Cada 8 horas se cambiaba el código de la puerta y eso resultó incómodo.

La politica di disponibilità e pagamento dei parcheggi nelle zone limitrofe all'hotel potrebbe essere resa più chiara

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026We stayed there for only one night, so there isn't really anything to complain about. The apartment was spacious, access was easy, and the bed was big and comfortable. There are some free parking spaces around the building, but they are time-limited (some are 2h, some are 3h) during the day (weekends excluded, I don't remember the exact time period, something like 6-18), so you can easily manage that for short stays.
Some coffee and some detergent for the washing machine would have been nice. (There are capsules for the dishwasher.) They send you a lot of warnings about the fire/smoke detectors, which make you a little hesitant to do things around them, for fear that it might cost you 5000 SEK. I didn't have problems, but the idea itself created some mental discomfort.

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026Все было чисто, уютно, все есть для проживания. Много удобных шкафов. Хороший свет: можно сделать полное освещение, а можно создать уют, включив напольные/прикроватные светильники. Очень удобная кровать. И есть стиль номера.
Можно сделать на окнах, когда открываешь для проветривания, какую-то систему для того, чтобы окно не закрывалось при проветривании.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Everything was very clean and the apartment is well equipped. Anything needed for a short stay is likely to be already be there when you arrive. This was my first time in a completely unmanned hotel and I was a bit hesitant about it, but it proved to be very easy and all the systems worked nicely. Just follow the instructions and you'll be alright. Proximity to the train station is fantastic. Parking in the garage was reasonably priced. Overall, I was happy with my stay and will book there again on future visits to the area.
Some very minor things: Not very responsive to questions via Booking messenger or via email. I wasn't in need of an urgent response though and eventually figured things out on my own upon arrival. So not a huge problem in the end. As well, I think it would have been nice to have separate bins for sorting the trash.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Quick response to put me in different apartment when first one was not yet clean on arrival. The apartment was small but had the necessities . Near groceries and restaurants. Short walk to lake. Cleaning lady did a great job.
It was undergoing maintenance so had noise and crane right outside window from early in morning. Also has train/traffic noise on that side of building. Not able to move to other side ( or original room) during week stay so aa comfortable as last year’s stay with better room

As mentioned when I rented before, cleanliness especially in the kitchen is problematic. The cleaning staff appear to only be superficially cleaning, but if you open the cupboards or the oven, these are dirty. You therefore need to wash all the plates, glasses and cutlery in the washing machine first, before using them, to feel ok-ish.

Att det tog en timme för oss att komma in genom ytterdörren. Inga miljövänliga produkter eller källsortering. Just när vi bodde där pågick renovering av husfasad, byggställningar utanför vårt fönster och dånande byggfläkt.

Fick inte upp fönstret på sovrummet. Blev lite varmt og innsängt.

Allt var bra, fast det var väldigt mycket koder att ha koll på. Fick hjälpa utländska turister, både med parkering i garaget. Och visa dem i deras mobil, att de skulle klicka på länken i mejlet, för att få sina koder till alla dörrar. Klockan 22.30. Alla nöjda till slut.

Zimmer war leider sehr schmutzig, der Topper vom Bett war bei Ankunft nass und es fanden sich einige Haare auf dem Bett. Musste daher im Schlafsack auf dem Bett schlafen. Im Wasserkocher befand sich noch Wasser welches sehr unangenehm roch. Alles in allem hatte ich nicht das Gefühl das das Zimmer gereinigt wurde. Das Foyer roch extrem unangenehm nach Rauch/Schweiss.

Att det saknades brödrost och korköppnare. Vi hade heller inte någon tvättställning men då vi hade tre lägenheter och det i den ena fanns två ställningar i en av lägenheterna så löste det sig. Saknades toalettlock i en av lägenheterna och det hade kunnat vara några fler toarullar när man bor flera dagar.

Vi hade inget varmvatten. Mötte några som bor permanent i samma byggnad och de hade inte heller något varmvatten den helgen, eller det kom och gick, men just när vi måsta duscha hade vi bara kallt vatten. Meddelade hyresvärden om problemet men fick endast erbjudande om att byta rum. Men det var ju inget varmvatten i hela huset, så det skulle ju knappast hjälpa. Hade önskat ersättning men fick inget ytterligare svar.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Suverän studio lägenhet. Hög standard. Prisvärt! Nära tågstation med både lokaltåg och fjärrtåg. En kvart till Uppsala. Perfekt med konsertkäll och sent tåg tillbaka till hotellet. Mitt i centrala Knivsta med alla affärer, fik och restauranger. Rekommenderas!!!!
