الحمام سيء - لاتوجد مخدات زيادة عندما طلبت - خرجت الساعة 7 صباحا واتصلت على الاستقبال الساعة 9 واخبرته ان يسوي خروج نهائي والساعة 3 اتصل علي الموظف اللي بعد واخبرنا هل تريد ان اسوي خروج نهائي او امدد لايوجد تعاون مع بعضهم

AC is leaking too much water in side the room and water drops are making too much noise I could not control unless you put the temp control at higher reading Also, no soap in the bathroom You need to ask for towel and boiler The ac in the sitting room is old and noisy

1- اسوء واستغلال من موظفين الاستفبال وازعاجهم واتصالهم عدة مرات في اليوم عند التمديد ، الصباح وقبل اذان الظهر وبعد صلاة الظهر رغم ان الضيف يرد الا انه يتصل عليك اكثر من شخص ويتعذر ان المتصل السابق موظف اخر 2- تم الحجز بالخطأ بتاريخ بعد اسبوعين ورفض خصم ذلك من اليوم الحالي او ارجاع المبلغ وتم طلب الارجاع او خصمه من قيمة اليوم الحالي وتم الرفض ، لن اسامحهم وبين وبينهم الله يوم القيامة
