accessible to the main city via cabs. The property owner Pankaj Uncle is the sweetest. And the staff there are very helpful. Will definitely try to visit again!!!

The host - Pankaj ji is very welcoming and helpful. It didn't feel like we visited the place for the 1st time. His suggestions and guidance helped us save a lot of time and effort. It helped us explore the town and nearby places very well and grab a lot of beautiful memories. The place is beautifully crafted with a lot of thought in the background. The location, the structure, privacy, needs etc has all been amazing. We have spent some very good moments which we will remember till eternity. Thank you, Sir!

Remote place away from Mall Road

The location was very calm and had a beautiful view. Rooms were clean, had everything what we needed and the host was very friendly and helpful. He tried to find us a taxi and when arriving he even contacted our taxi driver to help him find directions. Breakfast was alright but nothing fancy. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Cleanliness and facilities within property

The property is super beautiful, best for friends to hang around. All facilities are provided, We have a kitchen with a microwave, you can heat things but don't expect to cook maggie.

Little bit pricy, even though the property is for 5 people but the owner charged me extra for the fifrh person. Booking website shows that it's for 5 people but still I had to pay for the fifth person. Other than that everything was amazing

The location was good, far enough from the noisy city centre. The owner was extremely friendly and spoke good English. He was also very helpful, for example gave us good recommendations of good restaurants etc. and arranged us a taxi.

During winter time the apartment was a bit cold, but it's the same thing in all accommondations in northern India. There was an electric heater and warm blankets so it was fine for the night.

We stayed for 4N in Hilltop Haven and it was a wonderful stay in every way. I stayed with my parents and they loved the quiet, peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature and overlooking the mountains. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It’s a perfect stay for large group or families with 2 bedrooms, a dining area, Kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The food was home- cooked so very clean, tasty and served hot. I loved the phulkas and dal tadka. The owners were very friendly and made us comfortable throughout our stay. They helped us in arranging Taxis, suggested sightseeing and restaurants options which made the planning very easy. I personally love my mornings walks to Tiffin top, lovers point and Aurobindo ashram which is very nearby. It’s a highly recommended for those who love nature and a friendly environment.

One of the highlights was the little touches that Pankaj ji added to make the stay special was his helping & courtious nature, he recommended local attractions tourist spots & great local restaurant. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into creating a pleasant experience for guests. The location was also ideal, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to key attractions and public transportation. It was easy to get around and explore the area. Communication with Pankaj ji was excellent throughout my stay. He were always available to answer any questions and provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. He made sure we felt at home. Overall, my stay at The Hilltop Haven was exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

Location is superb and the view is also good as you can see hills all around you from the balcony. Spacious rooms along with drawing and dinning area. Very clean and tidy when we arrived. Owner is very supportive and also guide you for the local sight seeing and activities that are available.
