Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Mums 4 personām bija rezervēts viens dzīvoklis ar divām guļamistabām un viesistabu kopā ar virtuvi. Virtuvē bija viss nepieciešamais aprīkojums un trauki, ledusskapī bija atdzesēts dzeramais ūdens un saldētavā ledus. :) Tā kā šeit uzturējāmies 4 personas, tad ļoti ērti bija tas, ka vannas istaba bija atsevišķi no tualetes. Telpas bija samērā plašas ar visu nepieciešamo aprīkojumu. Veļas pulveri varēja iegādāties recepcijā. No dzīvokļa līdz Amerikas ciematiņam bija apmēram 15 min ar kājām, savukārt, autobusa pieturas 10 min. attālumā. Netālu 5-10 min. attālumā bija ļoti jaukas suhi ēstuves. 20 min. attālumā bija arī osta, no kuras mums bija rezervēts brauciens uz Keramas nacionālo parku snurkelēt.
Nedarbojās veļas žāvējamā mašīna :(

停車位管理混亂，你停車前確認好也有可能別人誤停你的車位導致你要跟客服通話後換車位，如果住超過一晚，有可能要每天早上十點下樓跟客服確認車位。 木頭地板一直呈現微微潮濕的狀態。 客廳沙發內部彈簧已經凸出來了。

Only 2 coffee cups and 2 drinking cups were provided. Despite having a heat plate, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle and cabinets there was not any utensils, eating or serving dishes, pans etc. most other places I’ve stayed in the area at least have some way of Making and eating simple dishes.

The futon sofa was literally painful to sit on so we ended up just having our suitcases on it. Had to sit on beds when we needed a place to sit. Sharing this simply to help property managers improve the property.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026아메리칸 빌리지와 가까운 큰 도로는 폭주족? 같은 차량과 바이크가 꽤나 시끄럽습니다만 message stay는 이 도로로부터 적당히 떨어져 있어 밤새 시끄럽지 않고 창문을 열면 새가 지저귀고 공원이 삶을 여유롭게 느끼게 해주며 우측에 물 처리시설? 로부터 나오는 폭포 소리가 꽤 듣기 좋게 느껴집니다.
층간소음이 생각보다 취약한 구조로 부주의한 윗집 사람을 만난다면 꽤 스트레스 일지도..? ㅎㅎ

これほどコンドミニアムとしてキッチン設備などが整っているのに、調理器具や食器が常設されていないのは驚き。わざわざレンタルしなければならないのはかなり不便です。煩わしいので、最初から利用料を込みにして常設しておいてほしいです。駐車場も、場所を指定される割に他の人が停めていたりして、、ならば最初から自由制にしてほしい。快適なのに、細かいところで惜しいなと感じました。

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026아파트형 숙소라 넓고 깨끗했어요~ 셀프체크인이었지만 자세히 설명되어있고 마지막에 직원과 영상통화로 소통하는데도 크게 문제 없었답니다~ 일본 호텔들은 좁은 곳이 많은데 일본 숙소 같지 않은 크기와 시설이었습니다! 숙소 주변에 식당도 몇군데 있고 편의점, 마켓 다 있어서 전혀 불편하지 않았어요~
아메리칸 빌리지에서 약간 떨어져있긴 한데 걸어갈한 거리였어요!

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026地理位置良好而且也有專屬停車場，往北往南都方便！住宿空間很大且也有提供各式備品等，這六晚住的非常舒適，非常推薦給大家。 PS、開車的朋友一樣可以先直接停進去，但是入住的時候需要跟工作人員確認一下唷！停車費用另計，就是收一次1千日圓。
入住的時候目前有遇過很多組其他客人會卡在進門的地方，還有辦理入住是否開車、及停車的問題填寫時會卡住！可能是因為問題詢問不太明確的關係😂 近一樓大門的地方按密碼的地方卡住應該是因為大家習慣不同而已，沒什麼太大問題。
