L'appartamento è un po' anonimo.

The staff could have been a little friendlier. They weren’t too happy to take the key back and did not say goodbye.

Reviewed May 21, 2026Lovely apartments in the centre of Horta, close to the Mercado and various pastelerias for breakfast. Nice garden and balcony to relax on with morning sun. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again when I'm in Horta.
Kitchen is a bit basic, but staff will get anything that's missing for you.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Excelente Localização numa das ruas atrás da marginal o que tornou o ambiente silencioso. Apartamento com boas áreas, cozinha equipada e bem decorado, e limpo, com um patio encantador. pena não ter usufruido mais uma vez que estivemos sempre fora durante o dia.
O apartamento não estava preparado com toalhas de banho suficientes para 5 pessoas, mas resolvemos a situação com o que havia e acabámos por não chamar atenção para isso até porque estávamos fora a maior parte do dia.

Difficult to contact staff at times when needed. Bedrooms on the ground floor are right by the street. Traffic is loud in the day but ok at night. A first floor apartment in terms of view would be a much better experience

Reviewed Aug 26, 2025Apartamento recentemente remodelado, equipado com tudo o que é essencial e cama ampla e confortável. O jardim e a varanda são bastante agradáveis.
O isolamento acústico do quarto poderia ser melhor, pois é possível ouvir o barulho dos carros logo pela manhã. As comodidades são boas, mas o espaço fica um pouco apertado para quatro pessoas (1 cama + 1 sofá-cama). Para além disso, não existe maneira de reduzir a claridade para quem fica no sofá-cama.

Location close to clock tower, Praia Republica, and ferry terminal. Two short streets to harbor promenade. Not far from Peter’s Cafe Sport, whale watching, boat rides and Porto Pim. Grocery store very close. Horta town is very photogenic especially from ferry to Madalena, Pico in the morning.
No breakfast included. No tv stations in English.

The bedroom had no natural light. The window was shuttered. More shelf space in the bathroom would be helpful.

Reviewed May 8, 2025Great location. The staff was super nice and helpful. They were pretty flexible as well (e.g. with dropping or leaving the bags early or late in the first and last days of our stay). The outdoor shared space is nice. The apartments are reasonably spacious.
Not big issues but I wish there were some basics in the kitchen (salt, olive oil or similar). The properties have very little noise isolation which can be a problem if a group is arriving or leaving out of hours.

Reviewed Jan 9, 2025The place is unexpectedly big, with a proper kitchen and bathroom. It was quiet to sleep at night on the top floor despite the cobblestone street downstairs. The hotel host was very friendly and helpful. We were lucky to stay in low season so we didn't see any other guests and it was totally quiet in the hotel. Good location close to everywhere. The bed was really huge.
The wifi password didn't work for some reason but it wasn't something important for us.
