Excellent location right on the beach! In walking distance to Eden Beach and Beach Kitchen where we enjoyed good meals. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

Suggest an air fryer in kitchen as no oven. Suggest new beach towels as the ones we were given were very tatty. Also clean up the side passage where we walked to the pool / beach from upstairs rooms as there was litter there every day.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et le rapport qualité prix avec l'espace proposé. Le staff est sympa. Le sol et la salle de bain étaient propre. Petit savons offerts. Serviettes de bain mises a disposition. Chaises en terrasse sont bien. Air conditionne dans la chambre. On n'a pas été dérangé par le voisinage et on a passé une bonne nuit. Sachez que l on vous demandera une caution de 3000 MUR.

Le canapé est vieux et semble sale/taché du coup on ne l'a pas utilisé. Le matelas du lit aussi aurait besoin d être changé avec une nouvelle literie. On avait amené nos propres draps au vu de la lecture des commentaires précédents ce qui nous a bien servi. Le système TV est nul mais on ne va pas a la mer avec cette vue exceptionnelle pour regarder la TV non? :-)

Franchement c’était super , ils fournissent les serviettes de bain et de toilette, le papier toilette , torchon , éponge et le produit vaisselle font le ménage tout les jours même le lit et votre vaisselle. La wifi fonctionne super bien Personnel à l’écoute et disponible À 2km d’un super marché Y a des bus toutes les 10min pour vous emmener partout Juste en face il y a une petite supérette où tu trouves tous ça dépanne énormément

2-3 finitions peut être à faire mais ne gêne en rien au bon déroulement de notre séjour , Je pense juste qu’on n’a pas les mêmes normes en France

-lame de bois non fixé au abord de la piscine ce qui est dangereux. -nous dormons sur un sommier avec un sur matelas. Il n’y avait aucun matelas dans les lits. -il n’y avait qu’un seul jeu de clés ce qui nous obligeai de laisser les clefs sous le paillasson pour les femmes de ménages car elles n’avaient pas de double. -le coffre fort n’était même pas fixé, il était poser à même le sol. -le ménage était mal fait. -nous avions louer pour 7 personnes mais il n’y avait le nécessaire que pour 6. -les meubles étaient cassés. -portail électrique cassé -câble électrique qui pend le long des murs - bien faire le tour à l'arrivée car nous avons du payer pour des affaires qui soit disant était dans le logement, alors qu'aucun inventaire n'a été fait.

The ocean view is really super. Every morning you wake up, you see the ocean and every evening you enjoy the quiet time as well as the beach.

The space is not really spacious and we it was not possible to add crib for the baby. Somehow, we manage to fit in the bed with the baby.

We thought we were getting a room with a separate bedroom on the first floor and was first a bit disappointed when we got a studio on the second level but it was soon our favourite part of our 6 week long vacation here. The apartment had high ceilings and a perfect view! We loved our stay!

Some of the guest hinted that the community pool was for those on the ground floor for some reason but thats just temporary guests and not the hotels fault.

Die Appartements sind sehr abgewohnt, vieles beschädigt. Wir mussten das Appartement wechseln weil das Bett unbenutztbar war, Möbel und Küche sind echt fertig. Sorry nur die tolle Lage und das freundliche Personal haben es rausgerissen.

Great location

Outside furniture was falling apart, one shower did not work. Felt very threadbare and basic. The counting of knives and forks on arrival felt excessive.

Broken door handles of drawers and cupboards, very rusty fan, old pots and pans which has accumulated bacteria over time, old linen cushions on sofa set which is not very hygienic Needs a proper renovation and new utensils, new fan, clean cushions Old and rusty Barbecue not in working conditions List of items available states: iron, hair dryers but theses were not in the apartment

La terrasse qui donne sur la plage, la piscine, la grandeur de l’hébergement

Deux nuits de suite avec des nuisances sonores, des locaux qui viennent pour faire la fête, les terrasses des voisins sont vraiment collés ce qui manque d’intimité, c’est vraiment dommage car c’est un superbe hôtel malgré cela

The bwach and pool access was great. The view was aresome. The location was very handy to restaurants and tourist facilities.

What we did not like was inside the building, it basically had nothing much to offerI powerpoints were difficult to use (old and ceased), Television had no local content and I asume one needed to accwss netflix with one's own account.

Position and staff

Maintenance dismal. Lots falling apart Door lock, cupboards, shower, water pressure..

Staff are amazing as well as christelle. Place well situated. You've got the beach at your doorstep with a resident's pool.

No person to attend Had to wait for one hour to open door What is more shocking it's the working staff who i called for reservation telling me no reservation was made when payment was already effected as from Wednesday They gave us studio instead of appartement Such a shame for a nice place Only the cleaning staffs were kind enough

Having to walk down a back ally and past peoples entertainment area (very awkward) to get to the pool and beach. The airconditioning in the apartment we've booked did not work by they moved us to another unit.

Great Location- literally on the beach. Friendly helpful staff that cleaned every day and provided beach towels. Grocery shop across the road. Restaurant next door. Kitchen contained the necessary appliances i.e. gas stove, microwave, kettle, toaster. Had WiFi.

