spacious unit with lots of rooms and lovely caretaker!

Very clean with welcoming decor. Owner greeted us and let us into the unit which was appreciated. Quiet unit and well furnished.

Master bed was next to air conditioner and blew directly onto the side of the bed. Shower head in master bath wouldn't stay in place in order to shower, an easy fix. The dials on the stove top didn't display settings due to having been scrubbed off after so many cleanings so that you didn't know what temp setting you had. The stove vent should state 'for use slide out'.

The unit is exceptionally spacious, with a well-designed layout that easily accommodates up to 5 pax without feeling cramped. Both bedrooms are comfortable and private, while the living and dining areas are wide enough for group stays and casual gatherings. The corner unit positioning also gives a more open feel with better natural light and the view of the city is amazing both day and night. It's big. Can definitely accommodate a huge family.

Water supply in the toilet bowl is limited. I think the bowl itself is the problem.

Before check in and right after check out, the host has been consistently assisting us. Aside from the cleanliness and good view of the room, what made me feel satisfied is the good accommodation given by miss Joanne. We will certainly book again.

The unit was perfect for a big family like mine. It was near enough to a mall and Ms. Joanne was very accommodating.

The chair in the main bedroom dresser in front of the bathroom is broken. My daughter almost fell. Nothing to worry about. It just needs to be fixed or changed.

Apart from being the most spacious, it was the cleanest air bnb I've stayed in. No roaches or mosquitos or ants. No foul smells. It's also walking distance to the ICON and mall. ☺️

If there is one thing I have to criticize - it's the placement of the aircon units which was lowered - and only a few inches from the floor. The vent of the unit in the master's bedroom was right beside the bed. Having said that - the place was cooled fast.

The condo unit 5H was spacious. My children enjoyed the comfort of the facilities… The internet was not strong but we were still able to watch Netflix. The swimming pool was well maintained, it was big and clean. .. the jacuzzi made the experience even more enjoyable for my kids…we had nice family bonding. The guards and the people were accommodating… Overall, it was a superb stay!

The aircon unit in the master’s bedroom could have been placed in another position not facing close to the bed. I had backache because of the air blowing my back . So I put off the aircon unit in the middle of the night but my husband was also complaining that it is warm…so I slept at the couch…

It is spacious good for family staycation. Also would like to commend the care taker who gives us a tour upon entering, shes very accommodating, she prepares enough necessities like beddings, towels for us. Recommended 💯

I like how wide the area of whole unit was for a family staycation like we had. I did not like the providedcomplimentary stuff (we only received 2 small bottles of water & 2 coffee packs even though on our booking we specified that we are 3 adults/3 kids), we just went out and bought the needful upon seeing the short resources, specially drinkable water which is really a need for the hot weather upon after check in. I did not like the front desk attendee when we were checking in, I think she said her name was Raffi when we asked for it (not sure abt the spelling). She constantly acts as if we were not existing and just talks to the security guard about things we should know rather than talking to us eye to eye and saying it directly to us. It’s giving some unpleasant attitude which is not necessary specially for the guests, also when we asked for some assistance regarding some approval for some pass she just looked in her phone and ignored us all through out so we had to confront her actions for her to notice her behaviorshe should be helpful and pleasing. In contrary, The security guard who initially catered us on our arrival in the front desk was very accommodating and very assistive.

Paid parking, and very strict when it comes to parking. Only registered cars can park on the paid parking. It happens we have 2cars, one has to be parked somewhere far from the condo unit where we stays

We paid for 6pax adults with 2kids (both 11yo), but upon checking in the care taker told us to pay 400php each for the kids per night. Which is mas mhal n sya compared to hotels, akala p nman nmen mkakamura kme kc nka indicate dun n fit for 10pax

I would like to get my full refund due to the following reasons: 1. I did not stay in the condo , I left after seeing it wasn’t worth the money I spent & the following reasons A. We waited awhile just to get into the property B. Shock to find the condo is not fully Air conditioned at this HOT weather! There’s an air-condition in the masters bedroom but it was soooo low that there’s no way anyone can be comfortable. C… when we got inside her helper Michell said to me that she was advised by the owner to Lock the other room since there’s only 2 of FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I’m suppose to get 2 bedroom suite that’s what I paid for! D. Michele, owners helper said we have everything in the cabinets such as pots and pans . As soon as my cousin opened the cabinet door under the sink, it just fell off! Omg! We found the nails were rusty and so the bottom of the door cabinet was already old and small pieces were falling apart.I even took a picture to send this to the owners and also I advised the two front desk working that day on August 7 around 2pm. Diane is one of them.

The Advertisement were false especially in connection with suite 2 bedroom, I end up with one bedroom only and also this place is supposed to be Fully Air Conditioned but not. The living room, dining room and leaving room were hot and not a pleasant way to stay your day. In All this I would like a full refund back to my Credit card at your earliest convenience. This is my first time and I learn a good lesson. Thank you for your time!

+ We booked over booking.com (browser). After booking an apartment for 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) with a non-refundable rate the owner contacts us asking for the age of our children. After sharing that info, he says for every child above 6 we need to pay 400 extra per night. (Even though the suite is good for 5 and we stated that we are 5 people in the booking). -- after some back and forth he says we can pay him directly. But we insist it goes over booking. -- booking contacts us and says they will update the booking. Price now is 200 per child extra. -- overall therefore bad pre-arrival experience that left us feeling we where victims of hidden fees + Some pillows had a bad smell + Old rusty shaver in the shower

There is no aircondition in the living room and it was hot same thing in the other room

The apartment was clean and tidy in a good building and good location. Pleasant and efficient staff in what appears to be a well run complex.

Nothing major. Kitchen could perhaps have a few additional items, the sofa/ bed in the lounge was damaged but usable and the en-suite toilet seat does not fit, in all there was nothing to stop us enjoying our stay but a few minor irritations.

I like the location best being so close to the mall.

Checkin process took a while. The fan in the living room was noisy so it was bothersome at night.

The sofa has been broken so we didn't manage to use it as a sofa bed, and the kettle was also not in good working condition. You might need to sort it out. But overall, We had a good time staying in there.
