It’s like an apartment building in the suburbs So no vibe at all

The studios are close to the center and there is available parking in the area. The bed was comfortable.

- The cleaning ladies were grumpy. We spent two days at the apartment at noon, and both times there was shouting and arguments in the halls when trying to rest and what should be the quiet hours. - The bathroom wasn't very clean, and there was a hygiene sticker from the bottom of a bikini left on the bed frame when we arrived... So it was obviously missed by the staff - The showerhead in the bathroom was broeon and not working properly, also for some reason, the water temp could only be either very hot or very cold, if left in the middle, the water would go from very hot to very cold on its own 🫥 - The AC was barely working. - We were there for 8 nights, the studio was cleaned once on the second day of our stay and not at all afterwards.

We had a really bad experience here. The bathroom smelled horrible throughout our stay. On top of that, the host was completely unhelpful. We texted them on Viber asking for the location, and despite being online, they ignored us and didn't bother to help, leaving us to figure out where the place was by ourselves. Very unprofessional communication and bad hygiene.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, ήσυχη, βρίσκεις parking, μια ευθεία από τον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο, περπάτημα χαλαρό 15 λεπτών περίπου. Καθαρό, περιποιημένο δωμάτιο.

Ελλιπείς παροχές στην κουζίνα. Λίγα μανταλακια. Μυρωδιά από την αποχέτευση.

Everything was great. Cleanliness, Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was perfect!

The entrance doors of the rooms are not really soundproof. You can hear when someone is walking in the hall. Bothered me a little at the beginning but didn’t notice anything later

La posizione non è male, ci vogliono comunque 8-10 minuti a piedi per arrivare nella via pedonale di Lefkada, o sul lungo mare, dove sono presenti locali, ristoranti e negozi.

Il palazzo non si presente benissimo esternamente, anche la zona circostanza non è granchè, non intendo a livello sicurezza, ma proprio come estetica. Classica struttura piena di camere una vicino all'altra, sul nostro piano ce n'erano 3. La camera è piccola, in 2 con 2 valige si sta un pò stretti. Mobilia e interni sono vecchiotti, la cucina ha pochissimi utensili, nessuna macchina del caffè, nè per fare caffè americano, nè una caffettiera. Noi ci siamo limitati a fare colazione e non abbiamo mai neanche provato a fare una pasta. Il bagno non è male. In generale la struttura è decente/passabile, ma non certo carina o ideale per una vacanza. Prima di Lefkada avevamo preso casa a Zante e poi a Corfù, questa di Lefkada era di gran lunga la peggiore, molto meglio le altre 2. Non capisco come alcune persone l'abbiano recensita con punteggi buoni/ottimi.

Οι φωνές κάθε πρωί από τις καθαρίστρια που ξυπνούσα όλους τους ενοίκους. Επιπλέον, ξέχασαν να μας βάλουν χαρτί υγείας την 3η ημέρα της 5ήμερης διαμονής μας που ήρθαν να καθαρίσουν, καθώς και πετσέτα., πρόβλημα το οποίο λύθηκε με παρέμβαση της κυρίας Πόπης. Υπήρχαν όλα κι όλα 3 μανταλάκια μόνο και θα ήταν χρήσιμο να υπάρχει απολυμαντικό και σφουγγάρι για τα πιάτα. Το ψυγείο δεν πάγωνε τίποτα.

The ac didn’t function well and the air had a bad smell when we used it, there were destroyed stuff here and there in our apartment like a door handle etc. It didn’t have an elevator which I should have checked but I’m letting others know.

Posizione ottima per arrivare in centro a Lefkada a piedi. Parcheggio sempre libero.

Scarsa pulizia, non abbiamo potuto accendere i condizionatori perché eccessivamente sporchi. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la pulizia della stanza.

Ωραία τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο σε ήσυχη περιοχή

Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο κυρίως το μπάνιο, και η ηχομόνωση δεν ήταν καλή με αποτέλεσμα να ακούγονται σχεδόν όλα από τα διπλανά δωμάτια ή από τις κυρίες που καθάριζαν για την προσέλευση και την αποχώρηση των πελατών ειδικά σε ώρες κοινής ησυχίας πχ πολύ πρωί.

Ήταν 5 λεπτά από το κέντρο και μας άλλαξαν τα σεντόνια. Έχει και πάρκινγκ από μπροστά οπότε ήμασταν πολύ άνετα. Γενικά τα είχε όλα απλά

Υπήρχε πολλή φασαρία από τις καθαρίστριες από τις 9 το πρωί μια μέρα και το ψυγείο του δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο κια μυρίζε άσχημα.

«Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλά τέλεια! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, εξαιρετικά άνετο και σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Αυτό όμως που έκανε τη διαφορά ήταν οι οικοδεσπότες. Από δικό μου λάθος μπέρδεψα τις ημερομηνίες και έφτασα μια μέρα αργότερα. Παρά το γεγονός ότι είχα χάσει την πρώτη μέρα, οι άνθρωποι δείξανε απίστευτη κατανόηση και ευγένεια, επιτρέποντάς μου να μείνω μια μέρα παραπάνω χωρίς καμία επιβάρυνση. Τέτοια φιλοξενία σπάνια βρίσκεις πια. Τους ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου, το συστήνω 100%!»

When you leave the room and take the key card out, the refrigerator turns off completely instead of staying on and as a result we couldn’t leave any food in it.