Bed mattresses should be replaced - could feel a hard board and coils. good bedding was provided - we slept on the duvets to not feel the hardness of the mattresses.

Excellent location and views. Pool kept clean

Its been allowed to run down to a poor state of repair internally with badly patched doors , missing tv remotes, etc. Superficially cleaned but some kitchen cabinets infested with coackroaches living and long dead. Bedrooms ok but lounge and kitchen furniture abysmal. Cleaning staff friendly but honesty is sadly not a virtue you can count on. Pool decking a major trip hazard being raised artificial planking that has warped and broken mountings. Grounds, outer building and views very acceptable and this could be a really agreeable place to stay with just a bit more investment to bring it to current expectation.

The location is perfect and the swimming pool. The unit itself is also nice with everything needed to have a nice stay. The staff was very helpful and always made sure we were comfortable.

Some maintenance and upgrades are needed. Examples Make sure all the glasses are the same 4 big ones and 4 small ones as an example Make sure there are enough kitchen utensils, forks, knifes spoons and tongs for the BBQ. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. The beds were very hard, Upgrading this will make a big difference. The electrical sockets in the main bedroom were not working, so we could not charge phones in the room.

Direct access to the beach. Secure parking. Excellent Wi-Fi. Very helpful and friendly staff

The pool was out of order. There was no hot water in the kitchen. Limited cutlery and crockery. Lacking maintenance around the property. Furnish very tired

The staff waited even thou we had a very late check in she waited till after 11pm for us to arrive The pool and beach close by And very safe

That we had to keep opening and closing the gate manually It should b a remote control gate by now The toilet was absolutely stained when i complained i was told that they wash it everyday but the yellow staining does not come of even the bathroom needs and upgrade for the price that they charge There standards from when i 1st stayed there 5 days ago has really dropped in terms of cleanliness. The toaster and kettle was so outdated The pots very stained The towel especially the beach 1s where not up to standard The pics should o the internet and when u get there are definitely not the same

Only thing good about this villa is its near the beach

Very dirty bathroom, everything has to be re furnished, inside the villa there is a bad smell, bathroom is getting clogged when bathing, spiders everywhere, it's not like the above photos, I think these were old photos, dirty pool, spoiled our mood when we entered the villa, we paid for 2 days but we stayed only 1 day, very disappointing and not worth for money, not suitable for families,just like a haunted house

The apartments are in a great location and that is the only real reason to stay here the cleaning staff are very friendly and try help in some bad situations

- poor communication throughout - descriptions are not clear on website - no water for 3 days - couldn’t flush toilets, wash, clean etc - no electric for 2 days - pool area has so many dangerous hazards - uneven and broken decking, open electrics, dog poo on the grass area, filled bins, pool not cleansed regularly - manager and PA to owners both hard to get hold of and do not support with issues to solve issues - just blame the island or each other - payment is cash or bank transfer so you have no back up when everything fails - all needs a refurb

We loved the location, it was so easy to enjoy a half an hour walk right into the center of town OR hop right on the bus. It was so convenient to have the bus stop right outside the villas. We also enjoyed having a market/store right outside as well, it was so easy to walk over and grab water bottles or snacks. We also loved the view of the ocean/beach/palm trees and it was the best view to wake up too. The wifi was also fantastic! Worked very fast.

We wished that there would have been breakfast. the oven in the kitchen wasn’t easy to use. The pool & beach could have lounge chairs to be a bit more inviting.

Good location. Nice beach.

Unit was not clean, walls, stove, kettle, microwave dirty. Stove trips mains when using it. Kitchen bin has no lid. Food spatters on cupboards from previuos guest. Large cockcroaches. Alot of litter on property that has not been picked up, as well as overflowing bin.

Beach front location was great. Internet WIFI working properly.

Utensils were worn out in the villa. Sink tap was not flowing well ( nozzle missing). Coffee table in the living room was broken. Lamp was fused in the living room. There was no adaptors for electrical appliances. Cupboard and drawers with broken handles. Glass cabinet with missing glass pane. Rooms door & toilet doors with broken fittings( aluminium lining coming out). Tiles on the pathways to rooms were slippery. Stairs to the room dirty & not properly maintained. Yard was filthy and lots of dirt & tissue papers scattered in the corridor to the pool. Pool deck was worn out & dirty. Pool edge was dirty and not maintained. Garden around pool very neglected and broken equipment thrown in the garden around the pool. Lots of eye sore next to the pump area. Lots of hazards in the yard. Would never recommend this property to anyone.

Wi fi did not work

We stayed here for 12 nights. The property is beautiful both outside and inside. Great location in a serene environment, beachside view( property is on the beach), well maintained and clean apartments. They have housekeepers that clean the apartments everyday and change towels and beddings every other day. Sunita (housekeeper)was awesome, she sure does her job well. We also got an upgrade(cos our initial apartment was lacking a proper sea view)thanks to Irene. If you ever need to resolve any issue with management just ask for Irene, her customer service is top notch

My only issue was with Christine at the reception, she was mostly difficult to deal with. Poor customer service skills, needs to understand value of customers and importance of customer satisfaction.
