Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Staff were great, check in was very quick and easy. We arrived early, our apartment was not ready but the staff was very accommodating and they gave us another available apartment and let us enter right away.
The apartment was on the top floor and it was very hot. That alone is not a big problem, there were fans but the apartment was on the main street and there was so much traffic and noise we couldn’t open the window too cool down because our baby couldn’t sleep with all that noise. Also there were no kitchen towels or a microwave.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Mieszkanie było ewidentnie nie sprzątnie po poprzednich lokatorach. Było brudno, na stole warstwa kurzu, pościel niezmieniona, brudne poduszki. Ponadto brak pościeli (poduszki) dla trzeciej osoby mimo zapewnień że dodatkowa pościel jest w szafie. Kanapa nie nadaje się do spania jest mega twarda. Do tego okropny zapach z łazienki.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Уютные и комфортные апартаменты, всё необходимое для проживания есть. Большой плюс — парковка непосредственно внизу, что очень удобно. Дистанционное заселение прошло легко и без проблем благодаря подробной и понятной инструкции. В пешей доступности ( 2 мин) есть отличное кафе для завтрака. Единственный момент — в доме нет лифта, поэтому с багажом стоит учитывать подъём по лестнице. В остальном остались довольны проживанием!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Apartament wyjątkowo zadbany jak na taki krótkoterminowy charakter. Dobrze wyposażony, komfortowy. Na duży plus parking i bliskość Wiednia. Dobry kontakt z obsługą.
Dotarliśmy wieczorem na jeden nocleg i niestety trafiliśmy na falę upałów przez co w apartamencie na piętrze było baaardzo gorąco. Jeden przenośny klimatyzator nie dawał rady co skutkowało tym, że odpoczynek był kiepski.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich groß genug für eine Familie und die Lage war für unseren Aufenthalt praktisch
Während unseres Aufenthalts gab es mehrere Mängel, die für eine Unterkunft in dieser Preisklasse nicht akzeptabel sind. Die Spültaste der Toilette war defekt und funktionierte nicht richtig. Auch die Türen des Kleiderschranks ließen sich nur mit großer Mühe öffnen und schließen. Außerdem waren mehrere Lampen defekt, darunter eine Lampe im Flur sowie die Beleuchtung über dem Waschbecken .Auch das Bügeleisen war in einem sehr schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Wir haben die Verantwortlichen während unseres Aufenthalts über die Probleme informiert. Eine Person kam zwar vorbei und hat sich die Mängel angesehen, die Probleme wurden jedoch nicht zufriedenstellend behoben. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass diese Mängel den Komfort im Alltag deutlich beeinträchtigt haben. Ein dunkler Flur, eine nicht funktionierende Beleuchtung im Bad, eine defekte Toilettenspülung und ein kaum benutzbarer Kleiderschrank sind keine Kleinigkeiten, sondern Dinge, die zu den grundlegenden Funktionen einer Unterkunft gehören. Für den Preis hätten wir deutlich mehr Qualität und vor allem eine bessere Instandhaltung erwartet. Leider können wir die Unterkunft aufgrund der zahlreichen nicht behobenen Mängel nur eingeschränkt empfehlen

Brak klimatyzacji, wiem że rezerwując o tym wiesz ale w upały wymusza to otwarcie okna a od strony drogi jest rano duży ruch samochodowy jest bardzo głośno co przeszkadza w spaniu.

Окна выходят на проезжую часть, утром становится очень шумно. В момент заселения в 23.00 в номере были закрыты все окна и было настолько жарко, что практически невозможно дышать, вентиляторы не помогали и открытые окна, помещение было сильно нагрето и из-за этого всего проживание было испорчено, в летнее время больше не вернемся в эти апартаменты.

Niestety zamawialiśmy lokum z trzema łóżkami, a dostaliśmy dwa. Przy przyjeździe o 23:30 nie było sensu kontaktować się z administratorem, ponieważ zależało nam na szybkim noclegu.

Leider fehlen am ganzen Haus Rolläden!Das hat es fast unerträglich gemacht bei der Hitze! Eine Klimaanlage wäre von großem Vorteil! Allerdings wird die Anlage mehr für Urlauber genutzt , die nur eine Nacht da sind und dann wieder weiter fahren! Da lohnt es sich wahrscheinlich nicht groß Geld in die Hand zu nehmen und zu investieren!

