Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location was very good, central and quiet. Had everything I needed for my stay.
The biggest disappointment was no windows to the outside, I couldn’t see what the weather was like plus no natural light coming in, felt dark and suppressive.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Bed and pillows were very comfortable, apartment was quite spacious. Apartment was in a very good, reasonably quiet location. Good kitchen amenities. The apartment was also very clean, and interactions with staff were friendly. Easy check in.
Some kitchen amenities were quite worn and well used, although this wasn't a major issue. Walls are quite thin, so any noisy neighbours and noise off the street could be heard throughout the night- eg. scooters parked outside on the street.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Todo bien.

El check-in.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Excellent communication from the property from the start. The check in procedure was very efficient. It’s an automated process done at a machine as you enter the building which then issues your key card for the apartment. I booked a studio but ended up being in a one bedroom apartment, which was very spacious and very clean. It had everything I needed for my stay. The location was good. It’s literally a few minutes walk from the bus stop and right next to Plaza Cantarero. It’s was very peaceful and quiet at night. Although there was no balcony, there is an excellent roof terrace with loungers and a shower. I was happy with my stay here.
The apartment I stayed in had no view of the outside. The windows looked directly onto other apartments or the landings across a small opening in the centre of the building. It wasn’t a major issue for me as I spend a lot of time out and about but that might not suit everyone.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Apartmán bol veľmi dobre vybavený, čistý a blízko Balcony of Europe.

Reviewed May 8, 2026Really clean and modern, with proper bed linen and duvet covers, not just a sheet. The pillows are excellent, so you can sleep as well as at home. Nice extras include 2 coffee capsules, sugar, 2 tea bags, and disposable hygiene items for one person. It’s in the city center, everything is close by, but there’s no noise. There is also a sunbathing area with loungers.
I couldn’t complete the prepayment through the provided link, and the customer service team on WhatsApp didn’t proactively tell me that it was possible to pay on-site — I had to find that out myself. Meanwhile, the reception manager I spoke to by phone was much more helpful and useful. What could be improved: adding the possibility to wash clothes and providing paper towels in the studio.
