Pas insonorisé. Les gens du haut faisais un bruit fou A minuit - 7h du matin.. avec un bébé c'était très difficile. Pour une suite a 400$/nuit, on s'attend à plus de confort

Very comfortable and convenient location. I loved how the space was so well organized and clean. The staff was amazing and the place and surroundings are beautiful. The kitchnette is very small, but has everything you need for a quick meal. I recommend the place!

There was some smell in the bathroom, specially after we had shower. Like a sewer smell, nothing that bad, but a little unpleasent.

Tres propre et bien équipé. Personnel très accueillant et efficace.

Nous avons apprécié la cuisine partagée pour préparer nos propres déjeuners. Le personnel était chaleureux et nous a aidés lorsque nous avons eu besoin d’une couverture supplémentaire pour le lit (ma blonde a toujours froid 😅)

Le bruit de la piste de course de 9h AM a 15h samedi et dimanche a troublé un peu la quiétude de la terrasse. Moisissure du rideau de douche. Drosophiles partout dans la suite.

More information, because I asked if there was a kitchenette in the room, I was told that there was none. But it turned out that there is a common kitchen where you can cook, but no one told us.

Poor sound isolation. Could hear cleaners (and people) go up stairs and clean in early morning. Parking fills up quickly.

Personnel chaleureux, près du lac, BBQ et terrasse privé, coin feu extérieur et Bar adjacent. Accès gratuit la plage Mercier (belle petite plage tranquille), accès gratuit au Lac Moore et possibilité de location de kayak.

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement, la gentillesse du personnel, le qualité des chambres pour le prix, le côté pratique des équipements à notre disposition. Le site complet nous a charmé!

The king bedroom was very clean and comfortable. The property had lake access and canoes, SUPs, and kayaks available to rent. The inn is also located right next to a bus stop.

Access to lake was nice, suites were very clean and comfortable, overall I found it great.

personally I didn’t have a good experience with parking. We were staying in an upstairs suite. At check in we were told how to navigate to the building. At 9pm I got a call to move my car from the building’s parking, since it was reserved to someone else in that same building (although our number was on the parking space). We were told to move the car to a spot that didn’t exist since the parking lot was full. Just keep in mind, although the place promotes free parking, oftentimes it is full, especially in the evening, so call ahead and make sure that you have a reserved parking space for your specific room.

Très propre et les chambres sont bien équipées. Le bar est sympa et il y a une chouette ambiance, il y a même une table de billard et un babyfoot.

Le frigo est assez bruyant et on entend les voisins de chambre comme si ils étaient avec nous, ils ont fait la fête jusqu’à minuit et à 5h ils étaient déjà debout et parlaient très fort 😓. La plage n’est plus trop comme sur les photos. C’est parfait pour mettre sa planche ou kayak à l’eau, mais moins sympa si on veut juste aller se baigner.

Chambre très propre, cadre exceptionnel et dans le calme total. L'arrêt de bus juste à côté qui ramène partout au Mont- tremblant. La cerise sur gateau, une cuisine commune où on peut préparer nos propres repas si on le souhaite.

La habitación es grande y las instalaciones son nuevas y muy cómodas. La recepcionista muy simpática. Cuentan con bar que está muy bien. El ambiente es muy cálido y confortante. Volvería!!

La propreté, la suite était parfaite: luminosité, toiles opaques pour la nuit, bien décorées et équipées.

On a payé pour une suite avec terrasse. Nous pensions être devant le lac ( ou au moins le voir de notre terrasse)...Au lieu de ça, on s'est retrouvées directement devant le parking. On n'a donc pas utilisé la terrasse. Nous n'avons pas aimé non plus avoir des gens en haut de nous, on ne s'attendait pas à ça. Insonorisation déficiente et beaucoup de bruit dans la descente d'escaliers. Le café dans les chambres: à changer complètement. Pas d'offre de déjeuners complets sur place.

