Dear All, I would like to clarify our experience regarding the condition of the apartment & the handover process. When we entered the apartment, we noticed several existing issues, including: • The toilet water tap was not working. • There was no proper cooling system for the water, making it extremely hot and difficult to bathe during the daytime. • The toilet flush top was broken. • The plastic cover/top of the toilet basin was already broken. We did not raise any complaints or comments regarding these damages, as we managed with the existing conditions for the two days we stayed there & subsequently vacated the apartment. Before leaving, we removed all the rubbish & cleaned the apartment properly. We handed it over in a clean condition and made every effort to leave it in the same manner and condition in which we received it, so that it would be ready for the next tenant. However, after we had already vacated the apartment, I received a call claiming that we had damaged the toilet basin plastic cover. I clearly explained that this damage was already present when we entered the apartment. After a lengthy discussion, they eventually asked us to leave the matter. This situation was very disappointing. For furnished/serviced apartments, the management should normally conduct a proper inspection before a tenant moves in, maintain a checklist of the apartment's condition and existing damages, and have the condition acknowledged by both parties. The same inspection should also be carried out when the tenant vacates. Unfortunately, no such proper inspection or checklist was carried out in our case. Therefore, it is unfair to blame the tenant for pre-existing damages after the apartment has already been vacated. كانت تجربه مميزه جداً ومو اخر مره اتعامل معاهم مستوى النظافه عالي جداً وخدمة الغرف سريعين مره وريحة الفندق تفتح النفس والهدوء لا يعلى عليه كل ما جيت الخبر بستاجر عندهم باذن الله الف شكر لهم.

We like the location and the room.

There was no bathroom rug wherein you can dry your feet before stepping out, which means you will walk out of the bathroom with wet feet.

There was not complementary breakfast. During my stay in hotel, there were no towels found in bathroom. No daily house keeping in my room during my stay. But room was nice and hotel located in a suitable location near Rashid Mall. Overall experience is satisfied.

Towels must be placed in rooms OR in bathrooms. Make sure daily house keeping of room during stay. Breakfast must be complementary and mentioned clearly while booking. Price of menu is comparatively high.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The parking area was available near by the building.

The bathroom smells bad, and there was no heated water.
