Reviewed Aug 17, 2026宿泊した初日、乾燥機を使おうと回したところ正常に動かないトラブルが発生。洗濯→乾燥ができると思って衣類は殆ど持って来なかった為、これでは困ると思って電話しました。時間外でしたがとても親切丁寧に対応して下さり衣類を乾かすことができました。

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026兩張雙人床超舒服，還有浴缸等任何設備都超齊全，房間有自己的洗衣機跟烘衣機就是超方便，窗戶外就可以看到海了，地理位置要去哪裡都不算遠，畢竟島也不大，還有停車的給你停，停車場還有水可以讓你清洗，前往機場也很方便，有電梯，樓下門口還有飲料販賣機，也有吸菸區，飯店也很安靜，連續住了三天，也好好放鬆了三天。

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026住宿地點離sunset beach非常近，每天傍晚都可以去海邊看夕陽和踩踩水非常舒服，雖然離市區還有一段路，但距離伊良部大橋並不遠，到宮古島各景點也都很方便。最近的全家便利商店、超市、餐廳開車大約5~7分鐘就會到，房間窗戶看出去也可以看到海景，第一次到宮古島玩的住宿選擇，算是很棒的地點。也有足夠的免費停車位，住宿停車非常方便。房間內空間很寬敞，3個大行李打開都還有地方走路，有附洗衣機和烘衣機對於家庭旅遊非常方便，可以每天洗換洗衣物，回國後不用在處理旅行後的髒衣服是非常棒的。
若需要使用料理器具或餐具需要額外支付費用，1樓的販賣機補充的比較慢，因為宮古島是硬水，對於喝自來水不習慣的人需要每天買水，販賣機大約1天後就賣光礦泉水了，只能去便利商店或超市購買。 浴室內沒有烘乾或風扇功能，若要晾衣服的話，只能曬在陽台或室內用冷氣吹乾。

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Se hai una macchina, perfetto. Se non hai una macchina, perfetto ugualmente. C'è una spiaggia a meno di 100 metri stupenda. Il centro città è vicino e la sera in estate, non facendo troppo caldo, è raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti circa. L'appartamento è spaziosissimo e il bagno è 10/10 (un classico bagno giapponese dove puoi anche farti un bel bagno caldo senza sprecare acqua in eccesso). Vorrei prendermi un piccolo spazio per raccontare la mia personale storia con questa struttura, e se la leggerete fino in fondo, probabilmente avrete già trovato il vostro soggiorno a Miyakojima. Ho prenotato la struttura a Novembre per l'estate dell'anno successivo SENZA cancellazione gratuita, certo di non avere problemi. Ovviamente i problemi ci sono stati: un tifone nel periodo della vacanza mi ha costretto a cancellare TUTTO e spostare di una settimana e mezzo circa il viaggio. Ho provato ad avvisare l'hotel che non sarei potuto essere lì causa tifone, senza neanche pensare di chiedere il rimborso (dato che mi era già successa una situazione simile in passato e giustamente non avevo avuto diritto a nulla). L'hotel si è subito premurato di capire se stessi bene, dopodiché senza nemmeno averlo nominato, si è offerta di rimborsarmi tutto. Morale, non dovevo più andare a Miyakojima perché il tifone mi aveva costretto altrove, ci sono andato lo stesso semplicemente spostando la data del mio soggiorno. Fun Fact: al check out di fretta mi sono anche dimenticato il caricatore e l'adattatore. L'hotel si offerto di spedirmelo indietro senza chiedermi un centesimo. Ho rifiutato.

Dal balcone bellissima vista sul porticciolo. 15 min. a piedi da Sunset Beach e Ponte per Irabu. C'è un signore dello staff sempre presente e pronto ad aiutarti. Davvero esperienza positiva.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Very spacious and clean room with comfortable beds. The washer and dryer inside the unit is very convenient. Management is always responsive and friendly and tries to help wherever possible. Location is quiet but if you don't have a car, there's really nothing close by.
My room was on the ground floor, which I didn't like as you have cars parked right in front of your "balcony" and also I did not feel safe leaving door open - uncomfortable, hard pillows - no furniture for balcony - room is huge but there's hardly and place to put or hang clothing (no wardrobe, just a couple of hangers) - no plastic hangers to dry laundry. no clothespins (not everything can go into dryer!!), not enough place for towels in bathroom - very bright light - very small garbage pails - few utensils for food - The bicycles they provide are poor quality, rusty and old.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026お部屋が広くとても清潔です。お部屋には番号入力で入れるのでカギを失くす心配もなし。キッチンも清潔で使いやすく、シャワーの水圧も強いくらいたっぷり。洗濯機と乾燥機は短時間で洗濯乾燥まで出来るので大活躍でした。買い物や繁華街へのアクセスが良い立地なのに夜は静かで朝は鳥の声と波の音が聞こえてくる素敵なホテルです。 1ヶ月滞在し、あちこち出掛けていたので玄関ドアから自分の車まで近いのは本当に便利でした。 ホテルのオーナーの方にも優しく声をかけていただき、困りごとも助けていただいたりたくさんお世話になりました。オーナーさんもスタッフさんもとても素敵な方たちです。次に宮古島に来た時も必ずホテル宮古島に泊まろうと思います。