Reviewed Jun 26, 2026Tiszta, rendezett házban, egy jól karbantartott kis lakás. Éppen olyan mint a képeken. Az ügyintézés nagyon egyszerű volt, gyerekágyat is készitettek be mire oda értünk.
A háló és a fürdő nagyon szűkös volt, de ez a kisebbik probléma. Sajnos a szálláson nincs klima, de még egy ventillátor sem, és a szoba a tetőtérben van. Este ahhoz hogy aludni tudjunk, minden ajtót és ablakot kinyitottunk de igy is alig volt levegő, valamint borzasztó forgalmas utcára néznek az ablakok, igy kb éjfélig folyamatos hangzavar volt. Sem nyáron, sem gyerekkel nem ajánlom.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Die Lage ist sehr gut an der Hautstraße und leicht zu finden. Die Parkplätze befinden sich im Innenhof des Hotels und sind beschildert nach den Zimmernummern. Einige sind Überdacht durch die Apartments und einige sind im freien. Durch unsere sehr Kurzfristige Buchung hat dennoch alles gut geklappt mit dem Check In. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und Groß. Man kann Kochen und Waschen sollte es nötig sein. Ein Billa, Penny, BIPA ist auch gleich ums Eck und in ca. 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar. Eine Kaffeemaschine ist auch vorhanden in den Zimmern incl. Teekocher was für uns sehr wichtig war da wir mit Baby und Teenager gereist sind. Es war allgemein Abends sehr ruhig und zum glück auch der Verkehr, dass man sogar mit offenem Fenster schlafen konnte. Auf unseren Wunsch bekamen wir auch ein Babybett ins Zimmer bereitgestellt. Es gab positive Dinge sowohl auch als Negative diese waren aber ausgewogen, sollten wir wieder einen Aufenthalt in Wien planen werden wir wieder dort Buchen.
Im großen und ganzen war es sehr sauber bis auf ein paar kleinere dinge über die wir aber hinwegsehn können. Die Küche und Esstisch wurde nicht Sauber hinterlassen / gereinigt da noch spuren da waren von den letzten Gästen. Geschirr und Besteck ist zwar vorhanden aber nicht in Großer menge.

Ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Küchenausstattung sehr dürftig. Viel zu wenig, wenn man Kochen will, zu wenig Tassen und Geschirr, Kochlöffel, Kelle... Dummerweise hielt der Zug nicht in Himberg wegen Baustelle, aber das wird ja wieder... dann kommt man wieder besser nach Wien

In a hot day room on the street side either hot or noisy because of the traffic on the road. Furniture, most of it, is worn down quite a bit. Bathroom is in especially bad shape: looks like it needs deep clean and good repairs for the shower cabin and ventilation. There are washing machine, dishwasher and coffeemaker, but it’s “bring your own supplies” policy.

Don't expect to see any hotel staff. You get a code to open a keybox in the parking lot with your roomkey. From the parking there is a covered stairs with 14 steps to a higher floor where you find your apartment. No elevator in the building.

WLAN ging gar nicht, was für 1 Tag egal ist, aber sollte man länger bleiben, ist es sicherlich ärgerlich.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Tolle Unterkunft und superfreunde Gastgeber. Bei unserem Eintreffen (nach 21 Uhr) war das Warmwasser defekt. Dies wurde uns sofort mitgeteilt und eine Alternative angeboten. Da der Installateur-Notdienst ( es mitten in der Nacht) bereits vor Ort war, sind wir geblieben und haben es nicht bereuht.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Všeč mi je bila lokacija, dostopnost, možnost parkiranja. Aparma zelo lep, urejen in čist. Hvala za kavico. Ni bil problem, ko sem prosila, da podaljšamo bivanje za dve uri, ker se je čas prihoda letala zamaknil. Pohvala

Reviewed May 17, 2026Dobra baza do zwiedzania Wiednia - 15 minut autem do stacji U-bahn na przedmieściach Wiednia lub kolej bezpośrednio z Himberg, ale podczas mojej wizyty dworzec był w remoncie i pociągi się nie zatrzymywały. Aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony, ewentualnie w pobliżu piekarnia, gdzie można kupić śniadanie. Brak recepcji na miejscu - klucz czekał w skrytce. Warto przed przyjazdem na miejsce zrobić self check-in

Reviewed May 17, 2026Смештај је заиста одличан. У самом центру села, 100м од аутобуске станице. 30-40 мин до центра беча комбинацијом буса и метроа. Недалеко одлична пекара, продавница, ресторан. Приватни паркинг у дворишту. Заиста све препоруке.

Wohng, zur Str sehr laut, konnten tauschen mit Balkon zum Hof,Bett nur 1,60 breit, Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen,kein TK im Kühlschrank z. B. für Eis, Kühlschranktür falsche Seite zur Vorderen Küchentür, nur sehr wenig Geschirr, alles zusammengesucht, Kabel gucken aus der Decke von den Zimmerkronleuchtern, Balkonverkleidung hängt lose rum und klappert bei Wind, Heizung macht abends Geräusche, gluckert

Reviewed May 14, 2026Dostępny parking na miejscu. Apartament ogólnie w porządku. Taki na przenocowanie na trasie idealny. Nie otrzymałam wcześniej kodu do kluczy, ale na szczęście Właściciel był na miejscu.
Okna wychodzą bezpośrednio na dość ruchliwą ulicę.