Ima 10-ak mesta ispred za parkiranje, koja su mahom popunjena, pa treba ubosti trenutak kad je neko mesto slobodno.

Stanza e terrazzino molto carini e spaziosi. Buona la posizione della struttura.

Il letto del materasso era scomodossimo. Ci siamo svegliati ogni giorno con il mal di schiena. Inoltre, Venivano effettuate le pulizie ogni due giorni, potrebbe anche andare bene se lasciassero però qualche asciugamano e carta igienica in più.

Měli jsme dva pokoje. Na jednom z nich byla postel plná mravenců a na druhém se nacházely pod povlečením nespecifikovaní brouci - štenice? Ihned jsme kontaktovali recepci. Pokoj nám vyměnili a divili se, že to nemůže být možné. Na náhradním pokoji nás ani nenechali povlečení odhrnout a tvrdili “brouci jsou jen na dvou pokojích” = o situaci věděli a zřejmě je standardem. Na recepci jim leží sprej proti švábům, kterým tyto, pro ně běžné, situace řeší. Všechny pokoje odporně zapáchají cigaretovým kouřem a jsou špinavé (vlasy, chlupy a drobky v posteli). Sprchové kouty jsou také špinavé. Museli jsme se v rámci ochrany zdraví koupat v botech! Vyhněte se tomuto místu obloukem. Naštěstí jsme zde byli pouze na jednu noc, ale zážitek to byl opravdu otřesný…

Comfortable bed and clean linens/towels. Coffee pot and few dishes to make breakfast were provided and large frig. Was very quiet and air con was a blessing as we were on the 3rd floor. Nice little balcony and laundry line avail for wet bathers, etc.

Floors could have been a bit cleaner? Was a modest place but quite adequate for our stay.

Struttura molto comoda, a 5 minuti dal pieno centro di Lefkada. Pulita, grande, doccia chiusa molto accogliente, anche se il bagno non è grandissimo e manca il bidet.

Se cercate il silenzio assoluto, probabilmente dovrete trovare un'altra soluzione, ma se questo aspetto è relativo, allora è ottima. La referente Dimitra è sempre stata molto presente e disponibile!

Personale disponibile a risolvere un problema nella camera, assegnandoci immediatamente un'altra senza creare disagi

The place is very close to the center of Lefkada town, the airport in Preveza is only a 25-minute drive. Nice room, comfortable bed, easy check-in process. Would stay again.

Il letto è comodissimo, la stanza ampia e la posizione vicinissima al centro, la signora che ci ha ricevuto e’ cordialissima, tutto pulito.

Il bagno ha doccia e strutture metalliche mediamente ossidate nella prima camera, la seconda camera sempre nel bagno presenta instabilità strutturale e doccia coi fori intasati , le porte sui balconi si chiudono male.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, καθαρό και το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Η τοποθεσία σε ήσυχο σημείο και κοντά στην πόλη με τα πόδια.

Στις παροχές, έλειπε σφουγγάρι και απορρυπαντικό κουζίνας με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα μαχαιροπίρουνα και τα πιάτα. Ο ένας διακόπτης έφευγε από τη θέση του.

It was cheap

Everything felt a bit unclean. The bathroom smelled and there were hairs in the bed. Also very noisy, a lot of people in the building. We had half a blind in front of the window. You get what you pay for.

Tisztaság volt és a személyzet kedves volt.

A TV nézhetetlen volt, mert a képernyő nagyon sötét volt. Nem lehetett világosabbra állítani.

The room was clean and airy, with balcony where you can dry your swimsuits and basic kitchen to cook simple meal or tea. The accomodation is situated only a few minutes of walking to town center, and there are supermarkets with reasonable prices also within few minutes of walking distance.

Although the balcony door has a screen, there were some mosquitoes inside, so i recommend to check for and kill them before sleeping. Also the main studio door had to be fully locked otherwise it would open by itself, and required some fumbling.

Everything was nice.

Maybe I did something wrong but couldn't get AC on. Did not inquiry about it, because it didn't affect me at all.

The room was spacious with a nice and clean bathroom and a cute balcony. Also it had parking and you can go to the center of the town by foot in a very short time. The staff was also very helpful and i feel really grateful to them beacuse i forgot some of my stuff at the hotel when i left and they where very willing to help me. 10/10

Pozitionare este buna, personal este amabil, ai toate facilitatile, camera si nu numai fost foarte curata. Recomandam cu incredere.

Studio propre, situé au premier étage. Bien éclairé avec petit balcon. Situé à 15 mn au nord du centre ville.

Πολύ καθαρό διαμέρισμα και το δωμάτιο που μείναμε να σημειωθεί ότι κάθε μέρα αλλάζουν σεντόνια και πετσέτες που σπάνιο το βρίσκεις αυτό ….πολύ ευγενική η κυρία ποπη και στην υποδοχή αλλά και όταν φύγαμε θεωρώ ότι είναι μια από της καλύτερες φιλοξενίες που έχω μείνει σίγουρα αν ξανά πάω Λευκάδα θα ξανά κλείσω με κλειστά μάτια

Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή γιατί είναι κοντά στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας

Έλειπαν κάποια πράγματα όπως κρεμάστρες (είχε 2 κρεμάστρες μέσα στην ντουλάπα), ακομα και στην τουαλέτα είχαν χαλάσει δεν έιχες που να βάλεις τις πετσέτες και τέλος δεν έιχε καθόλου μανταλάκια.
