Location was good. Check in was easy.

Bedroom was extremely loud from street noise. We couldn't sleep. We ended up moving to a different hotel after the first night. Property said there's nothing they could do as the reservation was non refundable after check in.

The room is very cozy & comfortable, very near to the malls.

We were on the 19th floor. Small but well laid out studio with comfortable bed and good aircon. Suitable for 2 only or with small child . All equipment worked well although the Japanese style bidet is an acquired taste. Water / Netflix is free . Small balcony but room for a chair.. you can see the sea if you crane your neck!

We didn’t use the gym or pool but disappointed to note there is a charge of 150p for each one .. unless you’re staying for 5 days or more apparently . This is not made clear but it is now . Also nasty smell in cupboard under sink which needs a proper fix . Slightly clunky check in both at the desk ( although we were 30 mins early) and with the door keys but manageable

Lack of amenities, poor communication and action once booked in. Issue with Ants. No duvet cover. Entry code not changed from previous occupants providing a security risk.

Unit was spacious and had all necessary amenities were provided. It was centrally located b being situated beside the large Abreeza Mall.

For longer stays, cleaning and linen/towel replacement should be free of charge.

Clean , many amenities and excellent price.

Wasn’t anything I didn’t like

The location was ok and the facilities were complete.

1. The pictures make the place look a lot bigger and appealing than it is in reality. They didn't lie exactly, but we really did a double take to check if we had the right apartment. 2. More seriously, the toilet was clogged, basically slow flushing from the moment we arrived and completely clogged the next morning. I did unclog it myself a couple of times, but that was temporary. My wife used the toilet in the mall next door. The host was very slow to respond to this and we were basically on our own. That is why our overall score is lower than usual.

Have stayed here before - superb location. Modern apartment - next door to mall, close to Bureau of Immigration (walking distance) - our go to spot in Davao.

there was a minor issue opening the door it has a specific sequence to digital handle and manual handle I was puzzled for a some time could not entered the property. it will be helpful to make a video for the guest how door opening and closing works.

My wife and I love the place. The owner, Brenda, is very detailed in the accommodation. We even had the opportunity of checking in early which was amazing!

I have nothing to dislike the property coz it’s near the airport and walking distance from the mall. Excellent to get the taxi or grab and even the jeepneys!

The exhaust fan in the toiilet is quiest noisy/ and there is a time that I can smell unnecessary smell like a bad smell from the pipe or sink, I dont know where that from.

The room was great with japanese toilet! The owner was very responsive and got me more water when it ran out. She also let me check in earlier. They seemed to empty the garbage areas very frequently. I never saw garbage in there. And I didn't see any bugs anywhere.

The building is a bit run down. Flooring was broken in the pool area on the roof.

Location was good. staff at reception area was friendly and helpful.

Superb apartment next door to mall and close to airport. Thoughtfully decorated and furnished , have already booked another stay. Easy check in and small issues were quickly dealt with. Highly recommended. Big fridge and freezer, washing machine and all the utensils you will need. The water cooler / heater was another great facility.

Not that it was a dislike, but don't use toilet paper. It can block up the very modern toilet and bidet set up.

Absolut totul a fost ok ,am putut sa gatim si sa avem bauturi reci pentru ca aveau frigider , terasa ,apa aclada etc ..tot ce ai nevoie .

Location is the best, this is why I chose to stay in Inspiria residences. It is so close to the church and the mall. Also, there was no problem with transportation, it is very convenient.

There was a stinky smell in the room that came from the plumbing. It affects my appetite and sleeping. The room I paid for is very small compared to the picture in the booking.com. It was relatively clean but the smell made me leave to stay in my sister's house for the night. Room is 1617. It is on the 16th floor.

Clean and have what’s needed. Having a water and dispenser is really a plus. Excellent shower pressure. Close to the mall.

Internet was at times slow and was offline for almost 24 hours.

I had an excellent stay at this unit! The location couldn’t have been more perfect – close to everything I wanted to explore but still peaceful and quiet. The highlight for me was definitely the bed and pillows – hands down the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced in a rental. I slept like a baby every night! Unfortunately, I had already booked a different unit for my 10-night stay the following week,, but I’ll definitely keep this place in mind for future trips. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for comfort and convenience.

Great location, convenient for getting around and close to amenities. The space is clean, modern and comfortable, with a fresh feel and simple contemporary decor that made the stay easy and relaxing.

There is noticeable traffic noise because the property sits beside a busy road, and vehicles can be loud at peak times. The walls are quite thin so sound from neighbours carries. Storage is limited for longer stays, and a larger wardrobe together with a chest of drawers would make it easier to unpack and keep things organised.

Die Größe hat gepasst. Im Schlafzimmer. Wenn man alle Vorhänge aufmacht, hat man einen fast rundum Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer heraus und das ist schon sehr besonders. Die Couch war bequem und was mir echt gefallen hat, beim letzten Besuch da war die Couch noch eine alte Und wir haben es bemängelt, dass wir es schöner finden mit einer besseren Couch und es ist wirklich top zu sehen, dass auf Wünsche eingegangen wird und sie wirklich eine andere Couch dort stehen haben.

Minimale Kleinigkeit, die man sagen kann. Beim Fernseher ist Netflix und so weiter etwas umständlich mit der Fernbedienung zu benutzen aber wenn man sich dran gewöhnt hat, dann ist das auch kein Problem und geht ganz gut von der Hand. Hab das nur aufgezählt, weil uns ansonsten überhaupt nichts einfällt, was man bemängeln könnte.

The apartment is clean, tidy, modern, and fully equipped with everything you need. The location is very convenient—just a 2 to 5-minute walk to the mall, restaurants, supermarket, and all forms of public transport and taxi services. Most importantly, the host, Brenda, is incredibly kind and always ready to help with any issues. I would definitely come back again.

from opening the room door the place felt nice lots of light through ,the windows, it's got everything you need and the space also, felt very comfortable ,the bed is also very comfortable,ile definitely book again we were very pleased 😀

The combination lock wouldn't open the door, and the owner was quick to help. The service was so thoughtful. Providing washing machine and detergent is a good idea. Days of smelly laundry gets cleaned. I highly praise the bidet facilities, which are more advanced than those at Davao Airport

Not as spacious as the photos make it look but comfortable nonetheless.

Only the gym was not very impressive.

The place is near ayala just 5 minutes walk, church is just infront of the place, shower is excellent with hot and cold, clean, tidy and check in and check was so easy. The owner approved our request for cancellation in our next accommodation without fee. I will go back to the place again when im in davao

The photo of a one bedroom is confusing for its not one bedroom but a studio type condominium. OK

The tv needs a repair/replacement..its making a background noise, so u cant really hear well the sound of what you are viewing.. the tv remote is also not functioning so well (not sure if batteries need replacement)

It’s on the top floor and elevator sometimes took a long time to get on the floor; but generally good.

It's a nice temporary condo for someone who wants to move to Davao. The host is very accommodating, and it is quick to reply.