The hotel is located in a quiet area while still being close to downtown, a coffee shop, a small park, and the beach. The staff was friendly and responsive via email. Reviewed Jun 3, 2026何度も宮古に来てますが初めて泊まらせていただきました！！ とにかく部屋が広い！！ キャリーケースの一番大きいサイズを2つ広げっぱなしにしていても全く邪魔にならないほど広いです。 天井は少し低いのかもしれないですが気にならないレベルです。 コンセントもたくさんあり、タオルやアメニティもしっかりとありました。 水も軟水で不快な思いをせずに済みました！ 掃除も行き届いており、部屋だけでなくベランダやエレベーター、通路までとてもキレイです。 とにかく満足以外に何もないです。 スタッフの方もすごく親切で、また絶対泊まりたいです。 快適に過ごさせていただきありがとうございました✨
ひとつだけ残念な点が、ソファがシミだらけだったところです。 ソファカバーとかでうまく隠してあれば良かったかと思いました。

We had initially booked 6 nights, but only stayed 3. I contacted the hotel 3 days before check in, but already after the free cancellation period. I wasn't expecting a 3 nights refund, but definitely something. I didn't enjoy this lack of flexibility, clearly wouldn't repeat. Everthing esle was great.

Die Fahrräder sind sind für europäische grosse Menschen geeignet auch wenn sie sehr günstig waren.

- Erg harde bedden. Ik sliep er zelf prima op, maar mijn vrouw had er meer moeite mee.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2026廁所和淋浴間是分開的，當住宿者有兩人以上是非常方便的。附有簡易的廚房設備可以到超市採購再回旅館加熱料理👍 且房間內就有洗衣機以及烘衣機不用擔心沒地方晾曬衣服
房間內的沙發看起來較為陳舊，且由於是布面的關係感覺上面卡了很多灰塵

Geen personeel, erg onpersoonlijk. je ontvangt een code voor de buitendeur en een code voor je kamerdeur, verder zie je niemand.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026目の前が海だったこと！朝歩いてビーチをお散歩できます。お部屋はとても広く、キッチンの備品や洗濯機乾燥機、洗濯洗剤まであってぬかりなかったです。導入されているテレビの性能もいい。
なぜか下水のにおいが水場からずっとしていました。

Reviewed Apr 5, 2026Great location and has everything you need including a clothes airer, washing machine, dryer and even detergent. We extended our stay in the deluxe twin room as we had great beds and pillows and a nice location across from the park and sea. We paid Y500 and got an induction hob ring, 2 bowls, 2 plates, utensils, knife and washing up bowl.
The outside of the building smdoesnt look great but the apartments are very modern. There is no one on site but my emails were answered fast and they were very helpful. Only useful addition would be a table and two chairs on the balcony.

Reviewed Apr 4, 2026陽台皆是面海邊，早上起來看到海心情就是好。附旁邊有一個公園，早上太陽還沒有出來時，可以在PU跑道運動一下。附近500米有一間24小時全家便利。附近有個不錯的咖啡小舖、漢堡小舖。全家便利與住宿中間有個小商場，有沖繩名店Blue Seal冰淇淋店，裝修風格很chill。 住宿裡面有兩人份廚具、微波爐、電池爐、冰箱、廚具清潔用品都備好。洗衣機烘乾機也有，備有洗衣粉。 住宿最在意的應該是停車場，住宿點前方專屬停車位至少有12個（含一無障礙），住了四晚沒有停滿過，應該算好停車。

無 BTW 這次碰巧遇上宮古島的區域性停電 導致我們斷電了約三小時 但這並不是飯店的錯 我也當成是另一種特殊體驗😆

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026가장 저렴한 룸에 숙박했습니다. 두 사람분의 짐가방을 펴놓고도 너무 넉넉했던 숙소. 일단 방이 넓어서 좋았고 청소 상태가 깔끔했습니다. 각 방마다 건조기와 세탁기가 있었던 것도 좋았고, 물놀이를 끝내고 방으로 들어가기 전에 밖에서 가볍게 모래를 씻고 들어갈 수 있는 것도 좋았고요. 주차 공간 또한 넉넉했습니다. 세탁 세제도 제공되어서 따로 챙길 필요 없었습니다. 히라라 시내까지는 걸어서 20분, 택시로는 700엔 정도 나오는 거리이고, 미야코섬 여기저기를 이동하기에는 히라라 시내보다 이쪽이 더 편리했습니다. 방음은 일본 호텔 정도 방음인데, 주변에 한적한 곳이라서 밤에는 조용해서 좋았습니다. 다른 분들께도 심하게 추천드립니다.
외국인을 위해 비상 연락처가 아닌 LINE 연락처를 제공해주시면 좋을 것 같습니다.

お風呂のスイチを入れても、お湯が出なくて非常に困った。 しょうがないので、ポットでお湯を沸かし、体を拭くだけで済ませた。 今一度点検した方がいいと思う 又、フロントも無く、勝手もわからなくて、いちいち電話での対応にはまいりました。