La proximité de tout avec l'arrêt de bus devant pour se rendre au vieux village ou à la montagne. La terrasse bien que pas d'intimité ( vue sur les voisins) Et l'accès au lac et à la plage. Les lieux sont propres et la suite est très bien. Le personnel est gentil et acceuillant.

Aucune aide quand on a loué les kayak. Ils étaient plein d’eau et lourd à renverser. Il a fallu que je demande. Le frigo est minuscule. Mal insonorisé car nous entendions les voisins du haut marchés.

La seule chose qui était désolant sont les oreillers, surtout pour moi qui aime une grosse oreillers épaisse . Les oreillers n’étaient pas confortables à mon goût

Ont a bien aimé vos chambres le service et la nourriture qu'ont a mangé au petit bar très satisfait je vais le recommandé a ma famille et amis.

Il y a juste quelques chose que je voudrais vous faire part j'avais le stationnement du numéro de la chambre ont est partie et quand ton est revenu le stationnement était pris ont eu un peu de difficulté a se stationner. Merci Bonne journée

Emplacement très central, près du Petit train du Nord, de St-Jovite et du village de Tremblant. Le personnel nous donne également des accès quotidiens à la petite plage du plac Mercier, ce qui est un plus. Décor moderne et élégant. Chambre très confortable et bien climatisée. Très tranquille et reposant !

Le manque d'air climatisé dans le bâtiment principal limitait la possibilité de profiter pleinement du bar et du billard en période de grande chaleur.

Vey nice and clean the neighbor's noise level was low so we were not bothered. Great bathroom, nice furniture in the room. The bed was comfy and the new window frames opened nicely to let in some fresh air. Lots of TV channels, some previous guest left the netflix logged in and we had the youtube premium also logged in.

Bathroom sink could have a better drain flow, probably a plumber can clean the drain sometime. TV had no french channels like the TVA or LCN news that we are used to listen at home.

Comfortable, clean, and modern room in a lovely village. The kitchen utensils were very helpful for preparing simple meals for our kids. It has a very good scene of Lake Moore.

The sound insulation between the floors was not perfect. We could hear the footsteps of the children staying upstairs. Thankfully, both our kids and the other family’s kids went to sleep early, so it did not become an issue for us.

C’était parfait ! Propre, bien situé, calme, et cosy ! On a même eu la visite de 2 biches le soir pendant qu’on allumait le barbecue !

This was the cleanest place I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in 4star, 5star accommodation in the past . The location is amazing too - the bus stop a few steps away.

Accueil qui n’est pas professionnel après 19:00 le dimanche : pour s’enregistrer, nous avons « déranger » le personnel qui jouait au billard. Aucune information quant aux équipements manquants dans les chambres ex micro onde dont nous aurions eu besoin pcq tout est fermé dans le village le dimanche soir. Le personnel du lendemain matin nous a informé qu’une cuisine commune aurait été disponible.

We actually change our room, because we thought upstairs room are like the once’s downstairs, but it’s not, so we actually change for a suite

The location was great! The outside is really cute. The room was very clean.

The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed. We’ve travelled a lot and I actually felt claustrophobic. I always enjoy a aitting corner which it was not really possible. The pillows were just ok. The receptionist was courteous but not friendly.

Excellent endroit, j’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour ! La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien situé. Tout était conforme à la description et l’accueil était chaleureux. On se sent tout de suite à l’aise. L’endroit est calme et parfait pour se reposer ou visiter les environs. Je recommande fortement cet hébergement et j’y retournerais sans hésiter !

Le seul petit point à améliorer serait le nombre de serviettes, il n’y en avait pas assez pour tout le séjour. Sinon tout était très bien !

J'ai surtout aimé le positionnement géographique. Juste a côté des activités mais en pleine nature. La chambre était confortable. Bonne literie.

Télévision sans les canaux de base juste les « streamers » L’escalier pour rejoindre la réception a des marches trop étroites. Il en est dangereux. De même que celui qui monte vers les chambres.
